@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

So as @giffgaff agent don't want to bother responding, even though I have depression and being able to watch programmes helps, they dont care and have cut off 4G and its still very poor but I can access a view more things on 3G but very slow and hard to watch but they don't care

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

@giffgaff BUT I WANT EITHER MY MONEY BACK OR 3G INTERNET. I HAVE 3G SOME AREAS AND IT USE TO WORK FINE. NOW ITS COMPLETLY BROKEN. I TOLD YOU THEY HAD AN HR FROM 8 AND THEYVE IGNORED ME STILL

  • ishchatul Dani Katzman (@ishchatul) reported

@giffgaff Sorry didnt help. Are you sure there is no issue on your end?

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

So @giffgaff will now need to deal with a dispute and if they fail to accept the money being returned. Fraud will be involved

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Mark_Antony_3 The option in your network selections for LTE, is 4G Mark. It is sometimes labeled as LTE in certain phones. If you switch this on, 4G should show on your network, but the speeds will be reduced with the always on data now being live.. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

This is what @giffgaff is like for £25 a month, you run out of 4G and you get 2G can't watch anything. Going to be a bad day mentally as I rely on Internet for MH but they've got my money. Thats all they care about. Bunch of fraudsters not even decent enough to answer messages

  • swaggered111 alan williams (@swaggered111) reported
