@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK please help. New customer. I’ve received my card and pin but not received telephone banking no. Been waiting over a week. Phoned customer support twice, asked to speak to someone about online banking and been hung up on. Not great first impression

@HSBC_UK Yes I did thanks after 20 minutes and he was very helpful. But HSBC should change the message to recognise many people phone *only* because the website directs them to do so. And employ more staff to reduce waits. Please let me know what action you will take on these!
