@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK @amandeep86 I just came here to ask same question. I'm confused by the web site showing branches as "Full service" but with "Counter service Mon-Fri". Does this mean a USD cheque can only deposited Mon-Fri? Thanks.

So @HSBC_UK doesn’t provide a self-service option for customers to generate their account statements for specific periods. Ordinary @myaccessbank @gtbank and co have that simple functionality. That’s really surprising for a bank of their standard.

Good work @HSBC_UK - you closed the counters down in my bank so I can’t pay coins in….however the branch in Runcorn (35 mins away) does take coins😳🤷🏼
