@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@SandraSjj @HSBC_UK Oh no!! Yeah. Apart from one incident a few years ago, they have been fine, but the service the last few days has been awful & im done with it for now, can’t put anymore energy into trying to get them to actually help so I am with you! Used them for over 20years myself

@WellhayesWine @HSBC_UK Been with them 40 years they have now suspended my account over a transaction I authorised in their app, thats me moving my money to another account that they have flagged as fraudulent, when I ring them I can't get past security so I am stuck with no access to my money
