@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Loopring, be prepared to have to put in research, but the result will be you will be your own bank and not have to rely on **** banks. Or Bitcoin and hold in Trust Wallet or Ledger X. Q1 23 will kill banks, crypto v cbdc is the new future.

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Join Starling. It's takes minutes in the app, they will move all your DDs and standing orders. They even do really great business banking. They just work. App only is the only potential issues, but my ND brain loves that. For a bricks and mortar bank I liked @AskNationwide

@HSBC_UK Now, nearly at the end of 2022 HSBC has held it for almost two years. Our new bank rejected us just as the funds had reached them. Our money was returned to HSBC but we could no longer access it, and even today, we still have not retrieved our money from HSBC. Ray Vahey, Bitchute

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with Nationwide for years and had no problems. It’s a mutual building society of course. I told them they were sending me too many emails with pics of old people and they changed it straight away! Responsive.

@HSBC_UK Turning me down for a #HSBCAdvance account, but offering me a credit card is not of any use😢 I have 3 credit cards already, will choose a different bank with good switching deal😰

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK What do you mean by "able to do admin"? I've been with FirstDirect for many years and never had any issues, but I think you should expand in what exactly is that you need so you get good suggestions.

@HSBC_UK why is it so hard to close a credit card? The app sends me to the website. The website send me to the chat function. The chat function sends me back to the app. I’m calling and all I get is a prerecorded message telling me to use the app.
