@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Hi, Is anyone having issues depositing cheques on the moblie app, I have been trying for 2hrs to deposit a cheque, it's saying the amount shown on cheque and amount entered must be more than zero, I have now given up as it's so frustrating and annoying.

@silv24 @HSBC_UK We switched in January from the NatWest after 46 years, it was incredibly easy using the switch guarantee. We should have done it sooner as their service equally poor and a series of incidents was the final straw.

Taking my business away from @HSBC_UK. Can’t transfer my money from the UK to Iceland despite having a working IBAN and when I go in branch to resolve it, I’m waiting ages. Monzo doesn’t have an issue with my IBAN so I’m better off there

@HSBC_UK HSBC Edgware is truly idiotic. What is the point of a bank where there is no counter service to pay off a credit card statement with cash or with a bank card? I was told to travel 5miles to another branch to do this. If you are thinking of joining HSBC think again
