@HSBC_UK That's not the problem. You sell a insurance cover and u don't give the essential information. You just receive the payment every month but the insurance cover service is hard as hell to contact them. You force people to use your website and the password system is horrendous

@HSBC_UK I know where the branches are, it's just incredibly difficult and a real nuisance to get to the nearest one. Can't understand why you close so many branches when there is obv still a need to access them for things like this. Can I close my account without having to go in branch?

@HSBC_UK Requested a refund via customer care on a credit card purchase and the merchant is happy with this as well. They have confirmed. Month later and you keep requesting the same supporting documents that I’ve already uploaded about 5 times. Can someone look into this?
