    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK my daughter spent 1 hour 20 mins on hold to report an account taken out in her name (nothing to do with her) & this account is in arrears now trashing her credit score… HSBC put the phone down on her! Please could you tell me who she needs to contact! URGENT

    @HSBC_UK Also I tried calling to book an appointment in branch. Phone rang for 26 minutes before someone answered and then after talking for another 10 minutes, I got cut off. It doesn’t feel like the greatest customer service considering I’m just trying to open a new account.

    Help @HSBC_UK my standing order for my bills left my account today but didn’t reach the intended bank account causing havoc. It normally works fine and I had sufficient funds. Where has the money gone!? Your chat function also says a SIX hour delay to speak to a human!
