@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK Hello HSBC Uk … I have been gone through with very unprofessional customer service from HSBC Travel Insurance ( spoke with Roger ) who can’t not resolve query and put me through where call gets disconnected automatically after 40 minutes hold … so ridiculous service

Starting to lose my patience with @HSBC_UK Business. 2 years on and still using COVID as excuse for poor service. Half an hour in the phone queue, get forwarded to the wrong team and then put to the back of the queue again. This is for something I applied for 5 months ago!

@ae368e1f9fd14ad @HalifaxBank @HSBC_UK Yeah they’ve mentioned that to me b4 when the Paying In machines have been broken & now Out of Service by sum1 numpty ramming a paper clip or bundle of old £5 notes in. But I don’t trust the Post Office sadly

My @HSBC_UK premier account tells me there is a 50k limit on sending money. When I go to do it I find the limit is actually 25k. Why am I not surprised, yet again, that dealing with @HSBC is always a major problem. don;t bother replying. I know you don't give a flying F***

@HSBC_UK 2/2 Every time I call to get to the Internet Banking dept. the system automatically redirects me to the Bereavement Service no matter what options I select. Your "AI" algorithms are completely out of control and causing customers hell.
