@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Just one of the many perils associated with not using cash. Now imagine the terrifying scenario when eventually all banks close their branches permanently & there are no ATMs. Access to your money is then at the mercy of the internet.

@HSBC_UK Yep, yep.. just discovered this problem on the HSBC app. Keeps saying "Service Unavailable" and can't even log into the HSBC website. Fix ASAP please.
