@HSBC @HSBC_UK I remain locked out of my Kinetics account. Waiting for the call back I was promised this afternoon within 2 hrs.....it's been 5hrs. Any chance someone can allow me access to my own money please?

@HSBC_UK We went into the branch to try and sort this but the staff were un helpfull. They said that the only way for my wife's mum was able to get money out of her own bank account was only with the OK from her husband?? Its a JOINT account but her mums unable to access it.

@tobie Very true Tobie. In 2016 I got a call from @HSBC_UK's fraud department, wanting to take me through security. They were surprised when I insisted on calling them back! Terrible, terrible security protocols.

Absolutely disgusting how @HSBC_UK treats an 84 year old disabled customer saying it will take 10-15 days to reverse a payment made to an old account in his name. When you ring the number advised by support on the app it says it’s closed even though we are within opening hours

it is an hour i am on a call with @HSBC_UK it is the 4th operator i am passed through, explaining all time again the same basic problem on my #creditcard i raise it last Monday. today is Friday 4 days ago. and i am still on hold with the 4th operator. and we are in 2021.
