    @HSBC_UK Been told by you on the phone last night that the HSBC UK mobile banking app is incompatible with the new google pixel 6 phone. Really? Is this permanent or are you hoping to fix soon? If not my new phone needs to go back or I need to switch bank!

    @HSBC_UK I've registered for online&mobile banking, but I don't have a Secure Key. Nowhere during registration did I see a code, and I can't generate a new code as I can't log in because I don't have a Secure Key to begin with, and I need it to log in! Help?!
