@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Every rare time I need something from my bank @HSBC_UK and get the worst customer expirience on earth, I see the #NeoBanks oppurtunity clearer. The bar is so low, that you literraly need nothing to beat it. 50% of my activity is already elsewhere, the other half will follow...
