@HSBC_UK I am so upset with your service. I have moved to uae + updated my address. You keep chasing me for confirm call but I can’t get help from anyone! I have £200 phone bill from a call where someone closed the phone on me. Your staff are not helpful!!!!!

@HSBC_UK Alright lads, just had your customer support team close my CURRENT account with a completely different account number to what i asked to be closed. Which is a HTB Isa account. How can this even be remotely possible? Absolute shambles!!!
