    @HSBC_UK It's taken me nearly 6 hours and I'm on my 4th phone call. All I want to do is confirm my details on a mortgage extension. Is there any way I can do this over the phone? I can't sit on hold for another 40 minutes and the website isn't working for me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @HSBC_UK Urgently need HSBC support! Can't use Secure Key so essentially locked out of all Digital Banking. Can't use Live Chat as you need to be logged in! In another country and call wait times are costing a fortune and I've still not been able to talk to an agent! Someone help

    @HSBC_UK have you forgotten what a good customer service is? Both HSBC Uxbridge and HSBC Ealing branches need training. Very poor service. #badcustomerservice

    @HSBC_UK The App is the least of your problems. Your customer service is in terminal decline. Telephone banking 20 min on hold so I gave up. In branch today to deposit cash, machine not working, no counter service, advised to pay through post office, went to Barclays instead #ByebyeHSBC

    @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, I could not log in to my account with my correct password via the Android mobile app after the update. I retried attempts and I finally got locked out. Is it due to the update? How should I deal with it?

    @HSBC_UK every time I launch the mobile app and log in, I get an 'incomplete activation' error and am never asked for my validation code. If I say 'continue' with the previous activation (my only option), I get a service unavailable error. Any idea what's going on?

    @HSBC_UK Hi yes followed the instructions and still the same …. I have used this feature before Without any problems. It’s happened the last 2 different times I have tried to get it to work

    @HSBC_UK First contact made 17 December, 2 further emails sent - ZERO response! WTF is going on - cannot strike off my company because you have not updated your records to show I've settled my BBL-HSBC lack of action will cost me funds I don't have!

    @HSBC_UK It's very, very slow and has a tendency to hang :) Takes it about 15 second to even do auth at the beginning It's also quite inconsistent, sometimes you view an account & it includes a link to manage DDs/payments at the top, sometimes it doesn't.
