@HSBC_UK @absolutehype or maybe we suggest you work on resolving the problem? You say that there may be a number of issues with ios 16 but so far the only one I have seen is with your app..

@HSBC_UK Have you considered that your app not providing any explanation is confusing to users? Instant crashing just looks like your app is broken. If you don't at least give people an error message then they won't know that you don't support it...

@Neil1637 @HSBC_UK Recently had the same crappy service myself when some scumbag hacked our Just Eat account and ordered themselves some food at my expense. Lots of chatting with different people, all giving different advice. Repeating myself even though the log was all there. 1/2

@HSBC_UK another iPhone Beta, another broken HSBC app. I’ve not got a single app that crashes besides yours. Every year the same deal. Why has this not been resolved? This is madness.

@HSBC_UK I’ve already been through the help centre for this, Russell. They say it’s new checks that have been introduced, which the checkout systems haven’t been set up to deal with. I got round it by a) using another bank account and b) not buying the tickets.

RANT WARNING - Wholly dissatisfied with @HSBC_UK and @NatWest_Help business banking today. Impossible online systems to update, lacking clarity, agility & timeliness for small businesses. Not how I want to spend my weekends 🤬. I will be looking to move banks. Recommendations?
