@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Please can you help @HSBC_UK My 80 year old dad is losing the will trying to complete the online safeguard for their chapel charity.All because they haven’t used the account for nearly two years due to covid. Managed to fill 10 pages only to find the link at the end is not valid.
