    @HSBC_UK Okay, so I need to talk to an agent urgently on a phone, I spent two hours in a physical bank yesterday, travelling a long way because my two nearest branches are closed. The issues have still not been resolved it’s quite complex, why are your phones never answered?

    @HSBC_UK where is your customer focus? 3rd time this wk been hanging on line waiting to speak to someone 15+ mins each time and no, can’t do it online. Pop into local branch? you shut it down. You are on the point of losing a customer.

    @HSBC_UK Unfortunately these very long hold times are not a recent thing - it's been going on for 2-3 years. Are you actively looking to fix this by increasing staff levels? It's really bad experience as a customer, and looking through your mentions can see many people saying the same.

    The decline of @HSBC_UK as a bank is a prime example of bank losing its customer focus. Opened couple of bank accounts in August for my two daughters at the @HSBC Reading branch in August. Still have nothing to show for. There are many other. #wakeupHSBC #worstexperience @TheFCA
