@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

To anyone students thinking of choosing @HSBC_UK : don’t. They are awful and authorised a standing order payment which I deleted and have now failed to return the money after 6 months despite the payee’s cooperation

@HSBC_UK "We can't make it that easy". I wouldn't have an issue with visiting a branch if there was still one near me. You've closed THREE branches near me recently, there are no branches left. It's disgusting.
