    Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

    Hi @HSBC_UK, I tried to log in my account 10 hrs ago from my mobile app, but it was rejected and "Something went wrong. Please try again later" was shown. It isn't fixed yet. It is appreciated if you'd confirm this is from your technical error and share the schedule to solve.

    @jamesburland @HSBC_UK It’s really bad. I just got a 0% balance shift card, my only product. It won’t let me make new account as it remembers my old login details from over a year ago on a current AC I no longer have. Won’t reset. Completely terrible experience.

    @HSBC_UK Not really a HSBC question, but why can rent be a few hundred more than what a mortgage would be But its pretty much impossible get a mortgage Whole system just makes rich people richer by renting out their houses, while anyone looking at buying a house a living hell

    @HSBC_UK are absolutely useless these days. Business customer for 15yrs, need to speak to someone on the business team. Been on hold for over 4hrs combined over the last 48hrs. Now I've been told I'll get a call back "at some point between now and Monday" Absolutely awful service

    @HSBC_UK You closed my business bank account down without warning or reason and without me being able to find out why!!! You’ve got a long way to go before you need to worry about the other side of UK borders, you’ve not conquered what’s happening inside them yet??!!

    @HSBC_UK We've called customer support, gone to branches, sent letters to 2 different addresses and still no response. Why can't your legal team give us a contact to reach out to? (And no, I'm not a customer, which I know you'll ask as I've been through this spiel 1000 times).

    Just spent nearly an hour (mainly on hold) on the phone to @HSBC_UK , cut off 3 times, transferred 4 times, to reactivate my card after it was frozen in error, I get transferred to "someone who can help", to be cut off with an automated message that the office is now closed 🤬😡
