    @HSBC_UK That link was useless, inasmuch as she was locked out of the security questions. We finally got through on the phone and a very patient assistant took us through the most convoluted process to restore her entire login: email & SMS codes, etc. I've advised her to change banks.

    @HSBC_UK Hi I have a Samsung phone which is fully updated and your app is not working - it just closes straight away. Is this part on the known issue that seems to drop up in other tweets? Do you have an expected fix time?

    @HSBC_UK have had a nightmare with this new mobile app. I now can't log in like many others. Close to just switching banks tomorrow to one that has a functioning system! Any #banks want to sell me the benefits of their accounts & apps that actually make my life easier?
