@HSBC_UK really disappointing customer service. Charged twice for mortgage arrangement fee, husband been on phone for 40 mins. Still no action taken - are you complacent that I’ve been a customer for 25 years & do I need to take my business elsewhere?

@HSBC_UK I would like to know how to complain about an inability to access my mortgage account? Your complaints form doesn't work, after writing an essay, and in order to give me access over the phone, you're asking me to provide details of the account that I CAN NOT ACCESS!!

@HSBC_UK how do I get a Telephone Banking ID? My Welcome Pack email said it should arrive in 7 working days, it's now been 11 working days and it's not arrived yet. I was told it would arrive by today when I contacted you last week but it has not 😔

@HSBC_UK No it's not the heavy queues, its a lie. I am being forwarded from one team to another. So far 8 guys came on call, asked details, and then forwarded me to another team. Is this a joke? I am trying to be a nice customer and report unidentified "Credit"and here I am, wasting time

@PlayersTrombone @HSBC_UK Just spoke to my daughter, she works at our local HSBC here in Weston, if you haven’t done so already she said if you go to your mums branch with ID including photo ID they should be able to sit down with her & resolve the issue of her locked account
