@HSBC_UK your service for people with Power of Attorney is a disgrace. Your failure to have even the simplest safeguarding features are leaving your most vulnerable customers exposed to near-constant fraud and scams. 3 hours on this call and you still can't help. Shameful.

@HSBC_UK will you be posting an update on when your systems are back up. Currently experiencing problems & no one in the customer service team can help me. I can’t access my online banking or use my card which leaves me without cash or any form of payment & 2 children under 5!

@HSBC_UK any idea why my contactless debit card would have stopped working? I tried paying contactless on my phone yesterday which was declined (has worked fine for months / years, never actually use the card), and today using the actual card contactless was declined too.

@HSBC_UK Personal. I called earlier, they said system was down and asked to call later. Called later but got cut off just before I spoke to anyone. Then there was a long 30 mins wait on the phone then got cut off again! What's wrong with HSBC?

@HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

@HSBC_UK 30 minutes on hold as there's an issue with my TP......how many people have you got working today? Poor service from a global brand.....and the message telling you you can unblock 'on line' is not helpful.
