  @HSBC_UK Thanks, however the mobile chat and phone line support were both frustratingly slow to respond and neither were able to help. Your customers need responsive methods of getting the help they need, including being able to talk to an actual human and in a reasonable timescale.

  @HSBC_UK @futurerust_ Hi, this just happened to me now with your ATM on the Kings Road at 20:20 pm tonight. Can I please have a customer service agent give me the authorisation code which will allow my bank to revert the transaction manually, otherwise I’ll have to wait for up to 7 days!

  @HSBC_UK shockingly bad customer service. Spent 2 days on hold to get cut off multiple times, finally speak with a team member, told to go to Branch, wait for another hour and not be provided with the International payment info I need. Told to call again IN BRANCH! Unbelievable

  @HSBC_UK Thank you for replying. iPhone on iOS 14.8. I updated software yesterday to see if that would help, but no… so whatever version it was on before was no better.

  @HSBC_UK hi is ur business banking working? The phone service did not recognise my card number and now on hold for over 40 minutes to talk to someone. A little infuriating to be told repeatedly that my call is important to you and no one answering…

  @HSBC_UK do not bank with HSBC, worse customer service. Opened online bank account, not received card, customer service untrained helpless. Every call is a waist of time and life. Today over an hour worth of calls 3 different agents and they put you on hold and disconnected.

  @timhawesuk @HSBC_UK My branch couldn’t help at all. They had to call the same helpline as me. The info I gave to branch at start of safeguarding never made it to the safeguarding dept. Might say HSBC on building but it’s not really HSBC. They don’t appear to be linked. I’d move if I was you!
