historic charge against a property from former business sold 10 years ago. 4 WEEKS and STILL no resolution! Holding property to ransom.Disgusting from @HSBC_UK. Refuse to speak to us and also a solicitor as we no longer own the business @BBCXRay @BBCWatchdog help if u can

@HSBC_UK why is it so difficult to open a child’s account (for existing existing customers). Tried online, ID not accepted - no reason given. Rang to be told it’s linking to old address of 2 years ago. Transferred to another team, after 40 mins hold line goes dead! Great help.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK Any problems reported with your cash machines today? I'm hearing from a number of people they are asking for money and nothing is coming out! Staff in Liverpool telling customers to use machines outside the bank or get a receipt from them...
