@HSBC_UK Very disappointed with service. Not sure how to reach you. It is more than a month that I applied for new account. I'm a HSBC account holder for more than 15 years in other Geography. Visited Ealing branch and they said they can't accelerate as online team working.

@HSBC_UK Dont suppose you would be able to help me? Ive tried making a Order through Etsy Using Paypal, Ive had 2 Payments Held on my Bank account when the order didnt go throght, Paypal have told me i have to wait 180 days before i can do anything, is there any way to cancel it?

@HSBC_UK @PickupTrades Please help me too! Have iPhone S been struggling to log in for weeks, just crashes. Deleted and reloaded app today. Still crashes and when it occasionally logs in I get stuck at the digital key bit! Losing the will to live with this issue 😱

@HSBC_UK hi ive been told that I can login to my business internet banking online and change the security words for my telephone banking... do you know whereabouts I go to do this? I cant see any options to do it

@HSBC_UK your app isnt working . Goes to face id accepts it then doesn’t open app and asks for Face ID again and so on and so forth
