@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK @TROYmagician I have been put through to several people, only to be told that the service to enquire about a fraudulent charge being made on my account can't be sorted tonight. I have to call back tomorrow. What if my account is cleared out? This is on you HSBC. Really disappointed with this

@mayasdreams @HSBC_UK “Legal” is not the issue. I tried sending in GBP but my (British) bank has added Cuba to it’s list of sanctioned countries because of fear of OFAC fines and despite UK laws saying it’s illegal to impose unilateral US sanctions on Cuba against UK citizens or entities.

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK Exactly , every other app AND banking app works just fine, just they refuse to update it and give false hope of 'we are working on it' when they arent why not just say 'we dont plan to fix until the official version' !

@HSBC_UK I still have not been contacted or had an explanation as to why, despite your website stating, a National insurance letter, a letter from UK immigration and an NHS GP letter, is not acceptable proof of residence?
