@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK absolutely disgrace hanging up on my elderly mother, who wishes to pay a bill. Calculator code reader showing failed, hence she called where an operator repeated hello & then hung up. 60+ years a customer & family business over 100 years we will be closing our accounts

@HSBC_UK thanks for force logging me out of my Digital banking app and subsequently locking me out of my digital banking and secure key when entering the CORRECT DETAILS. Sort your shocking service out, I’m so close to switching Banks fed up with **** like this every 5 minutes.

@TideBusiness @HSBC_UK the owner of this bank account sort code 40-11-92 Acc no 35456134 stole our money on 02/01/23 via remote access takeover. Tide has no phone number and inferior security. Do not bank with this company. They are not even a bank.

@HSBC_UK here we going again. Son has turned 18, wants to set up online banking but firstly has to set up telephone banking.. M been on hold over 1hr now with the ear bleeding hold music. Your customer "service" is truly awful. Someone needs sacking for this debacle

@monese How long does it take to respond to non premium customers? 1 month? Access to help does not include a phone to a human, and even link to send a message is very well hidden! Do #HSBC know? @HSBC_UK i think you bailed @monese out. What do you think about their service?

@HSBC_UK @HSBC your colleague gave me wrong information and told me a transfer between savers account and current account isn’t counted as a withdrawal so I did that and now I’m told it is so I’m losing on a months interest of up to £35. Absolutely unacceptable service
