@PMcmuldrow @HSBC @HSBC_UK I seem to sort one thing out then another problem crops up! It is not so much the problems which are the issue, it is the bank's utter inflexibility which is driving me nuts!!!

@HSBC_UK Hi, I reported a suspicious transaction but HSBC did not take any action on this. When I check account, I see that the merchant withdraw money from my credit card. Please help with this issue. An agent over the phone told me that HSBC will send a dispute form. Thanks.

RANT ALERT!!! I feel really sorry for the staff working for @HSBC @HSBC_UK #HSBC. I imagine they must have to put up with so much #anger from customers locked into a ridiculously inflexible system with customer service, certainly in my experience, regrettably absent!!!

I bet they are having a crazy day of complaints with the authenticity issues for online purchases. CS told me to phone Amazon to place my order. WTH?.. it’s 2022 FGS!
