@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Been on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting talk to someone, absolutely shocking no one picked up. Not great service, especially when you’re local branch has closed down. Bet I still got charged while being on hold! For nothing.

@bluesbroken @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK are the totally beyond the pale. They blocked my from buying 30 quid of groceries with my DEBIT card tonight, after 8pm and their “customer service” centre is closed so have nothing to eat until tomorrow. Closing my account asap. Do not trust them with your money!
