@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

@virginmedia I accessed that using paid for @giffgaff data when your broadband was off in our area for 4th time in 6wks (or less). @Ofcom - is there any scope for auto refunds when a service is not reliable? The 24hr loss of use thing is pointless for us as its off for less - but often!

@giffgaff I’ve added a goody bag to a phone as it’s lost I need to be able to track it on find my iPhone so I needed data, and it still says offline. Can you help please
