Wow @giffgaff Massive customer service fail. And I used to tell people how brilliant you are. Is it greed or laziness? Actually don’t answer that. I don’t care. Thanks @Barclays customer service for sorting. Dominic was calming!!! Moving on…

@giffgaff I want to return it for a refund, but I can only find options for a repair - I don't want a 3rd iPhone 7, as it seems all your 'like new' iPhone 7's have battery health problems? :/

  • eclow80 Emma Low (@eclow80) reported

@Michelle_L74 @giffgaff Same issue here! No network for past few hours, can't send/receive

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@Felim_Doyle @giffgaff An unactivated giffgaff sim will show signal bars if you put it in your phone so you can see how good the coverage is before paying to activate it. You won't know how good the data speeds will be there but you will know the signal strength.

@giffgaff @crzyparadise Hi Emer. You were supposed to be helping me yesterday but just gave me a generic answer insinuating my device was the issue and then you disappeared. Do you usually treat your paying customers like this?
