Bernardine Kennedy (Maxwell) (@BerniKennedy) reported@HSBC_UK This answer shows you actually take no notice of concerns. I need no help, I was trying to help your customer who had been scammed. Not a single helpful protocol enabled by your fraud call centre.

Jim Bartholomew (@JimBartholomew1) reported@HSBC_UK I've just spent the most frustrating and degrading 90 minutes trying to help reset my 91 year old father's telephone banking security number. You should be ashamed to treat a customer who has banked with Midland / HSBC for 50 years in such a manner.

Zlatan1985 (@Zlatans1985) reported@DungeonsJoypads @HSBC_UK an overseas call center will basically be a triage these days, the staff will have basic info on your account and can do nothing but log the issue. they will be locked down due to fear of data leaks by rouge staff etc....

🆁 (@CapitalR) reportedLast night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳

Diane Hackney (@dithespy50) reported@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

Emily Bird (@EmilyClareBird) reportedJust experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.
