    Hi @HSBC_UK, the app isn't working today, says service unavailable. I had issues in Friday too where I couldn't pay, a message of this device is not recognised or somethibg like that. Any updates when will be up and running?

    @seetdance @HSBC_UK @HSBC they advised me to visit a local branch here in Portugal where I'm working, except there are NONE in this country, nor where I live back home. More utterly useless advice from a bank that simply doesn't care unfortunately
