    @HSBC_UK We went into the branch to try and sort this but the staff were un helpfull. They said that the only way for my wife's mum was able to get money out of her own bank account was only with the OK from her husband?? Its a JOINT account but her mums unable to access it.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK I remain locked out of my Kinetics account. Waiting for the call back I was promised this afternoon within 2 hrs.....it's been 5hrs. Any chance someone can allow me access to my own money please?

    @HSBC_UK Appreciate the sentiment but this is really not good enough. You didn’t notify your customers directly, you put a tweet on here. What about those that needed urgent access to their funds? Getting to hospital urgently for example unable to pay for a taxi or fuel…. Really bad

    @HSBC_UK I had to enter my details again and reset, then got text saying HSBC would not send text and to call them, waiting 20 minutes on phone still not answer. How can we keep our money safe if there is no one to support the customer

    @PoveyChris @HSBC_UK It has more to do with poor communication and less with technology issues. Glitches do happen now and then but I as a customer prefer to deal with a bank that values customer service and communicates any issues timely and honestly
