@HSBC_UK Mine is not! Useless all HSBC 24/7 access.. tried 1h+ to get a fix for my mobile app & online banking via app, telephone, online, email and chat. 30+yr a customer and HSBC is useless!

@HSBC_UK 3 codes to reset my digital security were sent, as requested via my HSBC app: 1 via text, 2 via my email. 3 times I got a *SYSTEM ERROR* on HSBC app. Called telephone & online banking,no reply. 1hr+ trying to reset my app -Fed up: HSBC 24h is useless!!

Note to any @HSBC_UK app customers contemplating installing #iOS15beta … DON’T! Spent most of the day trying to uninstall, restore, upload, download, reinstall #iOS147 , update, down date , backup etc
