    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK I was sent my last 5 years statements in a PDF after I closed my account but the password didn't turn up in the post. I spoke to an agent who said they'd email it to me but it never turned up. I went on chat and they said they couldn't email it to me either. Little help?

    Just spent over an hour trying & failing to log into my @HSBC_UK account. I think I am officially old. I had hoped that by the time I reached this level of digital incompetence my kids would help me. I did ask my 6 yr old for advice but he was very busy watching dinotrucks.

    @HSBC_UK worst customer service i have ever seen for a business. This bank is so awful it has miles the pandemic . 70 mins waiting for advisor.then it just went dead n cut me of !whos paying the bill

    @HSBC_UK Hey Andy - Confirmed. Firefox on Linux worked first time after installation, Google Chrome still not working. Both browsers and OS are fully up to date.

    Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!
