@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@giffgaff Have now submitted an enquiry, but seemingly that's going to take some time to resolve, whilst being left without any service at all

Hi @giffgaff we're trying to use a goodybag on one of our old phones to get us connectivity while OpenReach fix the line after a car took down a pole in our village, but the new sim we have just put in a spare phone and added a 100GB Golden Goodybag to is only giving us 3G... 1/2

@incrediblylate @giffgaff I've never seen a solution in the forum but giffgaff may be able to come up with one for you. The French 081 number is equivalent to an 0845/0875 here in the UK so there's 2 separate charges to call it HSBC's charge + giffgaff's one which don't work when it's a foreign number.

@giffgaff You guys really need to start doing WIFI calling.... It's an issue and most networks have this now. I don't want to leave Giffgaff but will have to if this doesn't change.
