  • elliepersence ellie 🤍🦋 (@elliepersence) reported from Bournemouth, England

@giffgaff please reply to your direct messages, it’s bad enough you don’t have online agents and a phone number that I can’t sort this out with

  • OwenVachell Owen Vachell 🌍🌏🌎🗺 (@OwenVachell) reported from Poole, England

@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

  • elliepersence ellie 🤍🦋 (@elliepersence) reported from Bournemouth, England

If I’ve not had enough issues with dpd I’m now having issues with o2 and giffgaff

@giffgaff Another company that can't read. I said, I should not have to login to unsubscribe from spam!

  • Big_Fat_Gaz That Man Gaz (@Big_Fat_Gaz) reported

@Plusnet So can you send me a data sim to put in my mifi dongle to give me service. Alternatively will you pay for me to buy an unlimited data goody bag for the giffgaff sim I already have ?

  • brianmoreau Brian Moreau (@brianmoreau) reported

@giffgaff I shouldn't have to login to unsubscribe from spam. I mean like 3 messages for a new phone in less than 24 hours is a bit excessive!

  • Gemma_OcTh Gemma (@Gemma_OcTh) reported

@giffgaff What is going on with my phone signal? Is it poor because I’m now unfortunately living next to a building site...?? It always used to be ok but I will have to change network if this carries on #wfh

  • BeckBeck210 elliot/faun 🍃🌺🦌 (@BeckBeck210) reported

GIFFGAFF LET ME VOTE IN EUROVISION WTF

  • Uk__Spain Mark (@Uk__Spain) reported

@giffgaff If you mean answering all the multiple automated questions to finally input your request for help. I have. Not a great customer experience.

  • gtfsheff Glenn (@gtfsheff) reported

@popey @giffgaff I use those on my work line, I think the only difference is you have to have them on a recurring payment but as that's normally a given anyway I didn't see the problem
