@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK You having an actual laugh? I have never banked with you. You release a credit card to a fraudster in my name. You send a letter telling me to go to branch with any questions, they tell me they can’t help and to email, you reply and inform I need to call you.Shocking 1/2

@HSBC_UK you are TERRIBLE. My card has been used fraudulently and your customer service agents have no idea what to do. Mixed messages, confusion and terrible service at a frustrating time. They can't even read your system to understand whether a payment has left an account 😐
