@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK send me a letter about my persistent overdraft asking to call urgently so you “can help”. Most obvious would be reducing 39.9% interest. Apparently this is impossible, but you will setup a payment arrangement that will register on my credit file! How is that helping?!

@HSBC_UK Have you considered that your app not providing any explanation is confusing to users? Instant crashing just looks like your app is broken. If you don't at least give people an error message then they won't know that you don't support it...

The service on the phone & in branch by “High St” banks is appalling. Both local banks I visited were busy with disgruntled customers. Apparently they are closing due to the impact of internet banking, it’s actually due to their incompetence! #Disgusted @HSBC_UK @Barclays
