  @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

  @HSBC_UK how awful that customer service puts the phone down on me when I have a transaction on my account which is fraudulently debiting soon. Call me ASAP or facing the consequences if no available funds to pay for the bills

  Hi, @HSBC_UK I'm hoping you can help. I tried calling to reactivate my frozen account, but the automated system asks for my telephone banking security number, which I don't have it with me. Could you please provide a phone number where I can speak to someone directly? Thanks.

  @HSBC_UK This is one of the worst banks I have dealt with, no customer care at all, avoid opening an account with them especially Business account

  @HSBC_UK sort put your services ! Your app is diabolical and like a gamble if you can access your account or not ! Your login page has been frozen for days, and your photo ID krap is a joke ! ive had eye surgery ( im sick as hell ) and I cant even pay for eye drops !!!!!!!!!

  HSBC @HSBC_IN @HSBC_UK @PMOIndia I called your customer care as asked by you. They gave new complain no. 36509058 Still no credit of missing points. It's more than 2 months now. Same as May, my July accelerated points are also not credited as per transactions. Pathetic HSBC

  @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

  Open a bank account @HSBC_UK is known and reputable has multi-currency accounts - 🫡 Transfer money in 👍 Transfer money out 👀 Wait, how do i get a transfer confirmation I can only see the nickname I gave the contact and amount Call premier support No way at all in web or app to get a NORMAL transfer confirmation PDF or even see on screen transfer details (to which ACC/SrtCde) WTAF 🤯

  @HSBC_UK I just used chat in the app and it seems i was connected to a very lazy person who didn't want to help me. Or a massively incompetent moron who didn't know what they where doing! I'm guessing its not UK based. Can you let me know the times the chat is manned by UK staff please?

  @HSBC_UK I am trying to open a business bank account. Your systems are so impenetrable that it is impossible to get anything done. Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with banking.
