@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Card stolen 3hrs ago no services available with HSBC to report to or check account and I have no access to my account. This is a serious problem. HSBC are liable for any losses but still very inconvenient. Should have a contingency to cover this.
