@HSBC_UK are there any known service problems with credit cards. My card has been declined twice over the weekend and was fine last week...

@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK My local branch is closing in May. For the most part, it is not a big issue for me as I hardly ever use it. However, If I get a cheque to pay is n which is in excess of £750 (the maximum that can be paid in using the banking app), how do I do it?

@HSBC_UK @HSBC why are all my cards being declined despite your customer service saying there is nothing wrong and no block in place? Please explain… I have no way of paying for anything now. Time to switch banks 🙃🙃🙃

@HSBC_UK I keep getting the error message "We're sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when trying to transfer money. Happened yesterday, and thought that now it is a working day it would work but it still doesn't.

@HSBC_UK I sent a DM right away - nothing. Again, I want to speak to a Human Being about why you randomly changed our account name and how I change it back to what it was. Please don't send a fatuous 'please DM us' response, I had this problem before so maybe I should find another bank.

@HSBC_UK Thanks Steve, it was finally resolved after I spent an awful long time following the instructions on the cheque book. I took the opportunity to raise it as a complaint/observation once I eventually got passed to a team that could assist.

@HSBC_UK your select and cover policy is a scam. Absolutely disgusting customer service from “likewise”

@HSBC_UK Well that didn’t happen so maybe you’d like to check your systems to see if there’s a glitch somewhere.

@umaruZW @HSBC_UK Emails like this are sent to anyone who has opted to receive them or are a HSBC UK customer. Emails are never targeted to those with limited or many funds in accounts as we do not have this information available to us.

@pompeyhedge @HSBC_UK I had to travel far to pay this in, I'm under palliative care with terminal cancer so it was a mission. I take it, it's still not working?
