@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Really disappointed in the service of sending an international transfer via @HSBC_UK - same amount was sent via @Barclays and the funds were available in the recipients account a few days later, its been a week and HSBC have still not completed the transaction!!!

@sue_ashcroft @HSBC_UK @WhichUK Could agree more. Absolutely awful service. I’ve been with the bank roughly 35 years and after multiple frustrations will now be leaving the bank. Don’t know if any of the others will be better but they can’t get worse than HSBC!

@HSBC_UK daughter been locked out of account for a while and has some cheques to pay in which normally does via the app. Locked out the app don’t have a secure key we no longer have a local branch it shut down we don’t have any passcodes etc please help
