    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK All banks are the same. I’ve had similar problems with Barclays, Lloyd’s and Nationwide. Everything is geared to online and using apps. I know people who work in banks and they are very frustrated and angry with bank practices which do not serve the customer.

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

    @duffy1972 @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK My app did the same, couldnt even get to the secure key to loggin online. I ended up having to delete the app, request a physical security key. Redownload and reset everything back up over 2 weeks! I did however manage to speak to a person who denied issues with the app....
