@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Terrible experience dealing with @HSBC_UK . Multiple calls to try and close my kids savings account and transfer money. Told we couldn’t transfer it electronically or receive a check. Suggested to go to a branch (which they closed) and kicked off a >1hr call because it was 8pm

@HSBC_UK I received an email to complete the CRS/FATCA form as I live overseas. I completed this form with the TIN info but you rejected it and instead request NRIC information (NRIC is a local citizen identity card and it's impossible for foreign nationals to get. CONFUSED!
