    Thanks @HSBC_UK for literally sending me round and round in circles to your call centre in India where I am asked the same question and passed on at least 6 times. Blood pressure through the roof now. What a terrible service. Your app is **** and your call centre is **** too

    @HSBC_UK one of worst customer service in Birmingham New street and Birmingham centenary square, open online account for my children, loaded everything as per process however the service given is quite appalling,no clarity as went twice, two different people and both not helpful

    @HSBC_UK tried to pay in some coins to Aberdeen branch to @firstdirect account and couldn’t believe how difficult you have made the process. Left without being able to complete the transaction and little help given. Really disappointed!

    @HSBC_UK I must say what a terrible service you Kinetic app and customer services is. I lost my debit card 5 days ago and was told,the chat service is not instant by Danniele. So I had to empty my account to get access to my money.....how am I meant to run a business like this ?

    Blocking my card because you think is fraud I’ve only had it 3 days so if it’s fraud maybe look at your own staff who ask me for my password etc and then can’t help me. Prob the worse excuse of customer experience I’ve had in 5 years or so. Never apply for an @HSBC_UK credit card

    @HSBC_UK Had to visit three different towns before finding a branch to pay in cash in a fourth. Fifteen people in the queue! This is not service.. your staff admitted it was becoming a real issue. At least invest in bank hubs in towns!

    @HSBC_UK Hi, is there a problem with your app? It’s logged my out and I’ve been trying to log back in without success - it’s saying I need to use a recognised device to generate a security code but i’m using the same device I always use!

    @HSBC_UK On hold for 35 minutes this morning and then told I would need to speak to someone in a branch. Already being advised it might take another 30 minutes on hold. Is this really an acceptable level of service?
