    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @PinophytaEd @HSBC_UK Sports Direct is open 7 days a week yet banks, a genuinely essential service are open 5 days a week for a handful of hours. Unless you are a pensioner or unemployed you have no chance of getting there. Absurd.

    @HSBC_UK I don’t have a telephone banking number so can’t use the mobile app! When I ring up the automated telephone service it won’t pick up the numbers I input for my card n can’t hear me when I speak despite my phone working fine when I activated the card 2 mins ago? #Problems
