@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

.@firstdirecthelp why can I no longer use a @HSBC_UK machine to pay cash into my First Direct account? I've been a customer pretty much since you began and this is the first time I've needed to complain. I guess this was one of those changes "to improve the customer experience".

@HSBC_UK That's what I asked your customer service advisor on the phone to do, after an hour and 40 minutes of a wasted phone call talking to him, not only did he not send it, he also gave me wrong amount to pay

@HSBC_UK The trouble is you keep closing all the branches and in a rural area it's impossible especially when you've closed the nearest city branch that was already 20miles away. It would be nice for feedback to be passed on please as I'm sure he cannot be the only one having trouble.
