Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

@bowyer_pw @HSBC_UK @HSBC Agreed . He was the employee. He could wear black comfortable shoes perhaps but white ***** trainers are wholly inappropriate when working in a bank and dealing with the public.

@HSBC_UK Terrible service applying for a mortgage with you. Your online document uploader does not work (PC / Mac, any browser) but we’re told on the phone ‘that’s never happened’. We’ve taken documents to branch but they have been lost and never uploaded on our behalf.

@HSBC_UK @TROYmagician Why am I not surprised that my issue has still not been resolved. It's been 6 months and I am still at a loss. Anytime I call i get bounced around to different departments and given false promises. I am having to pay interest on funds fraudulently taken from my credit card.

shocking customer service from @HSBC_UK again !! try to open executor acct, bereavement team said walk in, wallington branch couldn't as they were training, try bromley, they said need appt in 2-3wks time !! will transfer all to @NatWestGroup to deal

@misspaulalondon @HSBC_UK @HSBC I'd thought that person was using the bank's wifi and chose to sit down to do some of their own work - certainly doesn't look like someone who works in that establishment. At least wear smart casual - this is very dress down day.
