    How can @HSBC_UK call waiting in a call queue for 1hr 5mins customer service? I need to speak to a department that has no direct line and closes in 15 minutes. Extremely poor service!

    just tried to access my @HSBC_UK account, for which I need a security code via the mobile app. Thanks to an update the font for the code is now THE SAME COLOUR as the box it is in... so all I can see is a grey box. Help please @HSBC_UK?!

    @HSBC_UK I have solid suggestions/solutions to improve your poorly performing features and services. I'm a customer with bank. 1. Recent mobile app version is really slow, performance is bad and experience is poor Performance testing and design could have been better

    AND @HSBC_UK I can't do this banking via the mobile app as it keeps coming up with a yellow error message when I try. Oddly enough your phone banking computer is telling me you're experiencing high call volumes. Wonder why!

    @HSBC_UK Your iOS app is broken as *****, I am constantly having to go through the hoop jumping bullshit reseting my mums account because the system makes nosense, even after going in and having it done in branch it doesn't work when at home.. it is NOT condusive to old people.

    @HSBC_UK I can't access my online banking. I can't get past the username stage without it showing 'GSA error' I have tried calling telephone banking but no one answers. I hung on for 3 hours so far. My money transfer from HSBC UK to my bank in Thailand hasn't gone through after 6 days.
