  @HSBC_UK No it's not fixed I'm now locked out of the app and the website because your app refused to recognise my correct log-in details. But it generates a code for the same log on. Absurd. I still can't access anything.

  @HSBC_UK Well 4 calls each over 25 minutes. Cut off 3 times no answer. Cannot reset like website says. Update was a waste of time as obviously not tested fully. Am very close to taking my accounts elsewhere. No customer care. Why should I stay with hsbc to be treated abysmally.

  @JohnWyndhamRich @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @stainlessamama they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

  @HSBC_UK I’m going into branch tomorrow to sort it, first time I’ve been let down by customer service if you have someone adamant they want to make a payment I appreciate there needs to be checks but not listening to the customer is really poor
