  @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

  @HSBC_UK is there a problem with making payments from your app today? I’m trying to send money and when I click on my payees it’s coming up with a message to say it wont load? I can send money between my own accounts though.
