@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK get your websites updated! I drove 6 miles to use one of your banks today. Paid for parking, not cheap and the branch was CLOSED! Yet your website clearly stated it was open today. NOT impressed

@HSBC_UK Morley, Leeds. Only 1 machine is the first problem. Staff were as friendly and helpful as ever. Think banks are making a major mistake getting rid of counters. I now have to queue to put notes in. Then queue again for the cheque machine - then find somewhere else for the coins

@HSBC_UK When are your service becoming contactable? Your chat service takes hours to respond to. I wonder if there is no banking regulations that would force minimum service quality on banks.

@HSBC_UK After 20 minutes someone answered but had to deal with a child in the background calling out as he was working from home. Got money transferred but will be switching banks as you treat your UK customers appallingly. Any recommendations ?
