@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Well, I'm going to name and shame. For 2 days trying to get through to @HSBC_UK because I cannot log on to OnlineBanking . This monolith that pays its top brass a fortune cannot cope with a customer who's stayed with them for 34 years? #disgraceful

Sent a cheque from @HSBC_UK as compensation. Requested for it to be sent electronically and still not in my account. Just about sums you up. Terrible service and glad I no longer bank with you (does not take 28days)

@HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

@HSBC_UK I was trying to log on via the browser and it was asking me for a code generated by my app, that was before I deleted it so telling people to log online when it needs a code from the app when it's the app that isn't working was just madness

@HSBC_UK never have I ever had such a headache dealing with HSBC on chat on the APP. Had a DD cancelled in error and has caused no end of issues today.
