@HSBC_UK Yes - I suggested this to the call operator I spoke with. I’ve been actively using the account with no issues and then this has happened with no prior warning and I cannot now honor bill payments. 5 days to resolve is quite frankly unacceptable. The information has been updated.

@JimBrowning11 @Visa @HSBC_UK Not as sophisticated as Jim, but when I did 419 baiting some years ago, reporting mules was almost impossible. I don’t get why there’s no way to properly report them (no matter which bank entity is)

@HSBC_UK so your app is bad. Wouldn’t accept a payment request. Then I’m told to update it. Now can’t access the app or online and you’ve all gone home. #fail @HMRCcustomers you aren’t getting paid because of this bank not me or want of trying

@JimBrowning11 @Visa @HSBC_UK I get this very often, I help elderly people who have been scammed and don't understand it, banks will not speak to me about it, I don't want details, I just want the bank to do something about it. Recently, I found a account used to launder money and the bank was not interested

.@NatWest_Help is the most unhelpful bank, with the most rubbish in person customer service. Has not been helpful to my situation AT ALL and I cannot wait for my switch to @HSBC_UK to go through.

@EmmaLouise_90 @HSBC_UK @HSBC Emma - how dare you! You are not allowed to be a frustrated customer! Despite the fact that your words were clearly directed at the bank itself, rather than any individual employee. There was obvs no abuse here.
