@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Today I got cut off several times and had to go and listen to that, by now very annoying, holding tune for half an hour each time, getting through to someone on a very bad line and impossible to hear what they were saying. All agents are still busy.... Total rubbish.

If you're ever contemplating banking with @HSBC_UK do not do it!! Go elsewhere, worst customer service I've ever received from a bank. I've had to lodge 2 major complaints in the space of 6 months #Ridiculous

@HSBC_UK Then I called again for the 6th time to get told that their documents weren’t uploaded for one of the applications but the other did! This is unacceptable service and treatment from you guys! There isn’t even any helpful way to do this!
