    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK 2 hrs in hell loop of business customer service trying to get my business debit card unblocked. They send me to card services who say they can’t deal with business cards and send me back to them. How can I get out this cycle and someone to please unblock my card!

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for your reply. I've emailed a copy of the Closure request and the details you requested to that email address. HSBC telephone banking will not give me access to anyone because it doesn't recognise my account / Date of Birth 😠. Is there a tel number I can call???

    I got an issue with @HSBC_UK. Normally when money is due to leave the account, it is placed in 'pending' and you can see that. But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but can’t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? I’m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but I’m not sure.
