@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

  • elliepersence ellie 🤍🦋 (@elliepersence) reported from Bournemouth, England

@giffgaff please reply to your direct messages, it’s bad enough you don’t have online agents and a phone number that I can’t sort this out with

@giffgaff no mobile data as you are working on the line. Same for VM parent company. For someone that works from home this is the worst. You cannot do it at the same time. Last week's outage of 48h+ was not enough?

@giffgaff Can someone please cancel my account on Giffgaff. I already grew tired of waiting for someone to help me with my account.

@PositivFuturist Giffgaff piggybacks off o2. I just assumed we got a second tier service so o2s own customers didn’t suffer - obviously not!

  • elson1002 elson (@elson1002) reported

@giffgaff Hi I'm having trouble getting my old number back. Can I get some help?

  • foxintheboxfm Fox 🦊 (@foxintheboxfm) reported

@giffgaff Dana, i really need to speak with someone, i'm sick of these automated services that are not helping me, dpd have a history of never delivering to my address and just taking a photo

  • LustyGobbles ■■■■■■■■ (@LustyGobbles) reported

@gridcustomersuk @giffgaff would mobile phone networks also be cut off if there are scheduled power cuts? If so, how should people contact emergency services if needed? I don't know anyone with a landline these days which I believe run on a different system.

  • AmbyNavy Amber (@AmbyNavy) reported

@pheebiess Most UK networks are lucky in that they either share masts or, in the case of giffgaff, they run on the infrastructure built by o2. It bewilders me how poor the standard infrastructure is across NA and how it varies every dozen miles so massively.

  • nathanlawsn Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

@giffgaff despite spending £30 on data, i am now on E an no signal or internet! Very very very limited
