@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@giffgaff Hi I can’t seem to find the answer to this but currently on a PAYG with 3 network, if I move to a SIM monthly with giffgaff, can I transfer over my 3 pay as you go number?

@giffgaff Not a great start for a new customer. Transferring number from Tesco today, and still no service on my phone. Thought this would have been easy as you both use the O2 network.

@giffgaff How do I get a PAC code if the text or online request system are not working?

@giffgaff Well still no service this morning. So much for the smooth transfer of my number from Tesco. Looks like I might have made a mistake switching to giffgaff.

@RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK Get yourself over to @giffgaff - no hassle and great customer service. I was O2 & Vodafone before and had to leave for similar reasons!

@O2 / @giffgaff How do I go about reporting that 3G and 4G do not work on one side of town, full signal, but just flat out does not work

@jonesycartoons Throw out your TV and cut out your landline. Keep your broadband. Set up a Giffgaff sim account for each in household and get rid of all streaming services. Can't say explicitly but there are other ways to get TV shows and movies. No TV = no BS. Turn off data roaming when home.

@IanSkiday @giffgaff That's because giffgaff doesn't support VoLTE (4G calling) so to make or receive a call your phone has to downgrade it's connection to 2G or 3G.
