Owen Vachell ๐๐๐๐บ (@OwenVachell) reported from Poole, England@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

ellie ๐ค๐ฆ (@elliepersence) reported from Bournemouth, England@giffgaff please reply to your direct messages, itโs bad enough you donโt have online agents and a phone number that I canโt sort this out with

Jason (@jasoneccles) reported@thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a โless barsโ than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 If he is having issues with the most recent update he will need to reply to the agents through the case and let them know, Karina. This isn't something we can investigate further through social media unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

Graham Joyce ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐ฆ (@g_joyce) reported@giffgaff why canโt I make a phone call from Edinburgh? Every time I try to call someone, the network drops out.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@fergus_kiely Our agents will then get back to him via email as soon as possible to go through account verification to help access the account. - giffgaff Ann 2/2

K!mpossible ๐ (@BubbaBubs2007) reported@giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

kakarot (@kakarotx92) reported@giffgaff that is it. Had enpugh of your **** signal and slow service. Goodbye
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

Suhail ๐ฅ (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
