@HSBC_UK @HSBC your customer experience is awful … you failed to verify me because I could not tell you the merchant where I had a £9.40 transaction yesterday. Get real … do you know how many small card transactions people have per day now? I had to go to a branch to fix it!

@HSBC_UK , really disappointed in your bank, my son has been scammed on a purchase order, not received! He contacted you about it and you have been really unhelpful, he's a uni student, plus my money and you aren't willing to help! He can't contact seller if he's been in a scam!
