    Why is customer service now so rubbish @HSBC_UK ? 45 minutes hanging on the phone before it clicks off. You're closing dozens of local branches. There is no one to talk to. Why would anyone keep their account with you any more? I've had mine 50 years wonder why.

    @CleansedTweets @pchindle @HSBC_UK Both myself and my mother have uk bank accounts and they have our address in Spain,never an issue,it should be same situation for yourself, if you have a home address in uk again they shouldnt be closing your account,it’s not illegal to travel and be out of the country for years

    @HSBC_UK It is totally wrong to offer a refund and withdraw monies from our @stripe account when no evidence has been provided by the customer. While this investigation goes on, they have the goods of which they still use! It’s a false claim making it fraudulent.

    @ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far

    @HSBC_UK I wasted my times before and never get any reply and you are also failed to provide any help so that clearly indicate that HSBC does not want customers to logged complaints and thats why there is no option available on the rubbish website. No wonder your are the worst bank!!

    @HSBC_UK , I am Profoundly dyslexic. And I tried to make a claim Regarding holiday insurance. And I realised that there was so much paperwork Which I had to read and write and I realised and I realised that this service was not accessible to me With my disability

    @HSBC_UK I have been with HSBC for 18 years and 13 in mortgage never had any problems till I have to encounter the bunch of these incompetent advisors kindly restore face to face appointments current system is not working

    @Cashplus @HSBC_UK @Cashplus I just got off the phone with support for the 4th time (one of them actually told me to hold and hung up). Apparently, I need to physically get documents certified (who on earth does this) and then send them via post and wait 10 days. This is in the 21st Century.

    @HSBC_UK why have I lost the ability of OTP and have to authorise every payment know the app. Its impossible as everytime i return to the site after authorising on the hsbc app the payment page has gone back to the homepage. Give me back the OTP option
