@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK Hi. I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 15 beta and the HSBC app just crashes, which I knew could happen. I presume this will be fixed later down the road, but how do I access online banking if I can't get to my secure key? Is there a way? Thanks.
