@HSBC_UK Shame your safeguarding team are the most useless customer service team I’ve ever dealt with & have nearly forced a tiny bridge club out of business by constantly changing your rules and failing to contact us & have shut the account down three times.

@HSBC_UK Well, its the one-week anniversary of being told by #HSBC that I would be called back within 10-15 minutes.🎂 I'm still waiting - and I'm STILL unable to access my accounts through #OnlineBanking / #InternetBanking. I'd have thought SOMEONE would have called by now.

Another hour wait for HSBC , after 2 unfruitful hours yesterday. Still a valuing my call. If my business had waiting times like this I'd employ more people, working in an office where I could see and help them.@HSBC_UK
