    @giffgaff best email I got today saying as of next month my 25 plan will have 80GB of data b4 it slows down and I really think it should have a limit on it tho

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it.     ugh! how did we all collectively as a society accepted companies in general becoming shittier and shittier while increasing prices? Trying to contact @giffgaff... no phone number, no agents .. Have to wait 24 hrs for a pos reply or "ask the community". WTF AM I PAYING FOR THEN?

    Dear Ofcom Complaints Team, ​I activated and topped up my account on 13 July. Although I have not been using the service outside the UK for an extended period, giffgaff used an undisclosed restriction to disconnect my service and refused my refund.@giffgaff @Ofcom

    @giffgaff I have done. The fact that your customer service takes so long in this day and age is actually an outrage. The last time I experienced customer service like this was in the early 2000s.
