Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

I've been a @HSBC @HSBC_UK customer since I got my first Bank Account at 16... If they aren't willing to move with the times and see the value in Cryptocurrencies I will willingly move to a different bank. 👀

@HSBC_UK just lost 20 minutes of my life on the chat feature trying to get a mortgage payment increase. Result: ended chat, called instead. Utterly crap service since the demise of the secure messaging. Why should we be surprised?! #Banking

@santanderukhelp Update: contacted Santander, issue is my original account is shared & the new account currently isn't. Called @HSBC_UK : I can open a new shared account over the phone, but to add a sharer to an existing account I have to go into branch. Earliest appointment in late April 😩

@HSBC_UK My mobile banking app just spontaneously reset, leaving me unable to access my account remotely, and the call centre staff - who didn't speak English well at all - locked my account despite my getting the answers wrong. How can I check someone isn't into my account?

@HSBC_UK Wowzers lodged a bank draft on the 16th chased with your CS team was advised it would clear today now I’m informed 6-8 weeks to clear, seen as this takes a maximum of 6 working days to clear any explanation? #Banking #whatthehell

@HSBC_UK interested to know whether anyone at HSBC uk has asked for feedback from older customers on your telephony service. I have used it this week as an attorney for my 94 year old mother and can now understand why she has constantly complained about it.
