After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. Anna (@annacjone5) reported@HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!

judith (@ju499) reported@HSBC_UK block my card for possible fraud. Fair enough, ask me to ring the fraud team. Fair enough. Can’t put me through to the fraud team due to technical issues your end but my card will still be blocked ! Very poor service.
