@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK are you able to tell me why I can’t get a contactless debit card for an expat account while living in UK? I’m told card manufacturer refuses to provide same! Why do you still have that manufacturer? Who’s driving strategy and branding? Terrible image…

Got an account with @HSBC_UK , had to contact their mobile support, got an answer in a few min. Got an account with @coinbase contacted support 2 times & DMed @CoinbaseSupport - Nothing ! Still can’t use account. Get your stuff together aye?

@HSBC_UK the problem when you use non English call centres.. "I can completely understand, I can imagine how frustrating that must be at times however that's how the HSBC banking is designed." I told them they had succeeded , they didn't get it !
