    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK @yAwSaRkoholic This is a poor response and poor customer support. FYI, the @StarlingBank app works perfectly fine on IOS 15 - shame yours doesn't. This tells me that I should close my HSBC accounts as you're unable or unwilling to support customer who beta test IOS.

    @HSBC_UK I could, but my issue was with NOWTV, not HSBC, so I’m not sure how you can help! My comment related to NOWTV’s infamous “customer service” - HSBC blameless here. Thanks anyway.👍🏼

    @AdmiralUK help me out with this one: letter from you saying first DD didn't go through. Fine, seems to be par for the course with @HSBC_UK at the moment. But when I called and sat on hold for 15 mins, I get told you can't confirm a late payment yet? Am I missing something?

    @HSBC_UK Dad has spent hours on the phone to you over 18 months trying to get the vouchers for his platinum points. You have promised to send them 3 times - nothing. Today he’s had the phone put down on him twice. Now he can’t get through. Appalling service.

    @HSBC_UK your staff need to work on their customer service skills. Telling me my card is working perfectly fine when I explained it wasn’t, and then talking to me with an attitude “if it makes you happy I will give you a new card” if it makes me happy!!!!😠

    @MartinSLewis can you help my 80 yr old Aunty? @HSBC_UK have been letting money, fraudulently, pay out. Saying they won't give her the money back as not fraud. She has never bought on line and hardly uses her debit card. I appealed but am disgusted with support for vulnerable!

    Who would’ve guessed that the catalyst for me to stop using @HSBC_UK @HSBC for day to day bills and purchase would be the fact that their mobile app is the only app that stopped working when upgrading to iOS 15 beta.
