@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK Received absolutely disguisting service today. I have had to call 6 times for the customer service agent to take 40 minutes to tell me they will have to refer me back to the branch. Outrageous! I will be changing banks.

@HSBC_UK But you still haven’t given me any options beyond ‘sit and wait.’ How am I supposed to access my account today to pay credit card bills? Transfer money? Even to simply check my bank balance? This is the bare minimum service you should be providing
