Why is customer service now so rubbish @HSBC_UK ? 45 minutes hanging on the phone before it clicks off. You're closing dozens of local branches. There is no one to talk to. Why would anyone keep their account with you any more? I've had mine 50 years wonder why.

Oh dear - @HSBC_UK you are a big let down!!! Why is it so difficult to register a POA - when someone vulnerable needs help - you are so dismissive of providing help - your branch at Basildon has the worst customer service I have seen for a very long time!!
