@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK online banking has been down for a day and there hasn’t been a public statement from the bank. Horrible customer service. I almost deleted the app and reinstalled it. Luckily, I checked twitter first because I can’t remember my username and would have locked myself out💀

@HSBC_UK your banking app is down. You need to inform your customers what is going on. There are people trying to access your services but nobody can get through to a human being. The automated systems are useless.
