    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    @giffgaff best email I got today saying as of next month my 25 plan will have 80GB of data b4 it slows down and I really think it should have a limit on it tho

    @Arsemicke @dbcxptures Can only speak for myself mate and it’s a drastic difference. In the midlands and I haven’t had any issues since switching from giffgaff.

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @giffgaff I cancelled in the end. I’ve had zero service and now lost £14. Not very happy honestly. Like getting blood out of a stone. Shocked I don’t even get my money back.

    @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?
