    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK What is going on with you and customer service? Passed around the switchboard and put on hold until the line drops. Poor excuse for service and certainly not a patch on FD. Tell me why I bother with you and please tell me the quickest way to a response

    @HSBC_UK the bank that does not want to take Money ! Went to local branch to pay my dads credit card bill with “CASH” and cashier would not take the “CASH” close down all the branches and the ones left open very unhelpful
