    @HSBC_UK You don't understand. I don't want to have the Secure Key on my daily phone because if I lose it, I lose access to my bank account. The Secure Key stays at home on an older device. I needed the Fast Balance on the app but you've removed that feature. Why?

    @HSBC_UK - is there any reason why your bank app is not working? 10 times in the last 24 hours I've tried to open it on my Samsung phone and it keeps crashing before I've even had a chance to log in. What's going on?

    @HSBC_UK So, you can't get help in a branch or on the telephone to add an account to an exsiting customers account, unless you speak to a 'specialist' and when you finally do they need to send you documents... that fail to arrive... genius #useless

    @HSBC_UK Was beginning to lose the will to live with getting my new account activated for the app following several phone calls where no one seemed able to help but have just finished on the phone with Gail (Yorkshire accent), she has got this resolved. Pass on my thanks to her

    @Lonefox98 @HSBC_UK Yeh I can't open mine. It just keeps crashing like a lot of other people who commented on Google play store. Needs a new update to fix it.

    @HSBC_UK Poor upgrade to mobile app; impossible to generate security code, easy peasy on old app. By pressing CANCEL on opening to enable you to log in to desktop banking😒On my app pressing CANCEL on pop up doesn't work; it just disappears, & you're left with original screen.

    @HSBC_UK thanks for updating your mobile app. I can't access it since update and am locked out All this equals unhappy customer. Now I have to call and get it all reset. Thanks for hassle.
