@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Am I the only one who thinks @HSBC_UK is the worst company in the U.K?Every time I’ve had reason to contact them in the last 5 years I’ve been let down/traumatised.I’ve been forced to use their app which is useless when compared to rivals and by doing so I’m now locked out online

@PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken The Banks are scared because they lose of we become our own banks. They are the Ponzi schemes are fraudsters. Use crypto wallets to transfer and then spend through the exchanges that have cards as a service.

@PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken A British friend of mine was grilled the same way, when she tried to buy gold. Her bank also tried to force her into believing the broker to be a fraud, also tried to block het transfer. She had to do a few smaller transfers to achieve her goal..

@HSBC_UK What have you done to internet banking? The new look is awful. Entirely non-user friendly & completely non-navigable! Why do you always make these changes without asking customers. I can find nothing now & the text is so light nothing stands out. Thanks very much.

As per usual I send all of the details that @HSBC_UK @HSBC needed to get my account sorted out and I hear nothing from them! All promises and no action make HSBC crap! Is someone going to help me or not? My business depends on this HSBC!

@PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken I’ve had this problem before, and I went in and asked for my money to be transferred to Barclays, Barclays has never done this to me apart from when I’m abroad just to make sure it’s me doing the transaction 🧐🧐🧐🧐
