@HSBC_UK is probably the worst bank out there. They have frozen my account without any reason and the worst is that they have no one on their help desk. Been on the phone for 1 hour with no reply. Honestly you are better off with @RevolutApp. #hsbcscam

@HSBC_UK just spent over an hour waiting for an advisor to deal with my query only to be told after that hour that I need to phone up and speak to someone. Customer service seriously does just get worse and worse and counts for nothing with you!

Hugely let down by @remitlysupport - they have taken my money, failed to deliver it but will not refund me OR even allow me to formerly escalate a complaint. Great from a fca registered company. Mighty @HSBC_UK on the case now.
