@HSBC_UK seems that online banking is down. I’m unable to log on via the app or online. I’ve tried doing a security reset but it won’t allow me. Due to the message “system error” (online) or “something went wrong your online banking has expired. Please log on again.” (Mobile app)

@HSBC_UK @MerkyBooks Hi worlds worst bank, is there anyone in customer service that has any common sense that I can speak to on a weekend or after 5.30 weekdays? You numpties screwed the account opening up due to a dodgy system issue so I cancelled as it did not go through then a week later done it

Absolutely abysmal service from @HSBC_UK today. My husband & I wish to upgrade our joint account. He spent 50 mins on the phone to the verification dept only to be told we BOTH need to spend an hour & a half on to the conversion dept.! 2 & 1/2 hours to hit a button! Seriously?!

@HSBC_UK I have a LOY CASH ADV - as it shows in mobile banking. What does this mean because I can’t find any info about it on the website. I can only see the Loyalty Cash ISA through that link.
