    Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

    @HSBC_UK tried to reset my online password, answered security questions, then was hung up on. Called back to be told online account locked and that I need to go into branch and no record of first call. Meant to be going abroad tomorrow - can you help me?

    @HSBC_UK @TROYmagician Your telephone line constantly repeating use the app, talk to us on chat. 9/10 they can't help and tell you to phone. I've followed your procedures, yet the problems stil exists. Problems last month too that were bodged.

    @HSBC_UK called yesterday talked to one of your agents I was told the department I wanted to talk to was a 40 minute wait so they booked me in for a call at 09:30 this morning. Almost 11:30 and still no call back. Very poor customer service

    @HSBC_UK we have a major account security issue and are unable to get hold of anyone. Then get hung up on when we finally get through. No one answering chat either…have no idea what to do. Blatant fraud is no taken seriously
