    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK - Just seen the new Premier card design. It’s awful!HSBC had one of the best and brand consistent card designs globally (HSBC lion design), but has dropped this in favour of a boring, “accessible”, vertical design that can’t be identified easily in a standard wallet!

    @loftedondrive @HSBC_UK Which is nothing compared with the amount and time that HSBC - both the company and staff donate every single week. Let's face it, you don't want to pay a few quid for a service that you happily lapped up when it was free and now you fancy a moan.

    Hi @HSBC_UK it's me again, 3 weeks ago you told me you were working on fixing that app bug. It is still crashing even after re-installing it and doing updates, and this is starting to be *really* annoying
