@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK That is two days now. Why not ask Barclays or Lloyds how to do it. Just phoned both of them and you get to a human within 5 minutes. Instead of chasing awards and lighting up your offices, concentrate on providing a good service. Currently you don't
