@HSBC_UK How do I report a stolen card when security is locked? This number 0800 085 2401 isn't very helpful as it takes you back to the main menu after telling your security is locked rathe than providing the human option. Any help greatly appreciated

Shoutout to @AskNationwide Recently had to move to them as @HSBC_UK closed my account with no warning. Had a call from customer welfare checking I was ok. Both knew about my #mentalhealth what a contrast. 🙏 #Nationwide for valuing me. #MentalHealthMatters
