@katherinealee @HSBC_UK Never had an issue with @LloydsBank They’ve also managed to stop taxi drivers scamming me. Addison Lee had a contract with LTN, their drivers didn’t have to pay the drop off fee, but some drivers would add the charge on after you left, and you wouldn’t know unless you checked.

@HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

@HSBC_UK hi I have been getting post to my new address for someone who doesn’t live here. I keep sending it back return to sender but i really think you need to be making more of an effort to speak to the actual customer to get their correct address

@HSBC_UK Advised today that only way to make changes to my account was to use the mobile app even though the Premier site advises a phone call. ‘We want everyone to go digital’! I’m told. After 20 years to change methinks.
