@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

Hey @EE How long does it take to issue an eSIM? I’ve ordered from both @LycamobileUK and @giffgaff and had the eSIM instantly… Been waiting hours over here and still nothing. What gives?

@KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.

@giffgaff is there an issue with signal in the DE11 area? Can’t get any signal at all unless connected to WiFi

Anyone on Giffgaff... Is your service down?

@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

@mawhinneyjamie2 We completely understand how frustrating this must be for you. Since you've raised a case, we must advise you keep in touch with our agents there, and provide any information that they need there, so we can help sort this out for you as soon as possible. – giffgaff Tasbiya

@EE Contract ends 16/06 for 2 iPhone 14s. Want a sim only deal until we upgrade later this year. You can offer 5/10GB deals. Very poor when I can get monthly deal with giffgaff for £8 for 5GB. Obviously not worried about customer retention.

@AbsoluteLeaNot @thecapitalistw Literally, joined Giffgaff to save £2/month, big error. Voxis signal is goated, just ordered an ESim.

@TimLinkin It can take up to 24 hours for an agent to get back to you, but it is usually a lot sooner than that. One of the team will be in touch as soon as possible to help. - giffgaff Ann
