@HSBC_UK Thanks, however the mobile chat and phone line support were both frustratingly slow to respond and neither were able to help. Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

@mr_james_c @HSBC_UK However, there are customers who downloaded the app shortly after release of the phone, prior to its removal and it *appears* to be working. While some have an app that works with the Pixel 6, there’s been no word what’s wrong and so it could be unsecure for all we know!

@HSBC_UK Yes thanks, Jess, it's working again now. It was just a scary message, and obviously it's impossible to contact the helpdesk 'urgently'! Anyway, thanks for getting back to me and glad it's working again now.
