Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

Which is a long bicycle ride for a 68 year old heart attack victim. Further, you seem really reluctant to give me my own money. Is this a Bernie Madoff like thing?
