@O2 Now if only I could actually use my 4G in the UK instead of having it lock up due to the people with unlimited data hogging all of the bandwidth on tiktok, D+ and netflix. Giffgaff have no problems and yet use your service and they also offer EU roaming. £10 a month for 15GB also

@TommiesGuides @Andy2Gd @giffgaff I’m on O2 for work and EE for my own. 9/10 times I have to use my own phone to do anything - O2 just has poor coverage. Not great for lone working as my employers do not know if I am safe or not! 🙄

@giffgaff Yes, I have. It has been quite the awful experience. I think the time could have been spent more productively by trying to make a time machine out of whatever random items I can find behind the sofa, in an attempt to take back the hours giffgaff's inept agents have taken from me

@giffgaff Hi, I’ve received the phone and the sim card but never received a confirmation email for the order and with my giffgaff user details so unable to cancel the goodybag so I don’t get charged next month. What to do in this situation?
