@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

@giffgaff hi! you sold me a phone which was broken when i turned it on and has ****** itself within a month - fab. I sent off to repair but apparently the repair isnt covered by warranty, fabbbb. and you are charging me MORE THAN THE PHONE COST to fix it. ******* FAB! LOVE THAT

@zoe_bearx Sim only and buy your own phone is just so much cheaper. I'm with Giffgaff for many years now, have saved tons of money. Got my phone's from Amazon, when one broke down they just refunded me, 18 months after I bought it. Incredible!

@giffgaff Thanks Jade. The process of the account cancellation is easy, but the subject line of the e-mail could maybe be changed to help. For example, instead of "Where have you gone?", how about "We're just checking in" ?

@giffgaff I bought a £25 months worth I've een told to buy new one if its slow it doesn't move for half hour at a time I'm to ill to be on I Internet to do jobs I havnt a penny to my name I'm suffering now my Im told to buy more that shouldn't be legal so bad I'm done problem
