@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Cannot get onto online banking. Keeps saying all log on codes incorrect. Reset via app. But it just stsrts again. Did it yesterday, then fixed itself. Now today again. Chat no help.

@HSBC_UK after calling 11 times with no answer or a machine for invoice financing I left a message & emailed. It happens every time I need to speak to HSBC about anything- AGES on hold 'longer than usual waiting times due to covid' (v old excuse). Many say they have the same issue.

@HSBC_UK I cannot access her bank details as she is resting, but would have thought her name and address would be enough to secure an appointment, as you can find her details on the system. I am so unbelievably fed up with HSBC.

@HSBC_UK This just gets worse. Unfortunately she gave some incorrect info on the security questions and was basically told "computer says no". We are now trying to arrange an appointment at an HSBC branch for her. I have just had the phone put down on me by one of yr colleagues.
