    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK your customer support online help is ridiculous so does phone banking. It takes forever and you are faced with ‘ high volume’ messages even though you are outsourcing support for ‘cost effectiveness. I ve Been back and forth for 2 months now!. So chaotic !

    @HSBC_UK looking at tweets and it is just a long list of complaints about wait times to contact you on phone. Having been held for over 2.5 hours today I can fully empathise. Absolutely ridiculous and my issue, which is business critical, still remains unresolved. Not good enough

    @HSBC_UK I have been waiting almost 5 months for a dispute to be solved! Only today I have been informed you need more time! I mean how much more time isn’t 5 months enough? Poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Not bothering about complaining we’re moving banks , hopefully many others will too. If everyone is working from home then why 30 mins wait? Pathetic

    @HSBC_UK hi. I paid an online cheque in last night via mobile and it went in. Yet this morning my account says cheque failed. I still have the cheque but an error comes up when trying again. The cheque seems fine so what should I do now?

    @HSBC_UK below is a reply from your online ' support': I do apologise for the above response there as it was an error from my end due to an application issue I had another customer card details which actually led me to give you an irrelevant information regarding your card.

    @HSBC_UK absolutely dreadful customer service from business banking. Spend over 4 hours today trying to speak to somebody through your call centre and impossible to get through. Unable to take money out of my account due to your total incompetence and appalling customer service

    customer service differs to change DD date only @HSBC_UK 20 mins on line chat, 2 different forms (not avail on app) neither allow date change, on call/hold for 12 minutes to customer services. Time 40 mins. @EE log on to app, select change DD, enter date, job done. Time 40 secs🙄
