    @HSBC_UK This is for a business account. Are you able to deal with business account customers? The advisor on the in-app support chat for the business banking app couldn't help so I'm assuming that you can route my request?

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for trying to help, but as I said I've been trying to sort this for a year. The first thing I did was change my preference using online banking. You don't get a card for a Future Savers account either.

    @HSBC_UK - impossible to get a hold of anyone or unlock an account without going into a branch with ID. Starling it is.

    @JamieGiberti @HSBC_UK Open the app, press cancel to the first log in message. Click generate code in the bottom right. Then click generate code again, ensuring "log on" is selected at the top.

    @HSBC_UK Hello there. Straight after updating my iPhone to the latest ios15.1 software release. I can’t delete the app and reinstall as I haven’t got the relevant security information with me, and I can’t access online banking because I need the code generated by the App. We need a fix!

    @HSBC_UK Patience is wearing out as I now have to leave for an all-day meeting having been on hold, across 2 calls, for >45 minutes. To blame this appalling service on the pandemic, as you still do, is disingenuous
