    @HSBC_UK App has updated overnight, won't accept my Passcode and I've ended up completely locked out of my account. Spent hours on the phone last week trying to sort out my son's account (never did get sorted so he still can't access his account). OMG I can't face it again.

    @HSBC_UK Just done that and it says to use 'activate secure key' on website which is not present on your website!!!
