@HSBC_UK You’re having to bribe new current account customers with £170 to join your bank. We already have laws protecting people’s immutable characteristics, especially at work. Perhaps you should focus on service delivery and grow your customer base that way? Just a thought.

  • busy_whizzy Busy Whizzy (@busy_whizzy) reported

@HSBC_UK Excellent, so to confirm, as long as we have the correct IBAN then any payment should go through without issue if we use that SWIFT code (HBUKGB4B) along with the correct IBAN?

  • Skipsey8 Simon Skipsey (@Skipsey8) reported

@HSBC_UK Hi, can you please help. I’m trying to reset my online secure key password. When I phone the number up it asks for my TSN , which I don’t have.

  • heal_wayne Wayne Heal (@heal_wayne) reported

@HSBC_UK was there an issue with customers making contactless payments yesterday?

  • lisahughes35 Lisa Hughes (@lisahughes35) reported

@HSBC_UK is payment transfer broken? Click to check payee details and tells me feature unavailable. Ref 503.

  • javanbramhall Javan (@javanbramhall) reported

@HSBC_UK The current response from @HSBC is that this removal of funds by the bank will be investigated and returned in 5/6 working days. #mymoney @MoneySavingExp

  • AnnaKHB Anna (@AnnaKHB) reported

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’m afraid that HSBC customer care was so appalling that I changed banks. Ironically I only moved sideways to First Direct whose customer care is excellent and you get £150 moving fee x

  • ClaireInCroydon Claire 🦖 💜 🤍 💚 (@ClaireInCroydon) reported

@HSBC_UK Using the beneficiaries function on HSBCNet is so painful I’d rather stick red hot needles in my eyes. Have reverted back to copy/paste of bank details from a spreadsheet, even with the associated risk of error, as it’s about 100 times quicker and less rage-inducing.

  • JohnHansPalf John (@JohnHansPalf) reported from Liss, England

@HSBC_UK good morning. My father in law is 95 and banks work your bank all his life. He had moved in to a care home near us. I would like to move his bank account from his branch in London to local here to help him. How do I do it please??

  • shedsue sue lawson (@shedsue) reported
