@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK So, after waiting 19 minutes and finally speaking to someone, they put me on hold. After a couple of minutes, I was cut off. And you call this customer “service”! Lack of service, more like. Unacceptable.

Trying to get help with a disputed credit card transaction. @HSBC_UK no use whatsoever- chat tells me to phone, phone lines all busy. Try via Help on website - tells me to use Chat! Oh for the days that you could speak to someone, but they closed my branch.

@HSBC_UK your app does not work on iOS16, meaning not only am I unable to use the app for my banking, I am also unable to use your website at my desktop, as the app grants the digital key. Please advise when this will be resolved, as I do need access to my account.

@stmaryssessions @HSBC_UK Yes, but foolishly I have the iOS beta on my phone and HSBC are the only bank not to support it. 😭
