@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK Is there a problem with the app, it says service unavailable, when trying to login! Can't use online platform as you need to the app.

@HSBC_UK sort out ur customer service please. I’m on the phone 2 mum who’s currently having a panic attack because of ur idiot staff & managers, who r pushing people 2 go online, & not use the actual people. U can’t just push people to do what they want, to please u 😤😡🤬

The @HSBC_UK app has been down for a week now - I can't access mobile or online banking to be able to manage my account or pay bills. Seriously considering switching banks (and I've been with them for 24yrs...)

@HSBC_UK The latest HSBC UK app is non functioning and closes. The last version malfunctioned and was extremely slow, but at least I could view my accounts, unlike the latest update which renders the app useless. I will have to switch banks in order to do mobile banking!
