@HSBC_UK am in circle of hell, your calling from outside UK number is not working, chat tells me to use mobile banking but do not have a secure key so it can get zero so called customer support. I just want to know why I have no received statement in years.

Oh dear @HSBC_UK the latest update on your banking app is not very user friendly, and is full of typing errors. See 'how do I manage Direct Debits' and also 'Standing Orders'. Relevanty is not a word....

@HSBC_UK I think I’ve been scammed but unsure?? I had a message from Royal Mail telling me a package was attempted to be delivered yesterday and it took me to the Royal Mail website, but I can’t remember if I put my details in or not??? It’s such a blur, can you please check???
