@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

@giffgaff my phone is 9 months old ... We've taken a look at your iPhone XS Refurbished Like New and the repair isn't covered by your warranty. Good news is that we can still fix this for you if you'd like, it will be at a cost of £519.00.

@LloydsBank Hi Laura- it was debit, I presume a direct debit. She received a new phone and needed a new sim, kept her number and it looks like giffgaff set up a new account, charged her for the new account but didn’t cancel the previous one. So she has paid 17months without realising.

@TurnipRail @EE I was with One2One once, but change regularly. I've been with @giffgaff for a few years now, longest I've ever been with a network, they've been both economical and pretty good at customer care.

@BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.

@M1dgar @O2 just go giffgaff and get the phone through them, cheaper deals better money value (giffgaff is on o2 network)
