@HSBC_UK your app on iOS 15 not working 20 years with you guys and I’ve been 3 weeks with out internet banking. The resets I’ve done with your agents and countless promois of a new pin pad I’ve nothing yet! The bank in kingswood no help and down end branch closes at 3pm not hapi

@HSBC_UK your customer service is terrible , passed from one department to another and then told offices are shut till 8 in morning, not good when my card has been blocked and need a taxi to work at 6 and no cash , absolutely hopeless service
