    @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

    @HSBC_UK Global transfers between my HSBC accounts are not presently working on both of the online banking and the app platforms! This is infuriating! This needs to be fixed immediately.
