@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@giffgaff I’m a CEV secondary school teacher, massive BT outage in my area so no way to set work or teach my lessons tmw. I have a giffgaff sim in a mifi router - bought a goodybag about half an hour ago. No signal.

It’s on the BT page.O2, giffgaff etc have it on their service status, yet Sky insist they know nothing.I don’t want to play the ‘I’m a clinically extremely vulnerable keyworker’ card but..! Seriously, sort it out sky!You’re a comms company!
