@HSBC_UK Need help to unlock my account. I made too many wrong login attempts. I am in India so difficult to talk to call center agent as wait time is high.

@HSBC_UK The process for upgrading from your crazy small SecureKey to the larger one would be painless if you held them in branch. Customer brings old one. Staff provide large format one and register it for customer. Customer leaves happy, no interruption to account access. 2/2

@HSBC_UK You lot are an absolute disgrace. My 18 year old fought can't access her trust fund because your staff keep changing the rules. She has provided numerous amounts proof of ID and she has brick walled every time.

@HSBC_UK It's all sorted. But as he's a 90yr old with failing hearing it would have been impossible without my assistance. You don’t even have a picture of the large SecureKey on your website but I'm sure many customers would benefit. No complaint needed, just think about the use case!!

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin I support a few homeless charities and your scheme has never been mentioned on there. You have never advertised this for non lgb. I think you’ve got a seat on the bandwagon.

@BaconStephen @HSBC_UK @HSBC Yeah, this "our operators are working from home so response times are longer" - why is that? They're at home, by the phone. How can it take longer?

@HSBC_UK what exactly is going on with your phoneline? My secure key is locked, I apparently have to contact via phone, yet no one is home. This has been happening over the past 6 weeks now and still I'm locked out of internet banking. Please help me!!!

  • BaconStephen
The Eyes of Mark Lamarr (@BaconStephen) reported

@MarkEWest @HSBC_UK @HSBC How long have companies been using the 'high call volumes' excuse for? Covid has given them a free pass to let poor customer service drop even lower than before. Clearly HSBC have more important customers to deal with, like corporate endeavours.

@HSBC_UK I tried to log online earlier today, was asked to use the small secure key pad, only to realise battery is dead! Rang customer service to request new one, was told they can't send and to go to my local HSBC store, wtf, seriously awful service
