    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @HSBC_UK The unexpected circumstance was that the staff member turned up to work at 9:36am, said "I don't care" when someone complained, was dressed in jeans & crocs, made me wait 40mins to be seen while she ate breakfast. Another customer told me they opened up late last Sat too.

    @HSBC_UK the banking app is still not working - doesn’t even open. I am on ios 15 but nothing! Can’t even get a security code so I can use website. Any idea when it will work again? Thank you.

    @HSBC_UK Yeah, I would appreciate some help. I cannot believe it is this incredibly difficult to sep up online banking and a credit card. Incredibly poor.
