    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    @GrahamBoylan @HSBC_UK We've had the same problem mate! A comedy of errors with them. Have wasted almost 2 full days on hold to them too over the past 3 months

    @HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

    The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

    @HSBC_UK Is there an outline outage at this moment? Tried to log on using mobile app but my account was not loaded. Tried to log on using browser and I got a message stating that details do not match. Can someone help?

    @HSBC_UK not one official message as to why or when you think the online/app banking will be up and working. Incredibly poor customer relations. Can you not just put a message on Twitter apologising?
