@HSBC_UK Yes, online is the problem, what's wrong with face to face. I joined HSBC at the age of 4 with Griffin Savers, this experience has really knocked my confidence in your organisation. Bring back real people in banks, lots of people do want to and do not do online everything

@HSBC_UK So, after waiting 19 minutes and finally speaking to someone, they put me on hold. After a couple of minutes, I was cut off. And you call this customer “service”! Lack of service, more like. Unacceptable.

@HSBC_UK visited your bank in Bromley High street yesterday and I must say that your staff needs retraining in customer service! I am a Fist Direct customer and the last time I checked First Direct IS part of HSBC, the teller there was rude and wanted me to go to the PO?

@HSBC_UK your app does not work on iOS16, meaning not only am I unable to use the app for my banking, I am also unable to use your website at my desktop, as the app grants the digital key. Please advise when this will be resolved, as I do need access to my account.

@HSBC_UK My business/wealth manager couldn’t sort out the problem and I know he wanted to as I was going to invest 250k but the bank said no so I’ve said no to the bank
