    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK Hi Avril Thanks but the voice prompts on the phone say otherwise, it advises to log in online. Can you check the screenshots in my original tweet and pass this onto someone who can fix it? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK @john_yes_really Quite unacceptable @HSBC_UK. Enabling the app would be an instant fix, your app checks the device version and blacklists iOS16 - just disable that? All my other banking apps work, just yours doesn’t. Why is it taking you so long?!

    @HSBC_UK absolutely stellar work ! My online banking was shut down by you over 24 hours ago with no explanation - after endless calls and being left on hold it’s now been set back up - with no explanation or apology from you as to how it happened. Any answers ??

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK So again I ask, why do other banks work just fine and not have any issues just you? Why are you intentionally difficult about it when other banks just, and this is a big concept here, ADAPT

    @HSBC_UK @kg_beta Seems to be happening again for iOS 16 public beta. I presume this is just a simple version whitelist issue as every other app (including banking apps) work without a problem, only HSBC. Any word on a fix or beta we can test?

    @HSBC_UK I’m an existing customer and am trying to open a Flexible Saver but every time I try to apply it says I can’t because I’m not a UK tax resident. But I AM a UK tax resident. Why is this happening? I have only ever lived and paid tax in the UK??

    @CiaranJC95 @HSBC_UK I have to agree, it does seem silly that the issue is resolved within the beta version, as this seems to be an ongoing issue with every beta update.
