    @SMARTYMobileUK just changed my provider from Giffgaff to @SMARTYMobileUK and the coverage is terrible I keep getting 'data usage alerts' no signal Not very happy #mobilecoverage

    @Shanelee18577 @giffgaff Hi Shane Always On means you never run out of data. You get a set amount of blazingly fast 4G and 5G data, then a reduced data speed of 384 kbps from 8am to midnight

    @giffgaff Hi, My sim was illegitimately ported to GiffGaff by a HACKER. I have raised a complaint with O2 and Action fraud ref NFRC230305817142, please BLOCK this number before it is a misused mob: 07727663885.

    @giffgaff Won't let me log in (to order new SIM) despite me having reset password several times. Now wants me to text you from my phone - which I can't because I've lost the SIM. HELP!
