@firstdirecthelp @HSBC_UK stood in branch for 30min after my FD card was declined on the paying in machines only to be told the new FD cards don’t work in some HSBC machines! No info on this anywhere! very very poor customer service from both parties!!

@HSBC_UK Called @Aldridge bank yesterday to find there arw no counter services available anymore merely ATM machines - when asked staff they said go to walsall. This doesn't help disabled people or those with dementia who like face to face contact

@HSBC_UK Sorry for the delay, same issue, I updated to iOS 15.1 and now the app won’t open, just goes back to Home Screen on phone. App is the updated one as far as I’m aware
