You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

How can you justify burning 2hrs of a customer's time to do it? Why did I have to wait 15min in branch to see an agent? So many questions, so few answers!

judith (@ju499) reported@HSBC_UK block my card for possible fraud. Fair enough, ask me to ring the fraud team. Fair enough. Can’t put me through to the fraud team due to technical issues your end but my card will still be blocked ! Very poor service.
