@HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

@HSBC_UK I think you didn’t read my message correctly. I have a problem with a transaction and I ve been trying to contact an agent for OVER AN HOUR on all your platforms, mobile app, web browser and on the phone. FROM ABROAD! And this reply is equally unhelpful. 😡😡😡

@HSBC_UK You don't understand. I don't want to have the Secure Key on my daily phone because if I lose it, I lose access to my bank account. The Secure Key stays at home on an older device. I needed the Fast Balance on the app but you've removed that feature. Why?
