@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Loopring, be prepared to have to put in research, but the result will be you will be your own bank and not have to rely on **** banks. Or Bitcoin and hold in Trust Wallet or Ledger X. Q1 23 will kill banks, crypto v cbdc is the new future.

@HSBC_UK am told on the phone that they can't help me. Are you kidding? Why does your webchat staff say my account is dormant, but not your phone staff? Why do I have £0 limit on my ISA when I haven't put any money in this year.
