@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@Crazyerol123 @HSBC_UK It’s a complete disaster. They wait until 1530 on day of completion to phone to tell me something which should’ve been corrected weeks ago. I’ve spoken to them several times this week to confirm all was ok & they didn’t once mention a problem. Cost me a fortune in legal fees etc.

Hi @HSBC_UK If you want some customer feedback on business accounts, don’t call me everyday on an unknown number, and when I answer, speak OVER me and ignore that I’m saying “No” to give feedback - then calm me again the following day. Number blocked. Harassed costumer. 🤬

@HSBC_UK I've paid for concert tickets in 2019 through my HSBC Current A/C. This concert is now cancelled and the refund has been returned to the original card. Unfortunately the HSBC A/C is closed and Ticketmaster are advising that you will still hold the monies. Please help!
