@dabernathy89 @chadloder There’s a new initiative here in the UK to fix that particular problem. @HSBC_UK has teamed up with a charity to provide a fixed address for homeless people so they can open basic bank accounts and receive debit cards.

@HSBC_UK registered for online banking last night - set up but final stage of activation code being sent isn’t working . Correct number but codes not coming through. I am currently on hold for customer services but can you help at all please ?
