    I'm now with @giffgaff still using the @O2 so signal with them still be the same but no hidden and nasty price rises

    @foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

    @giffgaff Ok, please let me know when resolved. I'm really struggling here are not all businesses run through whatsapp & I'm trying to deal with an ongoing issue. A text would be fine! Then I know we are ok

    @giffgaff Thanks, I have just chosen loads of completely irrelevant options now and managed to get a message box to appear. Please could you feed back that either Wifi Extra or 'other' needs to be added into the system so that people can contact you properly? Thanks for your help!

    @giffgaff Thanks. All those APN settings were already correct, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app earlier. I also tried deleting the saved Wifi Extra network and re-adding it after reinstalling the app. No luck yet, still the same error.

    @MsVanillaRose I was on giffgaff for years, it runs on O2 but it’s completely separate. I switched to Smarty because it’s on a better network (3) and is cheaper. I’d recommend either one.

    @giffgaff Is everything working ok? I'm not receiving any 2FA SMS messages to help verify my online account. Also tried sending a test SMS to myself but its not recieved back yet? Thanks.

    @giffgaff what is going on with your new voicemail recorded message? I didn’t know it had changed & someone told me it was awful, so i listened to it and it is! Where did the cheery VM go?
