Diane Hackney (@dithespy50) reported@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

Lynn Hamer (@evilbluebird) reported@HSBC_UK I have been locked out of my account,on my iPad with your mobile banking app. I have been on the phone trying to speak to someone,in a different country,to rectify this problem. Unfortunately the people who you employ, have not been able to help me one bit 1/2

Gavin (@GavinBowles_) reported@HSBC_UK hi. I have an account with you but haven’t used it for a while and can’t remember my log in details. Also an error appears when trying to register for online banking with the sort code and account number
-
Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

Ahmad Shakeel Qaiser (@AhmadShakeelQa1) reported@HSBC_UK Feedback - Customer Services are getting poor day by day in HSBC. Spending over 60 minutes to just raise a complaint. And customer services agent still trying to find out someone in HSBC before he can raise a complaint. Rude and very poor customer services.

Mark (@MorganMF9867) reported@HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds
