@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Why carnt hsbc sort out their banking app its been one month now and they still have not sorted out problems with the new security on APP, the app only works intermittently, it is just not good enough!!!

@j4cobsmith @HSBC_UK Really bad this morning, I’m a disabled woman with Speach issues, rep just didn’t want to take my call at all and asked if I had a son or someone who could take the call or call back later, told him I wasn’t mentally feeble & when asked to speak to supervisor he hung up after 30m
