@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

I had a problem with my Debit Card and the staff there told me I had to call a helpline... I can't be bothered putting up with a 1980's bank anymore, I have started my move to Starling Bank

@HSBC_UK is there an issue with your faster payments system. I made a payment on Friday evening and it still hasn’t arrived. If it doesn’t arrive today I’ll have to pay my childcare fees directly meaning I lose out on tax relief because of your delay.
