    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?     @HSBC_UK 2 hrs in hell loop of business customer service trying to get my business debit card unblocked. They send me to card services who say they can’t deal with business cards and send me back to them. How can I get out this cycle and someone to please unblock my card!

    @HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!

    What a heap of crap @HSBC_UK has become, changing login details on new iPad and it crashed (might be our fault??) but absolutely no help from the ‘Delhi’ 😡 phone line. Now need to go to a branch 30 miles away to sort out. #switchcoming #tamping

    @HSBC_UK I want to open an Advance account using the account switching service but at no point during the application process do you request my old bank details. Not sure therefore how you’re going to manage to switch it! Please can you explain how to do this?
