    Hi @HSBC_UK I am 34, an adult! I an perfectly capable of managing my own money and choices . Please stop trying to block payments because you are ‘trying to help me’. You have cost me £500, you are not helping me. I will be looking to move on. Insurances held will be ended today.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBC_US .. the future generations prosperity, but right now I’m a long term customer of yours who is stranded in the US without access to my hard earned cash because my debit card has been blocked. Meanwhile your UK support office line is closed and the local US..

    @HSBC_UK Thank you, Steve. I don't want to input a code to access my account, I just want to use my fingerprint. HSBC's app needs urgent attention.

    @HSBC_UK In the end I realised it was because clicking on your arrows brings up the numbers without zero before it. When I put 02 instead of clicking on your arrow when 2 was brought up to it worked. Can I suggest you sort this out? It wasn’t my problem it’s yours

    @HSBC_UK Oh… and by the way I tried three different browsers one of which I downloaded especially so it was completely and utterly clean none of them worked. Not until I realised the problem was your website which doesn’t put a zero before a number.

    @HSBC_UK would be great if your staff knew their jobs! 45 mins on hold and passed to 3 different people. But because the original person didn't do their job can't now verify my visa transaction! You've changed the verification process never an issue previously 🤬

    @HSBC_UK the worst customer service I have ever received. Totally disinterested call handlers who refuse to allow you to talk to a manager and refuse to allow you to speak to your branch. Absolutely appalling service.

    @HSBC_UK My app is asking for a password not the digital pass pin. Passwords I enter and know are right. Is this the same problem?
