@HSBC_UK The point is the branch doesn’t have a counter service at all, making it redundant effectively, had to travel several miles to one that did. It’d be easier if you just shut the counterless branches down so customers don’t waste their time. I’d rather you opened them.

@HSBC_UK hi. Your mobile app has stopped working. Press Login, scan fingerprint and then it just goes back to Login screen. IOS 14.8. iPhone 8 Plus. Same problem on latest app version. Have rebooted phone. How can I get some help on that please?

@HSBC_UK You do not give your agents key info that customers need. You failed, resulting in a 3 branch trip around SW London in pouring rain. Everyone we met was empathic and helped in a very challenging situation. Online and by phone it was a still unsolved customer service disaster.

@HSBC_UK Mobile Banking App keeps crashing on my iOS device; effectively I have been locked out of my account as I can't even login into internet banking as that requires digital secure code from mobile app. Please fix it quickly.

@HSBC_UK @SylviaR66233305 The app is still crashing for me on iOS 14.4.2 I cannot access my banking in app or online at all as it requires the app for a code! Please advise ASAP. I really need to access my banking for bills and transfers!!!
