@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Sorry but this is a completely piss poor and unacceptable response! It's not "some customers" it's all customers and it's been an issue for over 3 hours! Cards being declined up and down the country in every supermarket, bar etc.......it complete chaos! FFS sort it out!!
