Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

@HSBC_UK On the phone with them now — was told it was Apple which is impossible — had just added another HSBC debit card fine. Your app only lets you use the add to wallet ONCE for either phone or watch which is nuts.

@HSBC_UK Why am I being put through to the fraud team? Why can’t your Apple Pay team understand the issue? Why am I being told to contact Apple? All that will do is waste my time going back and forth when they tell me to contact you! This happens EVERY year.

@HSBC_UK I see GSA ERROR has been widely reported in the media as something that isn't a browser issue, yet im told to clear my cache and cookies ( I've done that) changed browser 3 times too. 15 days for a response I'm told! Ridiculous.
