@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK my 80+yr parents are fed up with not being able to talk to anyone at the bank. Every number goes to a non UK call centre, they don’t know security numbers, they just want to be able to speak to a person. What happened to customer service? My mum was in tears.

I am sadly bankrupt and only have a basic bank account HSBC seem to have “frozen my account and they won’t tell me why v maybe suspicious PayPal I don’t know but I’m totally honest and nothing dodgy it’s a basic Accoujtni need to access my money
