@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK I have been unable to access my HSBC account. I've tried customer service and calling various times and apparently I am now locked out of my account. Would you be able to advise? I am very concerned about this.

@HSBC_UK Maybe should focus on running hsbc properly. It has gone downhill over the last 2 years, none customer friendly changes to savings accounts and now our counter services have been closed.

@HSBC_UK rejected my current acct switch - after freezing my business account. They gave enough notice of closure - but no way to stop it being frozen. Call queues in excess of 20 mins, inadequate online communications, no more in-branch business team = appalling service!

My bank card was stolen yest, pin compromised & money taken from my account within 15 mins of card being stolen. Blocked card when I realised & spoke to HSBC fraud team...within 3 hours of the call @HSBC_UK had put the stolen money back in my account. Pretty amazing service 👏👏

@HSBC_UK cash paying in machines are terrible at Grey St, Newcastle branch! Took 6 attempts, no staff around to help as the machine also had my card! The other machine out of order. Please fix.

@HSBC_UK Good to talk are you having a laugh no one ever answers the phone another 40 min wait @hsbc_uk you couldn’t help me over the phone was told to go in to branch once in branch was told there were no business expert’s in and had to ring them in store terrible service

@HSBC_UK @kbrhkaya No idea why would you use the word "some", when every single pixel 6 user reports this same issue. Most certainly all Pixel 6/Pixels 6 Pro users have a problem accessing the business app (and the personal banking app as of late)
