@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Hazel Arundale in complaints really is not competent in your role I feel. She gives me £125 compensation for major issues that caused my severe health to be worse!!! Appalling , inept and not good enough. I asked for £500 it’s pennies to the bank. I am a disabled man 😡

…and mobile banking/app ‘ease’ (40%). I can’t speak for @santanderuk but I can’t believe *anyone* would switch to @HSBC_UK for any of those reasons. Their app is dire, customer service mediocre and online banking bare bones.

@HSBC_UK HELP!! someone has my wife’s card number and is trying to make purchases with it online and then calling us to input the security code to authorise the transaction.I’ve been on the phone to you for over an hour and everyone we have spoken to have been extremely unhelpful

@HSBC_UK My son is studying in London and has an account with HSBS bank. Two months ago, his account was blocked, leaving him without a livelihood. Documents were requested, which were provided, but we never got any feedback from the bank. I am writing with hope for help.
