@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled app on Saturday. Went through the hassle of calling because I couldn't get online as I couldn't generate the security code as the app was down! Why can't there be an option of having the code sent to your phone? When will it be sorted?

@itvMLshow @ITV I've done a balance transfer to an @HSBC_UK credit card but they haven't paid off the other card. I've contacted them but been told it could take 10 working days for an answer. Not great, I tried to cancel the transfer but they insisted it was too late. Actually worried about it

@HSBC_UK Can’t use online banking so try to speak to a human, this is also a nightmare. People working from home or India and then when you eventually get through they say “ yes we will charge you to set up a new payee and pay a bill to them. “! Absolute joke of a bank .

@HSBC_UK why is it so hard to actually pay you money? It is ridiculous that I can't make a debit card payment to my credit card account, just because my bank account is not HSBC. You make it stupidly hard to pay you while charging me and threatening my credit rating Awful

Poor customer service experience at @HSBC_UK Redditch today. Waited 10 minutes to speak to a member of staff before walking out. None of the people waiting in front of me were seen in that time either. #fail

@repa28782727 @HSBC_UK did that to me too - but would not give me any answers as to why. customer service team openly lie as do complaints team. Was told i had filled in a form but could not provide me with the form. Good luck but don't hold your breath -

@HSBC_UK At the end of the day this is not intentional and no company wants to let anyone down however internet banking is a free of charge service and customers do have the option to bank elsewhere: they do need to remember however that no company is except from IT faults…
