@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@BellenCyndie @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @nicsaidatul they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@HSBC_UK I have been advised you don’t have a telephone team that will investigate my complaint. Randomly transferred to another team, waited 45 minutes but no answer. Making it hard to complain when it appears a bank error has happened doesn’t improve the customer journey.
