@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Blocked very important payments several times, despite my authorising them. And then they blocked my Internet account. Lack of communication and appalling customer service lead to a lot of stress. Terrible bank, terrible after-care. will be referring to the ombudsman
