@HSBC_UK have been on phone or webchat for 4 hours today trying to speak to someone who can actually help me re section 75 letter you sent me. Cut off after 2 hours on one occasion.

@antlerboy @HSBC_UK Just as bad and British Gas and Scottish Power. Same Indian service centre where they manipulate the answers and game the system. They don’t complete complaints so the stats are hidden.

@HSBC_UK This past week the HSBC app on my phone just started throwing errors when trying to log in. Eventually I cleared the cache and data for the app and re-setup the app, but now I can't use biometrics to login. It's not in security settings where the help says it should be.

@HSBC_UK Only problem is they can't me either. Sat in your branch for an hour whilst your colleague (who was great) tried to find out what the issue is. Was sent on my way none the wiser.
