    @HSBC_UK I've done everything required by your automated system, and then it still blocked me out because of failed attempts with a damn THUMB PRINT and Password.. I'm going in to a branch and if they don't fix I'm moving account.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, my mobile app keeps glitching and closing. I've updated my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled and closed the app. I'm at a loss of what else i can do. I can't access anything as I need my secure key that's on the app
