Being homless at a young age is possibly more to do with life choices but whatever the reason I think most veterans are homeless due to the trauma experienced by service to our country, but s/be Shelter for All

@HSBC_UK Your large format talking SecureKey is brilliant for elderly father. Process to switch is a nightmare. Website says request in branch (you can't) or call 45 min call to India, on its way Account blocked, no access :-( It arrives, 30 min call to enable it All good. 1/2

@HSBC_UK Ok, I’ll take an email address for any member of the senior management team instead. I’ve raised this complaint twice already (1 x phone, 1 x in branch) and it’s not resolved, so I’m not filling a form out to go back to the start again. Thanks for your help.

@HSBC_UK I am trying to open a basic current account. But the system not liking my idea. Passport and council tax bill. Saying now take into branch for help. I was directed online as no account opening are happening in branches can you advise the best way to go about. Thank you

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Wow! So, older women who through no fault of their own find themselves on the street are ignored - even though their lives will be at risk. What about the plethora of older men too? Do you make the homeless answer a questionnaire before you give them help?
