    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK I'm yet another new customer that has fallen foul of HSBC's poor service. 9 days after account is supposedly open & I'm still waiting for my Telephone Security Number to allow me access to my account. Cannot get through by phone, so it looks like I'm stuffed.

    I can't stand financial institutions but on Saturday I lost my wallet😭. I reported it immediately. My bank cards were replaced today within 1 working day. That's the kind of service i like. Thank you @HSBC_UK I can't see @DVLAgovuk doing the same with my driving licence!

    Not a great start to my new account with @HSBC_UK Mixed messages about setting up online/app banking. Customer services now inform me they can't help and I have to wait for it to arrive in the post 7-10 working days (currently on day 7!)

    @HSBC_UK worst customer service ever do not use this bank !!! Credit card been blocked since I’ve got it for no apparent reason been the branch 7 times yes 7 with passport drivers licence etc .. numerous phone calls where I get cut off constantly by offshore agents

    @HSBC_UK Was waiting in call queue for 45 minutes with no indication of call wait times. Then agent answers and tells me that they cannot help and put me thorough to next team, telling me I would wait 5 minutes. Been waiting nearly 15 minutes now. Terrible expectation management
