    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @SimonEllisFilms @HSBC_UK it's genuinely terrible. especially since it split off from Lloyds. I gather this is a common theme in the UK - terrible banks

    @HSBC_UK I don’t live inUK but have been a customer since 1964. My new debit card arrived but I could not use it as my PIN was not recognised. Several long phone calls later I was told that I had to use the in a UK ATM first. I am now in UK but the card still does not work.

    @HSBC_UK I having been going round in circles trying to speak to a human. I am having problems with the App so cannot login to chat and I can only get a robot online! Frustrating. Please tell me how to speak to an actual person via chat or phone

    @HSBC_UK the online chat timed out :( I had been waiting for over an hour.. Thanks for giving me a phone number.. I don't like that it's asking for all my details before even finding out the issue/question... You know who else is just after my bank details... Scammers!

    @HSBC_UK Anyone can help? My mobile banking app won't load! Tried turning phone off and on, and reloading the app from appstore. No joy😔! I have checked with other people who uses HSBC an d theirs are working normally. Any tips?

    @HSBC_UK so I mail you...no response. I call you... 4 hrs of queue, no response. Press one to get someone to call you... no call. Random call a day later to let me know that someone will call me. Gosh, xlt service.
