    Hello @HSBC_UK I was resetting my login to the app. You said you would send a code to my phone. It didn't arrive. I made one up (to try and generate an error so it would resend the code) and my made-up code worked and allowed me to complete the flow and create a new password.

    @HSBC_UK hello. I know you don’t allow debit card purchases of cryptocurrencies. What’s your policy on bank transfers to a crypto exchange? Is it the same deal – ie you don’t support it?

    @HSBC_UK Lots of strange things happening with a number of HSBC functions. This is a little worrying as an HSBC customer. Looks like a visit to branch again to sort. Very disappointing for the World's Local Bank.

    The PR team at @HSBC_UK have done a good job because I’ve heard about their ‘zoom free Fridays’ loads today and I couldn’t give a **** about it.

    @HSBC_UK Why does it take 26 ‘unanswered’ minutes to try and get through to someone to reset your online banking details that you’ve requested?! #frustrated!! Any help would be appreciated!
