    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @borealistee @HSBC_UK I did but wasn’t eligible. In fairness to HSBC Payment speed is fine, this was my error. The last account I opened was monzo, which was up and running in minutes. It’s taken 3/4 weeks to get the HSBC account working as the letters took an age to arrive. This is what frustrated me

    Hey @HSBC_UK is it good customer service to keep me hanging on line for 45 minutes to speak to a rep and then cut me off 30 seconds after I actually get hold of someone to talk to? Asking for a friend. 😡😡😡

    @HSBC_UK @nationaltrust Still a dog of a bank judging by the way you treat your customers! 10yrs a business customer, was told i was no longer a customer they wanted due to having a high cash turnover! Was ok for you, for ten years!!!🤮🤮🤮 RIP HSBC

    @HSBC_UK This is now beyond a joke. You reply via Twitter advising I use the app to speak to an agent that can resolve this. I spend more time explaining the issue in detail and he then tells me to he cant help and I must phone you tomorrow!!! WTF is going on with this company?

    @HSBC_UK I am an Advance customer with HSBC Egypt, when I tried to open an overseas account in HSBC UK. I was informed HSBC UK no longer offers Advance current account. Is that true? I didn't find this announcement any where on your site.
