    @HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

    @HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

    @NatWestBusiness what on earth is going on over there? Payments leaving my account but not arriving with payees. Employees left without wages. Phone support hanging up on me after an hour on hold. @HSBC_UK I’m on my way over.

    @HSBC_UK Ahhh yes the Financial sector. That bastion of trust we all turn to when we're in a cost of living crisis, which, of course, has nothing to do with those working in...the Financial sector. 2008 never happened.
