@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Thanks, but no need, got there eventually after hour & half! 😳 but not good enough service - can’t get into branch as it’s closed weekends now, speaking to anyone by phone or chat so difficult & app couldn’t resolve the issue 😡

@HSBC_UK ive tried raising a dispute in the app three times now and got an error message so trying phone banking. Been in hold for 45 mins now and constantly being reminded that i could use the app. If it worked i would!! #crapservice
