    @HSBC_UK shockingly poor customer service. When fraud attempts happen it’s you who should be helping us, protecting your customers. We’ve banked with you for 30yrs, but it’s a no brainier, we change banks.

    @HSBC_UK Hello there. Straight after updating my iPhone to the latest ios15.1 software release. I can’t delete the app and reinstall as I haven’t got the relevant security information with me, and I can’t access online banking because I need the code generated by the App. We need a fix!

    @HSBC_UK I think you have a problem. I have been told that two replacement credit cards have been sent out (15/11 & 25/11) neither have turned up. I am still without the replacement card.

    @HSBC_UK I upgraded to ios15.1 on my iPhone 8 Plus and like many others I now can’t access my hsbc banking app, it just won’t open. I can’t even log in on the website because I need the app for my secure key. Need to make a payment today.. any timelines on a fix?

    @HSBC_UK Muswell Hill. But I needed it to be working today. If you still had cashiers I would not have had a problem.

    @HSBC_UK your 'live chat' is useless it suggests it is a person. It is a machine. I want to speak to a person. I am locked out of my account and can't get back in. Your website is no use at all.

    @HSBC_UK Third phone call to your fraud support this morning, calls get disconnected after around 10 minutes. Worst service ever from my bank.
