@HSBC_UK @bev_baynham We are having the same problems. In 10 years of banking with @HSBC_UK we’ve never had this problem. They are sending out a stock response, saying it is a delay and not an error. Volume of payments always high on last day of month, so why is it a problem now?

  • justin_belcher Justin Belcher 🇪🇺 (@justin_belcher) reported

@HSBC_UK What help can you offer?

  • IbzAmari Ib (@IbzAmari) reported

In the midst of this #CostOfLivingCrisis I’ve been deprived of around £7,500 by @HSBC_UK they seized my money without warning and refuse to talk to me or give any reason. Rendering me incapable of resolving any issue (if any) to get my money back, it’s been 45 days and counting.

  • srslade SLADE (@srslade) reported

@ginga80cas @HSBC_UK Careful Ive had issues last week and got a call today from HSBC claiming to want to discuss issue with my account. Sounded completely legit but wasn’t

@HSBC_UK When I went to HSBC for help when my husband was diagnosed with a motor Neurone Disease, I was told that his illness was not their problem.

  • EddieRO24683415 Douglas (@EddieRO24683415) reported

@HSBC_UK Only thing I have ever had from H.S.B.C is extra unpaid work, minimum compensation through ombudsman for the Bank closing an in credit Business account because their system was not working on website, local branch could not contact the correct department unable to speak to anyone

  • goalman2000 Jon (@goalman2000) reported

@HSBC_UK Wow you really don’t read and just parrot standard responses don’t you? I was referring to you guys turning me down 20 years ago! Your original post about ‘asking for help’ isn’t true - you don’t help people.

  • derekpr42071720 derek preston (@derekpr42071720) reported

@HSBC_UK They could help by being fair to savers and paying a reasonable interest on their savings.
