@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

I miss @HSBC_UK #ChapelAllerton branch which closed just over a year ago. The staff were wonderfully kind and helpful when my mum died in 2011, then when my ex-husband died in 2015. That personal care made all the difference to me. @Barclays dropped the ball when I needed support

Great job HSBC. On hold for nearly 30 mins to speak to someone in India who has no idea of the basics about banking. Issue not resolved. Couldn’t hear each other. Didn’t even feel I was speaking to a bank?! What is going on? @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK I have been trying to open a charity account but the online application stalls at section 5 "About You" Anyone else having the same problem. Unfortunatly the Chat service is unable to help and suggests an appointment in over two weeks time. What a Service! #BadService

@HSBC_UK hello I am unable to log into the app. At the second attempt I can read: HSBC UK keeps stopping. I do not log often in the app as it is only for my mortgage. Version is 3.21.0 No problems with any other app.
