@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Your thousand and one apologies and complaint forms mean absolutely NOTHING. How can it take HSBC six weeks or more to resolve an error made on your side? Your service and inaction will result in our moving funds out of HSBC Bank the moment u finally resolve this issue. APPALLED.

@HSBC_UK The machine broke. The express service took at least 15 minutes and I had to leave without the money being in the account. It landed a few hours later. Your staff were helpful and re-assuring, like when I used to take notes, coins and cheques to deposit with them over the counter
