@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK I’m a customer and we’re waiting on a written response regarding stamp duty on a small matter. This was requested on 17th February and we’ve been told there is a further 6/7 working day wait, which seems unjustifiable.

@HSBC_UK The video is to show everyone how impossible it is to speak to a human at HSBC. I gave up, I phoned instead, I waited 25 minutes and was told that I couldn't make a payment because of "a glitch", no resolution whatsoever.

@HSBC_UK is by far the worst bank in the UK. Why can't I check my PIN on my personal app or my online account like every other banks allows? I can't remember my pin, the contactless has stopped working again and I have to wait 7 days to find out what it is? Thats just ridiculous.

@HSBC_UK when you walk into your bank as a business customer and find out you can’t get change for your business you have to go to the local @PostOffice instead, what’s the point in banking with you I might as well just open up a @PostOffice account!

@m_sherrington @HSBC_UK Glad you’re getting the door sorted. @HSBC_UK have been so bad, another 3 hours or being passed around and getting nowhere yet someone somewhere is sitting on money that is not theirs! Just an ounce of customer service and I’d be happy!
