@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Urgently need HSBC support! Can't use Secure Key so essentially locked out of all Digital Banking. Can't use Live Chat as you need to be logged in! In another country and call wait times are costing a fortune and I've still not been able to talk to an agent! Someone help

@HSBC_UK If I cancel activation on the computer, and try to log in on the app, the app says I need to start activation from online banking...so I start it from the computer again, get the validation code, log in to app, and it does the same, after I put in password 'incomplete activation'

@HSBC_UK have spent over an hour and been kicked from chat twice due to agent inactivity trying to close my account, very unhelpful. Also just been told to pay £12 charges unexpectedly. Poor customer service. Any reason?

@HSBC_UK The recent update is horrendous. You need to get an update our to fix some of the usability issues. As I said previously, it has more bugs than a bushtucker trial.

@HSBC_UK aside any recent known issues, since your new app launched, I'm finding it it really sluggish and painful to use. Also it seems intermittent as to whether I receive transaction notifications. Are these known issues and being worked on? Thanks Matt

Think it may be time to look for a new bank. Since the @HSBC_UK mobile app 'update' many customers are unable to use it and all the support 'fixes' are basically the customer trying various methods and spending time trying to resolve what wasn't their fault #HSBC

Rly didn’t want 2 do this but @HSBC_UK have the WORST service I’ve experienced. I’ve now raised a complaint twice, no response + 2 acc closure requests issued & not actioned. Still applying charges. #shambles
