@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK I can’t open the mobile banking app on my phone. When I try to open i can’t get to log in page. It just goes to my Home Screen. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and my iOS is up to date. I cannot access online as it says I need to generate a code which can only be done on the app. Ty

@HSBC_UK Hi, I logged in later on. Would be helpful to get an message in the app or on a website with a real update instead of a generic "call us if you can't log in" Wasted 45 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up.

@DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK HSBC are a nightmare! My husband needed statements for his business account, you can’t order on the app, they won’t do it over the phone you have to go into a branch! Also wallet stolen over weekend & unable to order new cards as “system down”🙄🤯

**** @HSBC_UK. And their rude and useless staff at the Chiswick branch. ATM takes my card, won’t give out money. Now staff REFUSE to put a sign on the machine to warn other people.
