@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC @HSBC_UK pathetic service to open UK account from India. Application was completed 5 days ago but RM is not responding to complete the formalities and get the account activated. Made multiple attempts to reach out to overseas and local branch, all in vain. Disappointed!

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK Send an email to the bank with proof your daughter didn't withdraw or spend the money. Normally locations and times on trackers help etc.

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK Stateside…Usually provisional credit is given and there is a stop payment on the transaction. Additionally, if it’s theft or fraud, a police report would help.
