@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK I've been looking for your bank since yesterday and I can't reach you. I started calling at 6.30 yesterday. They did not pick up because the call was closed after 8 pm. Now I'm calling again but no one is picking up. this is bullshit. you are a liar. you have very bad service🤬

@HSBC_UK No one answered for 1.5 hours last night. I was able to get results in 47 minutes this morning. If a lot of people are calling and you can't answer, find a solution to this problem. Also, my name is Orbay, it says big there!
