@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

i used a faulty @HSBC_UK cash machine sunday (didnt dispense cash,still reduced the balance, & was broken all last week). without leaving my house because i have just had 2 ingrowing toenails fixed (literally 4 hours ago) how would i go about this as a non @HSBC_UK customer

@HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, got a call security call last Friday. Couldn't hear the person who called me - asked them to call me back so I verify transfer. Rather than do that they disabled my mobile app. Now on the phone trying to get app access but been hung up on. REALLY!
