@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK She/her/hers pro noun bullshit. The banks need to get a grip and deliver a decent service to customers rather than this woke nonsense.

@yrhenwrach @HSBC_UK Ex-HSBC employees say you're horrible to work for - long hours & terrible wages. Will you be lowering your wages for men that ID as women? Think not. 🤔

@ShaistaGohir @HalifaxBank @HSBC_UK I imagine that Halifax staff are addressed using pronouns on a daily basis by colleagues and customers. Is there any way that doesn't happen ? They can now choose (it's an optional scheme) to put the pronoun on their namebadge. Can you explain what the problem is with this?

@HSBC_UK Unless you know of a way to send actual banknotes down phone line - I'm one of those weird people who still need to regularly deposit hard cash - I still need to "battle" with parking. Luckily, my fave Post Office has its own car park. Your branches? Not so much.

@sarinhamac @HSBC_UK Ah no, you have missed the point. I support a voluntary pronoun badge (so long as it is truly optional). What I do not support is a business with a rap sheet of unethical behaviour pretending that their bias in favour of a particular set of ideas is the moral high ground.

@HSBC_UK My boss pays me to take care of the company’s financial affairs. ‘Being myself’ is for when I’m not there. Show some professionalism. My wife’s moving her account away from you because you’re a terrible bank. Maybe raise standards by employing people who don’t care about pronouns

@HSBC_UK A little confused. Have Halifax mandated that everyone must put their pronouns on their badge or that they support workers that would like to?

@HSBC_UK And can they also go and find another account if they don't like it? This doubling down in solidarity with about the rudest customer service response I have ever heard (and I live in the Netherlands!) might not go down too well
