    @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.

    @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?
