@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK having trouble trying to do any kind of online or mobile phone banking as my physical secure key has stopped working but when I try and set up a digital secure key it’s prompting me to give a physically generated one for security purposes. Any thoughts?
