@HSBC_UK we’ve been trying to open a business account for weeks now, we did al the online checked and were told we needed to wait 3 days…. And that was 2 weeks ago shocking service even for these difficult times

@HSBC_UK is your online service having a glitch, I have forgotten a memorable answer and to reset on the pc the screen gives an error, and the app asks me to press what I have pressed to get help.

Tell you what @HSBC_UK the idea of paying a cheque in via the app is a great idea. The execution of it it is awful, the camera just cycles through a list of error messages, and then when you do manage to get it to accept the images “something” goes wrong, and won’t it accept.

@HSBC_UK I cannot reset my digital secure key password, I go through the process and then I'm told system error please try again later.... I'm not in the UK, online banking is only way I can manage accounts, I cannot make any calls to the UK... Help please

@HSBC_UK I am becoming extremely frustrated that I haven’t received a telephone banking security number. One of the reason I switched was because I rely heavily on online banking. I’m due to switch in next couple of days and can’t access my account t online. Please help!

So I transferred some money to my daughters account (who obviously lives at the same address) and for some bizarre reason @HSBC_UK have flagged this as unusual and blocked access to my internet banking, now on hold for 15 minutes trying to speak to someone, time I don't have 😡

So now, my mum's gonna have to go into a local branch - which of course YOU CAN'T CALL - and presumably be told by employees of @HSBC_UK that they can't help her because online isn't what they do, or some such ******* bollocks.
