@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Yet again, I’ve not received a security code to access my new security device, which has arrived. I have to ring you to sort this, but I have to sit on hold to wait at least 20 minutes to correct this. I now have overdue invoices to pay. Shocking levels of service yet again

@HSBC_UK So I was part of the beta program for your app, I have removed myself from the beta program and downloaded the latest stable release and I now have normal functionality, the problem is the beta version of the app

@HSBC_UK Just got a message to recycle my secure key & create a password to access my online banking today, but the key works fine. Where do I recycle it, & will I get another? Clicked past the message & couldn't get back to use the link.

@thebarryhorns @HSBC_UK HSBC are shocking, they made so many **** ups like locking my account whilst I was travelling & never had any staff at the bank. Been with Santander for 5 years & never had an issue. Local branch, UK call centre & great online banking
