@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

Today im raising a third complaint against @HSBC_UK since beginning of year (2023) HSBC's suggestion to contact the @financialombuds rings hollow when you have to wait up to 6 months for an investigation and response, the issue will likely be resolved by then.

@HSBC_UK Hi I tried but they ask for a customer number which I can’t find from my old bank documents, I can only see a sort code and account number but it won’t add up to 16 digits, I know card number will also do but may I know that will a expired card number also work? Thank you.

@CharlyLester @HSBC_UK I had to go to the Credit Bureau to get it fixed because, unless you're a multi-million dollar company, there IS no customer service. It took a few weeks but all was reinstated; paid my HSBC balance and closed it. They're not a people bank at ALL! (2/2)

@HSBC_UK wonderful Customer Service as usual. “If you have any issues over our Sevices as a Premier Customer, you can always find another bank on the High Street”… actually not true but that is a separate issue….wow.
