@HSBC_UK absolutely fuming at your disgusting customer service. Mon 11th promised call with 24-48hours after waiting 2 months to open an account for my daughter. And your online chat agents are rude, and just tell me I'll have to wait.. Til when????

@AlishaSunnyAdam @HSBC_UK Because they are not interested in anything but the bottom line If you have a child and have to leave early one day they will have a problem They dont want that ,they want to ring you in morning and say come here like a dog Thousands of staff laid off and they are hiring? Hahaha
