    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for your reply Mauro, but at the moment I’m so annoyed about the whole thing I’m going to use an alternative service for online transactions from now on, it just shouldn’t have happened, especially seems I used your secure platform to authorised the payment.

    @HSBC_UK 1 hour and 52 minutes in customer service phone queue …. I gave up and went online to ask on there, waited over an hour only to get terminated. I’m a small business owner, I needed help…. You are useless!!!

    @HSBC_UK got my call back phone call this morning at 9am as promised only to be told I need to call business banking for help. What do you think I have been doing for the past 5 weeks. I just need to activate my new security device. Absolutely useless. Waste of my time @HSBC .
