    @HSBC_UK I was just holding for over 45 minutes to reset my security details. The automated system was down, then the customer service woman shouted at me, wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me! WTF?? She was so rude! What is this??

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness Does HSBC incompetency know no bounds. Log in make a payment, they fraud check and freeze the account all week, finally get it unblocked and told to do the transaction again and they freeze the account again.
