    @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.

    @HSBC_UK @WalsallCouncil Whenever your board is ready and want to actually get answer with out gaps you have my number and if I hadn’t of wiped bottoms on the energy legals via foi you would of been in **** of tax payers money

    Just experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.

    @HSBC_UK my father had an account with your bank in London, he passed away. I tried multiple times to file bereavement. Couldn't get in touch with an employee with no help from your side.

    Hi @HSBC_UK Ive had letter from you claiming that you owe me a refund due to historic credit card charges and to reply with my bank acc details on a pre paid form. Not sure if a scam and yr helpline cant confirm. No HSBC branches near me. Help!

    @HSBC_UK Feedback - Customer Services are getting poor day by day in HSBC. Spending over 60 minutes to just raise a complaint. And customer services agent still trying to find out someone in HSBC before he can raise a complaint. Rude and very poor customer services.

    @HSBC_UK My question was how to log in without a qr code. How can I scan a qr code when using the device with the scanner to try and log on to the website. For clarity I only have one device.
