Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

Why is customer service now so rubbish @HSBC_UK ? 45 minutes hanging on the phone before it clicks off. You're closing dozens of local branches. There is no one to talk to. Why would anyone keep their account with you any more? I've had mine 50 years wonder why.

aaaah HSBC....always sorry but never *ever* getting any better.... @HSBC_UK consistently worst customer service i have ever experienced. Joined @StarlingBank recently - it is a *joy* to bank with them.

@HSBC_UK @chrissmith7979 So people on iOS 16 are just expected not to use banking? We need the app updated so that we can log on using a computer, please fix this asap

@HSBC_UK please allow your app to support the iOS16 Public Beta… you did it last year. But this year anyone that’s installed the beta is locked out. Even from logging in elsewhere because we can’t generate a code in the app! 🙃

@HSBC_UK @_dannyvfx I’m using public beta of iOS 16 and yep - can’t log in at all, and given the app is necessary to generate security codes, am completely stuffed. Every other banking app I have works fine, come on HSBC sort this out.

@HSBC_UK Your business banking app is again showing a “server unavailable” when you start your app. This after a forced app update. Making it worse, I can’t log on to online banking because the app is the key generator… seriously…
