@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK HSBC ATM Fraud @ 90 Baker Street, London. MasterCard swallowed by HSBC ATM, Reported to adjoining HSBC branch - not much help. Within minutes, 1500GBP taken from card before I could contact my Mastercard bank & block card. Reported to HSBC fraud team - not much help.
