The irritating thing about @boltapp is that if you cancel a ride, the refund takes DAYS to come through. It’s ridiculous that they take the money from your account before the car is confirmed. Waste of time and @HSBC_UK are no help whatsoever. #taxi #taxidriver

@HSBC_UK Steve. The big problem you have is that the 90 minute wait message came from the live chat system. I don't have the time to sit next to a phone to wait for a call back either. Not good enough.
