  @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

  A double payment was made because of @HSBC_UK advice, brought to attention, immediately reversed, thanked the team. Now, 6mnths later, charge reinstated!! I calling customer service every alternate day. Mental #stress. Waste of time!! So #unacceptable #fustrating @HSBC

  @HSBC_UK @YoungMoneyEdu There was an amount £600 which bank claimed to be fraud transaction as advised by sender. I submitted all the evidences supporting the case but I was told that the amount was paid back to the senders. Please HELP!
