@HSBC_UK Thanks, however the mobile chat and phone line support were both frustratingly slow to respond and neither were able to help. Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

@BarclaysUKHelp The issue is with Banking Hubs, not branches. I had expected the Barclays rep in the Banking Hub to be able to verify IDs but the service provided is too limited and needs sorting OR you need to provide an online method like @HSBC_UK. Haven’t visited the branch as I have no time.

@HSBC_UK This is joke of a bank now. Even when you cannot through on the phone I can't understand what they are saying . Does anyone know of a bank with a call center in the UK ??? .I want out of this **** show of a bank.
