füzzwêêd-poweruppu 🚀💎⚡👾💥 (@fuzzweed) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

Hinkypunk Illustrations (@HinkypunkIllus1) reported from Peacehaven, England@SMARTYMobileUK just changed my provider from Giffgaff to @SMARTYMobileUK and the coverage is terrible I keep getting 'data usage alerts' no signal Not very happy #mobilecoverage

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are 💯 with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...
-
Lulu J (@LuluJ43872028) reportedI'm sorry but how can it be so bad? My WiFi connection is down again so I can't access anything on my laptop or the Firestick. I can use my phone to access but only when I turn off my WiFi (i.e. Data is working, thanks GiffGaff). But @TalkTalk wifi? Nothing. What am I paying for?
-
MSec (@_msec_) reportedAh apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.
-
Kez (@KezAFC) reported@giffgaff hi I’ve sent a dm re service issues my dad is having
-
Teddy (@ChokeLever) reported@giffgaff Tbh I didn’t chose @virginmedia because their reviews are poor. I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. I am being penalised as a result.
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
-
Xynthymr (@Xynthymr) reportedI've been an @O2 customer for over 20 years, but these latest mid-contract price hikes are unsustainable. Only reason I even have a SIM is because of 2FA, otherwise I would go SIM-free Wi-Fi only. I'll probably be switching to @giffgaff or @LebaraMobileUK soon. Well done, #O2!
-
Ewan (@ewan_tindale) reported@imedrichards @TMobile @Mintmobile Giffgaff in the UK, not sure if you have an equivalent over there It's sim only monthly rolling contract so you buy your own phone but then can switch/cancel whenever you want
-
Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah
