@HSBC_UK so….it took ages to get an appointment through the IBC, who nearly lost their minds with frustration, and I get to your miserable branch for verification (I’m an existing customer) and it’s like you never expected me. I have a job too, so I can pay my mortgage TO YOU.

@abihawkins36 @HSBC_UK Submit an online complaint and if you don’t get a satisfactory response follow up with the ombudsman. The irony is, you can only submit an online complaint when you have access to the online banking portal.

@wh41like @HSBC_UK Hey buddy, I came across your post and trust me I understand how you feel with something like this, after contacting the customer and no proper response I was referred to a friend to uniplatform_assist09 on iG services and they were able to reinstate my account.
