What a heap of crap @HSBC_UK has become, changing login details on new iPad and it crashed (might be our fault??) but absolutely no help from the β€˜Delhi’ 😑 phone line. Now need to go to a branch 30 miles away to sort out. #switchcoming #tamping

@HSBC_UK Last week my wife was wrongly informed that closing her savings account would cost Β£4, instead we can now see in the account that it has cost closer to Β£400. Customer service said this will take 6-8 weeks to investigate, but we need the money back now!

I got an issue with @HSBC_UK. Normally when money is due to leave the account, it is placed in 'pending' and you can see that. But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account

@CleansedTweets @HSBC_UK What happened to your money in the account? How do you access it now to move it to a new bank?

@HSBC_UK 37 minutes on the phone to one of your agents and then he cuts me off! HSBC are the worst for customer service!

@HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.

It feels impossible to talk to a human at @HSBC_UK without going into a branch!

@HSBC_UK It is totally wrong to offer a refund and withdraw monies from our @stripe account when no evidence has been provided by the customer. While this investigation goes on, they have the goods of which they still use! It’s a false claim making it fraudulent.
