@ScoutLouise3 @HSBC_UK Same here. After fruitlessly clicking on links which don't work on their ridiculous app, desktop site says I have to WRITE TO THEM to get the info I need. I do online banking FFS so I don't have to write to anyone! Well played, @HSBC_UK for losing a 20 year-long customer.

Every rare time I need something from my bank @HSBC_UK and get the worst customer expirience on earth, I see the #NeoBanks oppurtunity clearer. The bar is so low, that you literraly need nothing to beat it. 50% of my activity is already elsewhere, the other half will follow...

@HSBC_UK shocking telephone service - after keying in multiple details then telling your bot “my debit card has been declined” (when in credit!), it tells me about the joys of online banking then “goodbye”. Meanwhile I’m stuck in the train station unable to buy a train ticket.
