    @ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

    @HSBC_UK Another problem. Today I paid $25 US to a bogus charity on my PayPal account tied to my HSBC account in UK. I cannot cancel with PayPal so I tried my HSBC account but it is useless. I need a messaging service. OK

    @HSBC_UK what is the point is telling me to private message you if you don’t bother to respond. All I want to do is transfer my money in my current account to another account. But your online banking system doesn’t work. When are you going to fix it??

    @HSBC_UK This is getting exasperating: 72+ hours on and still no fix. There are only so many times each day I can repeat the cycle of downloading the app-installing the app-watching it crash multiple times-deleting the app-restarting my iPhone-downloading the app etc. Please sort this out

    @HSBC_UK honestly your customer service is appalling. I am trying to make a payment to my credit card and it’s impossible on the app! I have now been on the phone for over 20 mins while your advisor has put me on hold 3 times to only go and come back to ask the same security Q’s!

    @HSBC_UK Opened a new account 3 weeks ago and still can't access my Online Banking. I need a security code. Not received in post, can't give on phone, local branch closed... it's 2021. I NEED to access my Online Banking this weekend, send me an email, a text, anything...
