@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@chris44408651 @HSBC_UK @HSBC Experiencing same problem since last Friday. I've been transferred into all units in HSBC as if am a tourist. Worst of all, the last person to attend to me after collecting all my details got annoyed and push me back to switchboard where I had spent over an hour on queue. Poor CS

@HSBC_UK But why change the app to provide LESS information to the customer? I can only see it as a underhand money making opportunity for @HSBC_UK to the detriment of the customers! Its needs recifying ASAP

Despite making both branches “staffless” @HSBC_UK manage to close both the Maidenhead and Windsor branches due to “temporary staff shortages”. Expected nothing less from them. Absolutely shocking service as per usual.

@HSBC_UK I am waiting the last 2 weeks for someone to give me an update on where my joint account accoutnapplication is. 6 weeks ago I have applied for joint account and since then no one from premier team contacted us. Also it's impossible to speak with anyone from the support
