@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK I went into branch today to change my surname on account. Ridiculous customer service in store. I had a signed deed poll and new passport displaying my changed name but was sent away because deed poll was not statuary declaration - even though I had a valid passport.

When I read this Metro story I phoned the paper and told them this story. They ran a whole page story on me. I didn’t get any money for it. Just my revenge on the bank being *****. Metro was (in 2005) the biggest read free paper in Europe. **** you @HSBC_UK we all got hands.

@HSBC_UK I can understand that there are issues others HSBC mobile Banking App using IOS 12 which the Tech Team are investigating. What I find beyond belief is that there is no indication on the HSBC web page showing system faults. That would have saved me and many others hours.

@HSBC_UK Sadly, 48+ hours later, the app still crashes on installation despite numerous downloads! Granted, I have got further into the registration process than before, but the app still crashed at the final stage and now it won’t even start up again! Please help - I have bills to pay!

@HSBC_UK The battery on the physical key I had died. Went and got a new one but my online banking wont let me access that without first accessing my mobile app. See my problem!! Should be easier. Is it fixed now please?

Email from @HSBC_UK reducing, yet again, their interest rates on savings. There is absolutely no incentive to save now. 30 years a customer but now looking elsewhere. Next to zero interest. Zero customer loyalty
