@HSBC_UK I was on hold for 2 and a half hours last night and an hour so far today. Please could someone get in touch with me in regards to my statements. I can’t access them and need a copy for my accountant. Can’t log on as you closed the account due to “safeguarding” issues.

@GreatStrides65 @HSBC_UK Even companies like BT have brought their customer service up to modern standards. I still don't know why HSBC is so poor, especially as they own First Direct who have the best customer service in the industry!

@HSBC_UK hi there why are smaller branches closing down the counter service? I especially took the morning off work to pay my credit card bill at Twickenham & it's now digital. Why is this please as not everyone banks over the Internet.

@HSBC_UK some family in Canada sent me a transfer for my birthday over the weekend, and it still has not appeared in my account. Another family member in Canada sent me money on the same day and it appeared almost immediately. Help?
