@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK received this direction from the back office team that deals with such requests. Bank is entitled to record the calls but upon request the same information from bank customer have climb hills to access the details about their own account.

@Sooz_C_SafLfn @HSBC_UK I had some experience when my account got issues, I contacted the customer support team for more than a week, but they wouldn't reply me.....not until I got referred to @coder_godson001 on Twitter and he helped me retrieve my account back

@HSBC_UK spent 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with someone on the business side to order a new security dongle. Updated my address then line went dead before they confirmed it was sent. Spent another 3 hours from abroad on hold nobody answered so gave up. Shocking service.

@HSBC_UK @iamaafaq It's a shame Sofia will be out of a job soon as HSBC will be shutting down the Dewsbury branch in a few months. Aafaq would need to take the day off work to travel to Bradford/ Huddersfield/Leeds if he needed help in future .

@HSBC_UK I have just tried to add an additional card holder to my account, but the woman on customer services couldn't tell me if it is a hard or soft search on the additional holder. She expected me to hand over information without giving me the answer. Can you answer?

@HSBC_UK I paid a large cheque from building society into my account at around 12.30 on 31/3. The machines were broken so had to go to teller. It is not showing in my account. Should it show as pending transaction.

@HSBC_UK Well, that's odd. If I follow that link, it says everything is working fine, but I KNOW from what I was told BY HSBC that the problem that I am experiencing is affecting others too. I am currently trying to get an update on the Software/System problem and am awaiting a call.
