@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK This week my card was fraudulently used for £2k in 4 transactions. Since I’ve spent over 4 hrs listening to your sickly musac and 2 hrs going to the branch. Not been able to speak to the fraud team! What a shower! 4 hrs!!! Customer service is dreadful!

@HSBC_UK recvd a letter notice of arrears exactly same as was 4-5 mo bk when I’m not in any arrears.. promised then that were comp generated and was apologised.. now bk to square 1...on the phone now for 1 Hour.. being transferred from dept to dept..! Pathetic service
