@HSBC_UK So turns out your customer services are unable over the phone despite having emails transcript,scan of my graduation certificate and my course end and start date are unable to make my account go from being a student to a graduate account and I should go to branch.

Dear @HSBC_UK, yes iOS15 is in Beta (very close to release BTW) and your app worked perfectly on it until version 2.39.3 which now fails to load. you are the only bank (I have 3 others) whose app is broken on iOS15 beta (and crashes in other versions), any plans for a fix? 🙃
