@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

@Yorksims @giffgaff Even when service is supposedly good and coverage shows good, reception is flaky, especially indoors. I'm going to raise a support ticket

@DanielP04116141 We didn't mean to come across as insulting Daniel, we simply advise all members that these 3 factors will give the 5G service. On the app, you can enable this, by selecting Account, then Service Settings, then 5G Settings. - giffgaff Jeanette

Just purchased a @GiffGaff Goodybag as mine ran out t'other day. The second I pressed 'confirm payment' my mobile data connection came back online, like within 5 seconds. Never experienced it being that quick before, usually have to wait a few minutes. Thumbs up. 👍 #GiffGaff

@giffgaff Why is this not available on the app? Thank you for coming back to me but suggesting I need to be using a 5G phone and require a 5G service, is really insulting my intelligence.

Good Night Twitter Friends🍒 There are more hoops to go through to free myself from giffgaff taking money from me for zero service. I hadn't the energy to do it to day.
