@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Please help, you have taken away my overdraft without informing me, apparently because I haven’t used it enough for you to be able to charge me, so now I’m obviously overdrawn and raking up charges due to your poor decision making. Please help, this seems so wrong.

@HSBC_UK I've been trying to reach you out for three days.1 weeks ago I opened an account.3 days ago I've got my debit card, pin code with separated mails but there should've been telephone security number too. As a result, I can't access my account via mobile or online banking.

@HSBC_UK @LewisWi06706681 At the very least please publish an indicative timeline, for example will this be week or months? That way customers impacted by this issue can make an informed decision on whether to stay with you or move to one of the many banks who have working apps on these phones. Thanks!

@m8_nvm @HSBC_UK So still not fix date on this. Seriously considering the financial incentives being offered by competitors now. I'm guessing there are a few #GooglePixel6 customers thinking the same now so how about incentives to stop us moving?
