@HSBC_UK I’ve been living back in the US for 15 years and would love to close my MC Cc account with £1.24CR! I have no online login details, and would rather not pay for an international phone call that far exceeds the value of the account! Any ideas?

@HSBC_UK Has got a new feature, if you receive £1500 into your account, you will get that money into your acc but can't use it for for next 48Hrs and they call the feature as transfer checking. Bad customer service. I think @BarclaysUK is a good switch from @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK I phoned you today. Got answered pretty quickly and my query answered so 10/10 for that. Just got an email basically trying to discourage me from calling again. And I’m a Premier customer. Get some staff, ok?!!

Just now spoke to @HSBC_UK customer care, they don't know the reason why transaction is stopped because their specialised team for this is closed by 5PM and the customer is open until 8PM. I would like know what is happening with UK No.1 bank @HSBC #WhereIsTheMoney #ianstuart
