Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

@TideBusiness @HSBC_UK the owner of this bank account sort code 40-11-92 Acc no 35456134 stole our money on 02/01/23 via remote access takeover. Tide has no phone number and inferior security. Do not bank with this company. They are not even a bank.

Can you help please @HSBC_UK I have never found such an unhelpful online banking system.Trying to pay credit card from another bank and can’t see how to do it anywhere. Direct debit payment from another bank showing going out but not going into account & I’d like to pay bit more.
