    @HSBC_UK shambolic service on the breakdown recovery provided by RAC. Charged £180 for recovery due to a snapped key almost 3 hours later still no sign.

    @HSBC_UK Noticeable how HSBC are becoming more and more like the rest of UK 'service companies' - i.e 'no service'!- you can no longer contact them in writing electronically, e-mail disappeared years ago and so now has their messaging system - what remains is a mess!

    Is anyone actually happy with @HSBC_UK still waiting for a pin number a month later, no ability to get telephone access etc. I would move my but oh yes they’ve locked it! Ridiculous

    @HSBC_UK I get that but not sure how I am supposed the use online banking as you need the app to login securely. So now I can’t use the bank account, @HSBC_UK really do need to move with technology. I am sure it’s not just affecting me but thousands of @HSBC_UK customers.

    @hsbc_uk I'm trying to sort out remortgaging online but can't get past the first step after logging into the mortgage hub. I read the document, click continue, turn after a minute it says "we are unable to connect to the mortgage service". Can you advise?

    @HSBC_UK @A_Moha This is crazy. Completely locked out of my accounts now. Can’t even log to the website because you need the key from the app. it’s 2022 you bozos !!
