@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK I have a final notice off escalated complaints apparently there was no loan application in October but my credit file shows different an incompetent bank. Very rude lady in escalated complaints wasn’t prepared to listen again poor customer service
