    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK every time today I have tried an online chat the stupid bot tells me it's best to ring. Why , what has happened to the online chat? I've tried to ring 6 times so far but some of us are working and can't sit hanging on for hours for HSBC to deign to answer the call

    @HSBC_UK @LBC 2/2 Still on the call with advisor who refuses to help and just goes silent. You’d rather let them be a victim of fraud. You should ask @LloydsBank how to do things properly when it comes to safeguarding vulnerable people from financial abuse.

    @KirstlesYx @HSBC_UK This is hilarious. I'm having the same issue (same phone make) and HSBC just told me the app has no issues. On this post, they suggest turning off biometrics. Here's a thought, guys: talk to each other.

    @HSBC_UK mobile app unprepared for iOS16 Public Beta. Can’t access my bank account at all at the moment and have transfers that I need to make. If you’re an @HSBC_UK user DO NOT UPDATE to @Apple iOS16.
