  @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

  @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

  @HSBC_UK your service is rubbish. Can only apply for an ISA by mobile phone app or going into a branch. This service should be accessible through online banking and phone banking. Useless bearing in mind number of branches closed

  @HSBC_UK No warning at all — tried to sign in & my acnt was suddenly suspended & with Account Review Team. Phone banking says I'm now "unverified" so can't discuss it. Forced to travel 25 to branch. 0 communication. Avoid banking with #AvoidHSBC

  3. Most concerningly, we are currently unable to process staff salaries. Our employees should not have to suffer because access to our company’s funds has been restricted without a clear reason or a timely resolution. @HSBC_UK

  @HSBC_UK I have a situation: I opened an account using your app (all online). All checks passed, but the account now has an incorrect name and no clear way to fix it.   @HSBC_UK Hello! I’ve woken up to over 25 emails saying your HSBC card has been registered for Apple Pay. This wasn’t me…. Is it a glitch or something or is someone actually trying to use my account
