@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

@HSBC_UK are there any known service problems with credit cards. My card has been declined twice over the weekend and was fine last week...

@HSBC_UK You weren’t there to help me when I asked. I wanted to move onto a higher rate and longer term fixed mortgage with you. Staying with you. You still wanted to charge an early repayment charge, even though you would get more interest, for longer. Greedy greedy.

@HSBC_UK People don't and won't ask you for help, because you're a bank and you make it abundantly clear in your charges for when people go overdrawn.

@HSBC_UK I asked for a repayment holiday during Covid as my wife wasn’t able to open her salon. And all I got from your advisor was “ don’t you have any family members that could help you out” and “ don’t you have any savings” so no I’ve not considered it.

@HSBC_UK Your survey needs a fourth section especially with First Direct. "I asked for help and was roundly rejected."

@HSBC_UK If banks wanted to help customers they'd do more to reverse payments made to the accounts of fraudsters.
