@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@giffgaff hi, I’ve had my sim now for about 4-5 years and now noticing my speed has been very slow for the past few months could the age of my sim be the issue? If so what’s the process of getting a new one with my current number on it?

I opened an account with GiffGaff Saturday. Made no calls or texts as no service yet I find today that most of the money I paid in and saw on the account page online has 'disappeared' and I have to wait FIVE days for a response/solution... #money

@daniele_0583 Hi there. Regrettably we cannot cancel or delete SIM orders, but if it does arrive you can just dispose of it, if you no longer need it. - giffgaff Megan

@Yorksims @giffgaff Sorry I should have qualified. Network isn’t really an issue, more the roaming pricing. My daughter has a 5 month study abroad in Paris and @GiffGaff treat her as a permanent overseas resident which is unaffordable.

@O2 dont trust o2 they offer you stuff then dont follow through and deny what they have said despite having paperwork to prove it Go with Giffgaff they use the same network anyway and they actually care about their customers. o2 are a joke
