@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK I was just holding for over 45 minutes to reset my security details. The automated system was down, then the customer service woman shouted at me, wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me! WTF?? She was so rude! What is this??

it is 5 years that I get @HSBC_UK mails to my home address, which are not for me it is 5 years, I put back in the post with writing: unknown. Yet, you keep writing. I tried to call you using the non-customer phone number, but it keeps asking me my account number! What can I do?
