    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK I have done that. Oh for the old days when we had a relationship manager. If we dont have that then the online service has to be 100% better.

    @HSBC_UK I am the treasurer of a small residents association & one of the few younger than 75. You have threatened to close our bank account because of a ‘Safeguarding’ issue. I have been on hold to 0800 030 4516 for over 12 hours over the past week, twice your dial back hung up.

    @HSBC_UK I think you have a problem. I have been told that two replacement credit cards have been sent out (15/11 & 25/11) neither have turned up. I am still without the replacement card.

    @HSBC_UK Hello…have you had positive responses from other customers that reinstalling the app after installing ios15.1 works? Could you please report the issue as well too, this really shouldn’t happen. Thank you the tel. no info.
