So frustrating that 3 days later my @AmazonUK order isn’t going threw and I’ve got all the correct card details on there. Contacted @HSBC_UK and been told that there is issues at the moment with the authentication step which I’m not sure is true!

@HSBC_UK Normal for FLEXI SAVER accounts despite being advertised as; "Access your money instantly. This is an instant access account, so you can take out and transfer money whenever you need to, no notice required". But only if you have previously agreed 'PAYEES'.

Hello @HSBC_UK In one of your branches, I’ve just been told that it will take up to 4 working days to set up a new payee & make a transfer, if done in the branch. When I asked why & pointed out that it would be immediate if done online, the response was a shrug. Is this correct?
