    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK As you continue to ignore I go into your Cheltenham branch to try and sort my issues. A lady called Sarah promised that I would get a call from her business colleague at Gloucester branch who should be able to help me. Guess what? No call. You are an absolute disgrace!

    Resetting an @HSBC_UK mobile banking app password is going to take me all day. It really shouldn’t be this hard, esp when your competitors can do it without a problem and without the need for a looooong call to a call centre.

    @bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

    @HSBC_UK absolutely insane support pages and contact number. Account opened, money transferred, card received BUT NO TELEPHONE SECURITY NUMBER and no way to contact HSBC to get it. Not impressed and unless sorted within next two days will close the account

    @HSBC_UK "Sorry we're unable to load your messages" is what I get when opening private messaging in my mobile app, and messaging your bot takes me around in circles!!!!! Looks like I'm going to have to wait on the phone like everybody else! -5* for customer support!

    If you are having trouble with your order please contact your payment provider. They won't do anything about it. Occasionally a bored member of @HSBC_UK staff might DM you asking for more details and then blame @Morrisons , but that's it. Great service.

    @StewartMitchell @HSBC_UK It's probably just one of many factors that on their own would not cause a failure to login/use the account, but if enough of these fail then there is a good chance something dodgy going on and they would like to ask for further checks or manually verify it's the account holder

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK Why is it that as an account holder with HSBC UK for 16 years. I no longer have access to my account and customer service sucks!!!! HSBC UK 🇬🇧 have no regards for their customers.

    @HSBC_UK so frustrating trying to speak to your Premier call centre-put through then line goes dead or they have no idea how to find my CC dispute info.. Hardly a ‘Premier’ service. #painful
