@HSBC_UK I have been trying to use the app on my iPhone for several days to get a banner message ‘Server unavailable please try later’ totally reliant on the app’s security number generator to sign online.when will this be resolve????

@HSBC_UK unbelievable terrible service. I have attempted to make 5 small payments to @coinbase and each time my payment has been blocked by @HSBC. 15 mins of calls each time to release the payment.

@HSBC_UK can you please tell me the status of my replacement debit card. Your team has arranged for it to be sent on 24th to Moorgate branch. it’s now been 5 working days and no news. ATM has also retained my old debit card from last Thursday so I am left with no card to use!
