@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK your customer service is terrible , passed from one department to another and then told offices are shut till 8 in morning, not good when my card has been blocked and need a taxi to work at 6 and no cash , absolutely hopeless service

@HSBC_UK This has nothing to do with banking. Just give a good service to everyone and strive to do more than you do now. Such as having more face to face advisors, rather than phone banking.

@SSLegit @HSBC_UK This is a known problem with HSBC - they said that they fixed it but obviously haven't. We had the same issue so also went with NatWest.
