@HSBC_UK why it's so hard to contact u by phone? Your website it's a nightmare and you mobile bank app it's ridiculously basic. I can't belive @lacaixa has a better system than an international bank.

@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK email the CEO Saturday to complain about service , no reply still , call premier call line and report issue , 5+ hours later still no call back , Premier Bank service REALLY !!!!!

Operating with @HSBC_UK is so annoying. I've been trying to get access to my account for weeks now, everything is a hassle. I'm thinking of closing the account so my accountant doesn't depend on that feed anymore.
