@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Two hours on the phone for someone to finally answer the phone. Website sends you in circles ending with please phone this number. Number says you can report everything on website. Endless loop and two hour wait on phone.

@HSBC_UK Hi Mauro, the biggest issue about this was probably the number of times he phoned and got shunted from pillar to post work no joy, being cut off on a few occasions and then having to call again and go through the whole process of explaining the problem again and again

@HSBC_UK Could you urgently tell me your number for lost or stolen cards please? I'm not an HSBC customer but a credit card has arrived with my name on it and an account with a £5k overdraft facility. I don't trust any numbers on the card or the letter.
