    @HSBC_UK True that is why you are charging community organisations monthly fees on current accounts from November. The one I support is in the process of moving to one of your competitors that do not.

    @HSBC_UK Weybridge branch queues are a joke every week. Any chance of opening during hours that fit the employed workforce opposed to the unemployed? 45min wait 3x this month alone. Reducing costs to fit your money laundering models are one thing but can I have some service?

    @HSBC_UK Hi. Why have you changed on-line banking (on PC) so that I can't see anything other than my balance - can't check on recent payments or deposits or see any useful info? It's awful.

    @HSBC_UK some of the worst service I think I’ve ever seen. On calling to speak with the call centre I’m told the wait time is 20 minutes. Nearly two hours later I’m about to give up. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @HSBC_UK what a truly abysmal service from this bank. For 2 days I’ve been trying to contact this bank, and today once again after 30 minutes I’ve been cut off when being transferred Bloody awful.

    Erm @HSBC_UK I have been on hold for 4 hours trying to open a joint account (existing Premier customer and my partner has completed the pre checks which took at hour over phone). What is going on? Why do i have to spend hours on hold? Why cant i do this online or ta branch?

    << Waited several more minutes, but after being on the phone for an hour, I gave up. Why can’t requests for credit card increases be simplified rather than subjecting customer’s to the torture of dealing with a call centre in Bangalore? I’ve now given up on my request. @HSBC_UK
