@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK hi your chat bot doesn't help with registering online and says I need to login. The issue is with registering so a bit difficult to get to a person. When registering saying can't as you need contact details. Does this mean a mobile number is needed for online banking?

@HSBC_UK Personal. I called earlier, they said system was down and asked to call later. Called later but got cut off just before I spoke to anyone. Then there was a long 30 mins wait on the phone then got cut off again! What's wrong with HSBC?

@HSBC_UK I have switched to you from Barclays. You took my money over a week ago.I have no access to it as have no online banking no. Helpline hung up on me. Tried to activate card in cashpoint & didn't work. You have my money & I can't access it. Am stressed & penniless. Thieves

@HSBC_UK have done it again. Unprompted call from fraud team to tell me something. I couldn’t answer one security questions (the payee on a random payment made in the last month), so they (a) refused to tell me what they phoned about and (b) suspended my access to phone banking.
