@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK I know we are only a small company and probably not important. I had lodged a complaint over 10 weeks ago and asked someone to call me to discuss why money has been deducted and an account closed without instructions from us. Appalling service!
