    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK is there ANY uk call centre with English- speaking people AND with ability to actually solve an issue? I called 4 times this mont and your Indian call centre has NOT Been trained on proper support! You've gone so downhill with your cost-cutting measures!!

    @HSBC_UK No warning at all โ€” tried to sign in & my acnt was suddenly suspended & with Account Review Team. Phone banking says I'm now "unverified" so can't discuss it. Forced to travel 25 to branch. 0 communication. Avoid banking with #AvoidHSBC

    Why do @HSBC_UK make it so difficult to ask for paper statements? Every year they inform me they are going to stop sending them. I have to wait till they stop to ask for them to resume. Why canโ€™t I do it on the app. Why make me log onto online banking? Poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK funny though, the app works perfectly fine on my nintendo switch i modded to run android. the latest update has just completely broken the security check feature. it's all over the place
