    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK Day 9 - Waiting on the call for 40 min could not reach customercare , the number provided to call from mobile chat has the same response time … what a pathetic service from @HSBC_UK … even in this pandemic we can get NHS appointment easily but unable to reach HSBC

    I wish there was a platform where you can publish open letters to organisations. If there was, I’d publish one to the head of @HSBC_UK about their absolutely appalling customer service I’ve received.

    @HSBC_UK has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I haven't been able to speak to their complaints team in 6 months, and given that the complaints team refuses to contact me directly it's impossible to resolve my complaint. Financial Ombudsman is the only option.

    @HSBC_UK trying to call since yesterday but failing every single time. I can't access my online banking , and I can see that lots of users had the same problem. It just says GSA system error. I need to solve it otherwise I can't pay my bills. Absolutely ridiculous
