  @MissFoxxFD @HSBC_UK No. That's wrong. It shows integration has never been better and that the future is very promising.   @HSBC_UK hsb c Mobil app has problem when I change to my new iPhone . Then the old iPhone problem as well . The set up app asking to sign in and set up . After sign in it need to general the code from security machine . After that the screen has no option to fill the number in ?

  @HSBC_UK I am locked out of my online banking. The advice online is to enter via the website but I need a secure digital key for this, which I don't have as I am trying to set it up on a new phone. I can't phone as you want a telephone PIN and I haven't used one for 15+ years.

  @HSBC_UK your safeguarding process is ridiculous! Filled in form told it’s wrong. Online, calling can’t fix it. Now sat in branch for over 30 mins and no one can get through! I am the customer!
