    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    Which doesn't work. This fancy electronic pdf form literally doesn't work. There's no Submit button. And there's no one to help with it. Does anyone at @HSBC_UK care that their electronic forms don't work?

    @HSBC_UK and I called today, it turned out that they put down a note in the system to say those fraudulent transactions are genuine. Unbelievable! And on top of that my calls always get cut off. This is financial crime we are talking about! Do you take it seriously

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to set up another account all day , talking to a robot on live chat rang the customer service line only to be hung up on after 2 hours of waiting !

    @FraserHardy_uk @HSBC_UK @hsbc I've been on hold for 30 minutes with no mention of a virtual call back. We have 2 companies and my personal banking with HSBC. Awful service.

    @HSBC_UK Credit Card Fraud - fraudulent transaction occurred last week, called Fraud 3 times, they never revert the transactions. When I called today, they actually put down note on my account to say those are genuine transactions. And my call for cut off 3 times. unacceptable!

    @HSBC_UK never has there been a more disingenuous message. If my call is important to you… why not employ more staff to answer my call… and your call back system isn’t working as I’ve waited 2 days for a call back.

    @HSBC_UK Im trying to close my business account, forms were received 5th November according to tracking, your website says upto 10 working days but its now been 18 days, whats going on? Should I fill out a complaint?

    I don’t understand banks- can’t dispute my scam as it wasn’t a card transaction?? But if I sent it to the wrong bank by accident they would help me get it back. @HSBC_UK ur ****. 3 days in a row I’ve been trying now

    @HSBC_UK I recently received a new debit card as my previous one expired. I tried to make a payment using contactless today but got a "unsupported card" error. I've made 2 successful payments using chip & pin since. Any ideas?
