@HSBC_UK the new v2.39.3 app is working now on my iOS 12.5.4 on Iphone 6. But when I am logging into it I am getting message that a PSK has been ordered and I will need that for the secure code. Is there a way around so that I don’t have to wait until PSK arrival?

@HSBC_UK As useful as a chocolate teapot have spoken to 3 managers and just been told it’s unfortunate and my fault for working in the hours your branch is only open, not even open on a Saturday and half hours in the week !!!

@HSBC_UK This is such a generic answer. The issue is that your developers updated the app and now it’s not working for a lot of people. What more details do you need? 2021 and we cannot use our banking up lol. Rubbish
