Absolutely appalling customer service from @HSBC_UK. 1 hour 50 mins and counting and no nearer to solving my credit card issue. However I have now logged an official complaint! Insensitive questions and lack of training, plus lack of adequate English to deal with complex issues.

@HSBC_UK I’ve just had missed called and text message from you saying I have to urgently call fraud prevention but I’m deaf as I have been for the last 25 years I’ve been a customer of yours.

@HSBC_UK Why are you having so many technical issues? It seems like every day a different part of your service is impacted or limited. It's been a really poor showing and is for the first time making me want to switch to a more stable bank...

@HSBC_UK We have now sorted this, but you really need to sort out your customer service, we were cut off 3 times, and you auto systems are antiquated

@HSBC_UK After 30 minutes, and still no appointment booked, I gave up having given the same account information 3 times. Frankly, this is not acceptable level of customer service! I will now have to attend branch twice meaning a 50 mile round trip x 2. Very unhappy!

@HSBC_UK why does it take you guys so long to transfer money after you received probate from our solicitor? Been 5 weeks+ so far. Every other bank did it within 10 working day. Told it could take another 4-8 weeks which is appalling.

Seriously, how the f*** do @hsbc_uk run a business with their website, which I have to use because their app can’t do all normal banking transactions. Telling me I’m logged then gives me a 404 error and says I’m not, f***ing amateurs #useless

Hey @HSBC_UK maybe try removing the appalling ear piercing static to your already hideous hold music for a better customer service. I admire your dedication to try and introduce us plebs to this avant garde, experimental art but it gives customers sore ears and migraines.

@HSBC_UK And after being told the issue was apple on 3 occasions your team sorted it…only because we knew it wasn’t and stood our ground…not good service when we have to tell your team that it is your issue 3 times before they realise we are correct
