@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Your app, updated today, is no longer working (version 2.39.3). Up until the update it was working great and not it just crashes immediately on opening. Given it’s used for a digital secure key, this is a major problem. Please can you escalate. Thank you.

Dear @HSBC_UK, yes iOS15 is in Beta (very close to release BTW) and your app worked perfectly on it until version 2.39.3 which now fails to load. you are the only bank (I have 3 others) whose app is broken on iOS15 beta (and crashes in other versions), any plans for a fix? 🙃

@HSBC_UK As useful as a chocolate teapot have spoken to 3 managers and just been told it’s unfortunate and my fault for working in the hours your branch is only open, not even open on a Saturday and half hours in the week !!!
