@HSBC_UK Tried that- worked first time but when i tried to access it again it crashed again. Customers really shouldn’t have to go through workaround processes just to be able to access it. When’s it going to be fixed?

this online banking set up so bad @HSBC_UK the worker told me to log in on the comp and i managed to log into someone else account and view their balance, which i assumed was saved on the computer.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK how come the app can't handle a payee with 2 reference numbers? Nightmare when making payments into tax free childcare account for multiple children. No way I'm the only customer affected. Need to save as 2 separate payees even though same sortcode and account no.

@HSBC_UK counter queues in your Manchester St Ann's Square branch are ridiculous. Just picking up some pre-ordered euros. Been queueing for half an hour and still nowhere near the front. Certainly won't be using your bureau de change service again.

@HSBC_UK @SiWall68 This doesn’t work on iPhone 6s You need to offer a better solution than ‘turn it off and on again.’ There is clearly an issue which needs addressing. Also I’m still awaiting my call back promised days ago re this.
