    @HSBC_UK Thanks, I recharged the battery, but it's not allowing me to reset anything. It asks me to again generate a code on my DSK, but when I try to log in to the DSK on my old device it says I've started the transfer process for my DSK on a new device & must now use the new device!

    @HSBC_UK Thank you Mill you have been great but I don’t like using my phone for banking. It’s. Not safe. I have seen on line that other people have had this problem for quite a long time. If it continues will have to change banks . Also your call centre are not aware of this as they

    @HSBC_UK hi i had a complaint which was “resolved” last year in November 2021. I was reassured the issue wouldn’t occur again but it’s happened again?! I’m not understanding why hsbc cannot take a simple instruction & just abide by it?? How can I get my complained reopened?
