@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK couldn't open account online for 14yr old problem with passport photo. Bury branch advice just bring his passport photo in, don't need child with you. Newmarket branch today, yes you need child with you. Newmarket open school hours only, so 1hr trip back to Bury!!

@HSBC_UK About 5 minutes later but an almost 40 min wait is never acceptable. HSBC would have collapsed pretty quickly If staff like myself ever delivered that service, which we didn't. But thanks for replying
