@HSBC_UK I have been paying with Google pay all the evening unaware of the issues. I have 2 transactions missing from online banking and I used Google for tube journey. Hoping Google will push these through now services seem to be running again? #HSBC

@david1hirst @HSBC_UK But Ian CEO took the key to the cabinet home with him. If you want to ring the missing key line the emergency phone is in that top drawer. Code to the phone is tattooed on Ian's arse. And if you want access to that you'll need to input the number sent to your mother's maiden name
