    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @DawgUK @HSBC_UK Hello! I suggest you to message @CUULRUSO_202 on Instagram. They were able to restore my locked account in just a few hours and they are also very trustworthy person to work with. They are active and responsive 24/7 so i definitely recommend that you seek help from them 👍

    @HSBC_UK app has updated and wants a security code but doesn’t send a text. Doesn’t accept my security no. either. Tried going to the chat room but you have to log on to the app to access it! How is that helpful when you can’t log on? HSBC are always so complicated!

    @HSBC_UK There’s no real opt in if you follow the website? So do you just log into your mobile banking app and everyone is automatically opted in or what?

    Never ever bank with @HSBC_UK because if someone drugs you and scams you you won't be able to get your money back. Absolutely shocking service and will be moving immediately
