@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK for 3 days now the HSBC app just shuts down as soon as the picture of the tree appears. The app is version 3.15.1 so it is up to date. I'm on iOS 15.1.1. This seems that be a common problem, what can I do to make this work as I 💯 need it

@Sandra25San25 @HSBC @HSBC_UK HSBC are awful. I had ongoing problems with them, but FAR worse in their ongoing global investment in fossil fuels. Building coal-fired power plants in developing countries to make money for shareholders. Corrupt. Do not use.

@HSBC_UK customer service is shocking. 2 days of being on hold, still no further forward. Never heard of a company who cannot sort a direct debit over the phone or take a payment. Going round in circles. Prob go on my credit report through no fault of my own 😤

@WishesAndLists @HSBC_UK Stopped working hours before I updated to the new iOS, I don’t think the update is the issue. Starting to become widespread issue.
