@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK our account is being shut down and is currently frozen due to admin errors by their safeguarding team! We are a small church (charity) who now can't pay any bills and now have to find a new bank through no fault of our own! Disgusting.

@stevejacksonHN @HSBC_UK I used to have this problem all the time with my American account when I moved to VN years ago; back when calling back to America was far more complicated. I'm surprised to hear the problem also happens in the reverse situation.
