Owen Vachell 🌍🌏🌎🗺 (@OwenVachell) reported from Poole, England@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported@benno44775 @giffgaff That is a load of crap. Law states you are entitled to a quality of service, no service is not a quality of service, it is what it says, no service. 0% service is no service. If you buy a product and the vendor says “ we have got no product” is that a service? Period!

Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported@giffgaff When you chose a category it then takes you off on a tangent of yes/no questions totally unrelated to “ no service “ . You tell me what categories to go down to report a claim for no service please.

Dave (@CyberOutsider) reported@Teddybreath Everyone I know has moved to Giffgaff (which runs on the O2 network anyway). The only downside I've doing with them is that they don't have the capability for WiFi calling. But then everyone uses video chat apps anyway, don't they?

David Thomas (@DavidTh55952799) reported@giffgaff You took £10 yesterday and confirmed it to me via email. Then reset my balance to £0 and again today. So £20 and no service and your telling me it's going to take 24 hours? No no no no
-
David Thomas (@DavidTh55952799) reported@giffgaff wasn't confusing when I first applied for the Giffgaff SIM deal. I chose a MB deal and goodie bag for £10 a month. I've had a look at the goodbag deal since raising this problem and know another £10 has left my account. So in two days £30 has left my account. I didn't confirm it

Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported@giffgaff Just tried, no option available for requesting a no service claim. No other option suitable. Can you just make this a bit easier please?
