    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK I have tried to make a payment to a new payee, it accepts all of payee details, and then shows a confirmation, but then says I have been locked out of this feature. And then, it loses all the payee info and I have to enter it again. The agent said it was a "glitch", nothing else

    @HSBC_UK oh and also once spoken to the fraud team to confirm all payments, they then suspend my account resulting being on the phone to the fraud team for a further 45 mins for the 2nd time on the same day .. I salute you HSBC for the worst customer service ever !!

    @HSBC_UK I finally got through. It really took way to long. Such a shame, but very good customer service. I hope @HSBC_UK can improve on this.

    @HSBC_UK On the website it just says it’s not directly linked to the base rate? And it will review interest sometime? Didn’t say what accounts will be affected and by how much? Is it possible for you to tell me?

    @HSBC_UK Hi thanks for the response and as a HSBC customer for too many years to remember. I have found complaining to HSBC falls on deaf ears. Already switched 2 of my 3 business accounts looks like it will be 3 now. Service from HSBC is now so bad

    @HSBC_UK Sent an email to this email, but as expected, nobody gives a **** so you guys are just making others fool when you know your colleagues are lazy bustards who cannot be bothered in looking into the complaints. Shame on, you guys!! I wish FCA would issue another huge fine.
