@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK @grover_liam It's not just this bank, many bank branches have closed over the years and the ones that are left many are directing customers to self service machines and suggesting the Post Office for transactions.

@HSBC_UK Dear team I need your assistance please. After yesterday’s Apple IOS update 15.4.1, HSBC app no longer opens, it crashes before. I cannot access my account and if I try to log on the website It requires to generate a code, which we can only get if logged to the app :/

I'm really not a fan of the four clicks needed to obtain a security code in the latest app @HSBC_UK. Better UX would be to fingerprint in and provide a login security code on the first page alongside account details (just shrink it down on there for power users, right?)
