@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK what a horrible experience with your customer service team.Debit card not working online,called up and told it was blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity.Passed to 4 people then told they can't see an issue. Now can't shop online, feeling very let down and anxious.

@HSBC_UK My wife & I have 5 bank accounts & by far the worst is HSBC for getting help. Their help lines are terrible & even contradict what staff in the branches say. We have spent over 8 hours in the last two weeks WAITING on so-called 'help lines' to get no results. HSBC is shameful.
