    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK been locked out of my mum's account which I have LPOA for because I didn't know if she had an overdraft or not. She has advanced dementia and is from the generation that would never dream of discussing this with their children. Totally unreasonable questions. Please help

    hi @HSBC_UK. i have a business account. i’ve spent three days on hold to internet banking for over 95 mins each time FROM THE USA. chat says no one is available. help. this is so frustrating (and my phone bill will be insane) 😡

    I would have needed to look at her account to check this - which I couldn't because I was locked out! Call centre won't help and I need to pay care home fees and other essential bills. Please help @HSBC_UK and design procedures for people with dementia and their carers

    @HSBC_UK Internet banking is down again. Try and transfer money and wait for over a minute for only half a page to load. Very sad.
