@HSBC_UK Hi. When I open the HSBC app it is asking me to re-register my digital security key even though I used the app this morning. Is this something dodgy or is it genuine? At the minute can’t access the app or online banking. Very frustrating

@HSBC_UK Hi, no I didn't get through after 30 mins. I have a letter from you asking to call about a recent BT which had an issue. I would love to speak with someone about it, as it seems is needed.

@HSBC_UK wow I escalate a complaint, which I was compensated, due to it being a continuous problem, then to find I nearly missed my credit card payment again as got told the 16th, it wasn't 😡 and to top it off I'm still not receiving the statements in the post #incompetent

@HSBC_UK Hi, this was an issue with NatWest. I was just checking whether or not your app would allow me to do it, as I'm looking to switch accounts.
