@tobie Very true Tobie. In 2016 I got a call from @HSBC_UK's fraud department, wanting to take me through security. They were surprised when I insisted on calling them back! Terrible, terrible security protocols.

@HSBC_UK No point. This was more than three years ago. Process took more than six weeks and was still nowhere near completion when I had to issue my first invoice. Take a leaf out of Starling's book and make it easy.
