@HSBC_UK appalling service.Not the poor man on the phone trying his best but If everything is done online and this then goes wrong and they then suggest you go into your local branch for support- which they shut which means over an hours journey- what are you supposed to do?

@HSBC_UK thanks for force logging me out of my Digital banking app and subsequently locking me out of my digital banking and secure key when entering the CORRECT DETAILS. Sort your shocking service out, I’m so close to switching Banks fed up with **** like this every 5 minutes.
