@HSBC_UK True that is why you are charging community organisations monthly fees on current accounts from November. The one I support is in the process of moving to one of your competitors that do not.

@HSBC_UK where exactly do pending payments to @Argos_Online go? I've had this issue (double payments, twice) and I've seen it happens a hell of a lot with them, never their fault of course. Money doesn't just disappear!

@HSBC_UK I got a text apparently from HSBC with a link saying I have a request for a new payee. I've tried to find info or ways to report it on the HSBC website but can't find any support for it?

@ReleaseGibbons @joecousins89 @HSBC_UK The cleaner doesn't work for HSBC, a cleaning firm will provide a cleaning service. There's a risk many there may lose their jobs sadly when HSBC doesn't ask the cleaning firm back again in future.
