@HSBC_UK- I JUST WANT TO STOP MY CARD! I am having such a vad experience with hsbc. I am away from UK- lost my card, I don't have any account info or online logon details but hsbc has no option to stop my card without it. I find this ridiculous. Any help is appreciated.

@HSBC_UK @TheFCA Once again today I’ve received appalling service. I ordered a new card 14th April because the new card didn’t work I’ve waited until now because of an apparent delay due to Covid?? Using the inept chat service after 2 hours I find the card’s not been ordered.

@HSBC_UK I've spoken to countless departments, written to bots, unable to make an online appointment to speak to someone, went to the only surviving branch in the city and spoke to someone who couldn't help me at all. 30 years a customer and I cannot get a coherent word back.

Congratulations to @HSBC_UK for having the worst mobile app in the business. After 1 hr of installing, reinstalling, 7 security codes and 2 hours listening in vain to automated voices telling me how great the service is while fruitlessly waiting for a human voice, I’ve given up.

@BarclaysUKHelp We have no way of checking to see if our clients have paid us, no way to set up any DD or SO and it’s pay day for our employees next week!! This simply is not good enough. If it is not sorted tomorrow, so we have full access, we will be moving back to @HSBC_UK

The irritating thing about @boltapp is that if you cancel a ride, the refund takes DAYS to come through. It’s ridiculous that they take the money from your account before the car is confirmed. Waste of time and @HSBC_UK are no help whatsoever. #taxi #taxidriver
