@HSBC_UK shockingly poor customer service. When fraud attempts happen it’s you who should be helping us, protecting your customers. We’ve banked with you for 30yrs, but it’s a no brainier, we change banks.

@HSBC_UK hiya, the cheque depositing on the app seems to have been broken for a while (certainly on pixels), any update on this? I see from the app store that others are having similar issues. Thx

For example, if HSBC was to support the beta and the beta had a security vulnerability that allowed a malicious actor to take control of your account, you’d be happy with that? No you’d blame HSBC. Accept the risk that not all software is supported or use RTMs only 2/2

@HSBC_UK That’s great and all, but Lloyds and AMEX aren’t making me do all this just to access my internet banking. Just saying. Other banks can do it, why can’t you? Genuine question. Please escalate to dev team as I can see other customers are getting equally frustrated!

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I appreciate the reply. If complaining can get this issue dealt with, then yes log a formal complaint please. It’s absolutely unacceptable to have to chase you to enable your app for a public beta version of the most secure mobile OS where other banks already have.

@HSBC_UK I have never experienced such AWFUL customer service than with your bank. I have called several times and nothing is resolved and constantly being cut off so have to start over on hold for hours.
