    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK how the heck do I contact you? 20 minutes on hold to be cut off, no branches near me to go into and an online chat I can’t access as it needs me to log on and I’m calling because I can’t log on! Help incredibly frustrating!

    @HSBC_UK Has there been a fix for the banking app for iPhones using iOS 12? The app just constantly crashes. Very frustrating!! I have not been able to access online banking for days.. this is not acceptable! Cannot use a browser either, as I do not have a physical key!

    @HSBC_UK any danger your banking app might work for any length of time without crashing....What an absolute shower! Can’t even use another device as need the code from app to access it, time for a change of bank I think.

    Why are @HSBC_UK phone lines always soooo busy… are people actually answering the phone? Because ive honestly wasted hours of my life. I even went into brach to try and sort this issue but they said i have to call 😭😭😭
