@HSBC_UK spent an hour and a half on the phone to one of your agents and she then put the phone down on me. Half of my issue was sorted so can someone call me back please?

@HSBC_UK Thanks it’s an old iPhone so 12.5.5 is the latest version. The workaround works but it’s not a good one of old iPhones ! We are now in a terrible design loop as it’s asking for a digital secure key that can only be created via the mobile app!!

@HSBC_UK I'm not sure there's much you can do other than employ more customer service agents. Luckily, despite a more than 40 minute wait, Andy was super helpful. I feel bad for your people who must get so much flak from frustrated customers - I hope you appreciate and reward them well.

@HSBC_UK No option on website to activate secure key, just standard log in page. Been on hold to speak to someone for over 26mins and counting. Why is this so badly set up and communicated?

@HSBC_UK Hi. Quick suggestion: when issuing new security devices to customers, why not de-activate the old ones automatically? Having to wait in a call queue twice-over to sort this out doesn’t help anyone 😞
