@HSBC_UK are there any known service problems with credit cards. My card has been declined twice over the weekend and was fine last week...

  • ruledbydog Caroline (@ruledbydog) reported from Worthing, England

@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

  • sd1874_ SD (@sd1874_) reported

@HSBC_UK How about scrapping overdraft fees which inherently punish the poorest? Oh. Not that kind of help? Just advice, not actual help. Got it.

  • Anne59868514 Anne (@Anne59868514) reported

@HSBC_UK Thanks. I got through in the end but there was an awful echo on the line and we couldn’t hear each other. I’ll try the form thanks

@HSBC_UK How about abolishing clawback for your pensioners to help them? @MidlandClawbac1

  • SpiritofJD Andy Furlong (@SpiritofJD) reported

@HSBC_UK Why would I ask a bank to help? They started this crisis in the first place. It would be like asking King Herod to look after the children! Stick with building societies, mutuals and co-ops
