@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK You online banking app is already not working, asked me for mobile security key I didnt have. It took 3 hours to sort it out with your poor customer service. When I told I want to complain about it she put me on hold for 50 min and its counting

@HSBC_UK The great HSBC bank ask customers who are travelling overseas ask them to visit local branch to submit a subject access request. Not just that they don't have a direct access to such team but also the back office team do not have facility to call the customer.

@HSBC_UK You guys should at least have knowledge of that to inform customers. Also you could post on here before changes are made. There were changes made to Mobile banking in February, and again a couple of days ago, which were both detrimental to my service and were both unannounced.

@HSBC_UK Hi I am not a customer but need to speak with my local Ashton under lyne branch. I was hit by a car today and the HSBC bank has the CCTV footage. They said that if I needed it to contact them, but no numbers.

@HSBC_UK Yes, someone was 'calling me back in 10 minutes - over an hour ago. And yes, I know HSBC update the App often - every time it either removes a feature or makes it worse, or both. Check out the rating and comments on the Google Play Store - its awful. I uninstalled it yesterday

@HSBC_UK Well, that's odd. If I follow that link, it says everything is working fine, but I KNOW from what I was told BY HSBC that the problem that I am experiencing is affecting others too. I am currently trying to get an update on the Software/System problem and am awaiting a call.

@HSBC_UK spent 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with someone on the business side to order a new security dongle. Updated my address then line went dead before they confirmed it was sent. Spent another 3 hours from abroad on hold nobody answered so gave up. Shocking service.

Extremely disappointed with @HSBC_UK business banking. Even their staff members are struggling to resolve my issue. It's not the bank it used to be. Service is slow, and I'm starting to find it obsolete. WHAT A JOKE!! #HSBC #MONEY
