Caroline (@ruledbydog) reported from Worthing, England@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Frenchgranny (@frenchgranny) reported@HSBC_UK Very very impressed. My card was hacked on Saturday, you spotted it immediately and contacted me. No payment was made to the fraudsters. A new card was necessary and you sd 4-5 working days. It arrived today. Excellent service, thank you.

Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.
