@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Still not heard from my 09:30 call back that was booked in with @HSBC_UK so far 5 hours a waiting the best they can do is tell me to ring the same number I called yesterday and ask them to help. Well that’s great

@HSBC_UK called yesterday talked to one of your agents I was told the department I wanted to talk to was a 40 minute wait so they booked me in for a call at 09:30 this morning. Almost 11:30 and still no call back. Very poor customer service

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK Exactly , every other app AND banking app works just fine, just they refuse to update it and give false hope of 'we are working on it' when they arent why not just say 'we dont plan to fix until the official version' !

@HSBC_UK we have a major account security issue and are unable to get hold of anyone. Then get hung up on when we finally get through. No one answering chat either…have no idea what to do. Blatant fraud is no taken seriously

@HSBC_UK tried to reset my online password, answered security questions, then was hung up on. Called back to be told online account locked and that I need to go into branch and no record of first call. Meant to be going abroad tomorrow - can you help me?
