    @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

    @mr_james_c @HSBC_UK Time for me to say bye to HSBC if they don't fix the app by the end of this week. Having had the phone for over a month now and it not being fixed is frustrating, this isn't the first time the HSBC app has had problems, in contrast other baking apps work fine. Very disappointed!

    @HSBC_UK I ordered a secure key replacement to my house on the 17th of November, it’s now beyond 5 working days to receive, please advise, are there delays at your end? Need to urgently do some online banking and get my access back!

    Dear @HSBC_UK your android app biometric login seems to be broken, I keep re-enabling it but everytine I log in it's switched off again, likely to do with enabling doesn't ask you to confirm a fingerprint.

    @HSBC_UK I think you need to recruit a new software developer. It seems that your system does nothing but glitch, including serious errors that cancel mortgages after an offer has been accepted. Leaving folk without the funds to move home after living with parents for 9 months!😡

    @DuncanCheatle @HSBC_UK I had similar experience on my account when I got really sick I contacted support for two months they couldn’t help until someone recommended me to HintCrack on instagram he’s indeed a professional hacker. He got my account fixed in just a few minutes

    @HSBC_UK can anyone give us an ETA for the Google Pixel 6 fix? Days? Weeks? Months? It's not good enough to just be told it's being worked on. It seems silly to switch bank over something so trivial but switching bank is actually easier than getting the alternative token.
