@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK It is very difficult to contact you by email. There is no option on your website where there is an e-mail address to send a request for help. Everything automated prevents the problem from reaching you. Help!

Rant alert 1/???@CoomberSewell and I are unpaid carers. We’ve lost our holiday because our #respite carers let us down. Now @AXA are adding to our misery by refusing to pay out on a technicality and @HSBC_UK keep ******* with our lad’s bank account for no apparent reason.

@HSBC_UK Thanks Jack but I don't have time. Twitter is full of customers having issues with your online services over the last few days. Please look at the system logs and use the info to sort the problems out for us all. Application started today to open a new current account elsewhere.

@HSBC_UK Your support team via support on the app tell me they have limited access and so need to call. I’ve finally had my complaint escalated (think it is maybe the 3rd escalation so not sure what being escalated means) but at least someone seems to be replying now. Seems the only way

@HSBC_UK All dealt with after a 1hr 15 minute wait. Thank goodness the person on the side of the phone was able to resolve my issue within a couple of mins. Maybe you could use this time to explain to me and any other hsbc customer what’s the issue. Embarrassing is an understatement

@HSBC_UK Excuses about excessive waiting times is waring very thin and ultimately not addressing this over many years is quite insulting...when dealing with a bank .. efficient courteous staff is the absolute minimum a customer should expect ..

@HSBC_UK I use phone banking to check my balance. Every time I log on to the website the pages are different and it terrifies me to think it might be a scammer site. I am fortunate to still be able to go into the local branch at Wymondham Norfolk where the staff are excellent and helpful
