@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK I have a new iPhone and am now completely locked out of banking on my app and online and can only progress by generating a code via my digital secure key which I can’t do as I’m locked out. An impossible situation and no one to resolve this until 8am tomorrow.

@HSBC_UK is your online service having a glitch, I have forgotten a memorable answer and to reset on the pc the screen gives an error, and the app asks me to press what I have pressed to get help.

@HSBC_UK No it's not the heavy queues, its a lie. I am being forwarded from one team to another. So far 8 guys came on call, asked details, and then forwarded me to another team. Is this a joke? I am trying to be a nice customer and report unidentified "Credit"and here I am, wasting time
