@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Economic neglect is affecting my financial health. My bank have sent a capricious letter telling me that my arranged overdraft limit is reduced. I may change banks for this. If they cannot support carers or #ExcludedUK fine artists during a global pandemic. @HSBC_UK
