@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

@xnikkixpetex Hi there, yes these are mobile top ups for the Giffgaff network. These are non-refundable products I'm afraid. I would advise visiting the store in person. I can't guarantee a resolution but this would be an issue for the management there to look into. - Ryan
