@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Question @HSBC_UK If a customer of yours doesn’t have a smart phone, or any sort of mobile phone… and therefore no banking app or online banking… Does that mean they have no access to additional verification?

.@HSBC_UK Please sort out your app. Half the time, when I select "Log in with biometrics" and press my thumb on the sensor, the bar greys out and the app freezes. Have to force stop and restart. Android 11, Samsung S10.
