@silv24 @HSBC_UK We switched in January from the NatWest after 46 years, it was incredibly easy using the switch guarantee. We should have done it sooner as their service equally poor and a series of incidents was the final straw.

@HSBC_UK Really? If you search 'hsbc app' you'll find plenty! I've spoken with someone this morning, re installed the app still nothing, it says a problem with the servers try later, I've been trying for 2 days.

@HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp The HSBC self-service cheque paying in machines come up with "This machine cannot be used at this time" if you use your First Direct debit card to verify. Why haven't the machines been updated to accept FD MasterCard's? 1/2

@HSBC_UK Hi, Is anyone having issues depositing cheques on the moblie app, I have been trying for 2hrs to deposit a cheque, it's saying the amount shown on cheque and amount entered must be more than zero, I have now given up as it's so frustrating and annoying.

@HSBC_UK westwood cross branch. Coin pay in machine out of order, cheque pay in machine out of order, note pay in machine out of order, no counter service!!!! Nice wasted trip.
