  @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

  @HSBC_UK That's as maybe.but you still can't provide a decent customer service.also I take exception at a bank who gives me the wrong figure to close a loan and then asks for more money.moreover when that is paid you hold it for a day and then refund it claiming you never took it

  @HSBC_UK Can you fix HSBC UK mobile app ASAP as it doesn’t respond at all. I can’t generate a code , hence, no log in on the website either. Bloody hell and insane.

  Well my preferred @HSBC_UK branch has finally done it. After a pre summer warning that it would close the counter service, it's now closed. But it hasn't increased the number of self service machines to mitigate its regressive decision. *slow clap* 1/2

  @HSBC_UK really poor service today - want to access my currency account statements - can’t see them online, branch can’t help, can’t get through by phone.... 90 minutes on live chat to be told it’ll take 10 days!!!!! 10 days to get my own information from my own bank account....

  HSBC Servers are down for online banking but their online help is great! It says "Log in to Online Banking to Chat about your problem". Brilliant. @HSBC_UK
