  @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

  @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

  @giffgaff @reubenwvw Does your garbage company have any sense of ethics at all? You ban people’s accounts without offering any proper way to resolve the issue, and now you won’t even refund the remaining balance—you’re just keeping all the money for yourselves?

  @giffgaff I have just ordered a new SIM for my son (1st phone). The activation code nor the serial number is working. States both are invalid. Tried using the chatbot but no luck resolving the issue

  @ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.

  @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah
