@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

…and mobile banking/app ‘ease’ (40%). I can’t speak for @santanderuk but I can’t believe *anyone* would switch to @HSBC_UK for any of those reasons. Their app is dire, customer service mediocre and online banking bare bones.

@HSBC_UK I have been in touch with hsbc bank from past 26 days i have not got my money yet. The customer service says they have sent my money but i have not received anything. it's 63.10 pounds i know you are big company but i am a middle class person,please help me .
