    @HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @HSBC_UK Your executive who was handling this situation made things terrible. But I like to express my happiness for those people supported from the 25th over call and chat support. You took some time to resolve it, but I am happy we finally settled!!! Thankyou!!!1

    The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

    @HSBC_UK Do I have to book an appointment at the branch to update my personal details (name), or can I just pop go in at any time? The website says to book an appointment over the phone, and but when I called phone banking, it said I should book the appointment online!

    @HSBC_UK Thanks. I prefer a larger screen. My issue is there are no clear instructions on how to set up and get going. It would next to nothing to put this online and help reduce calls to the bank helpline enabling the HSBC staff's time to be put to better use.

    @HSBC_UK £22,200 has been lost between an HSBC payer and an HSBC payee. We are both calling the bank and we are both being told the problem is with the other party. I ask to speak to a manager and this is not possible. It's a joke. I recently moved from Santander. Epic fail
