    @HSBC_UK I was served today in branch by a very competent member of the team so don’t need any further help. My complaint was that you are closing a branch that is very well used and no further branch for a 9 mile radius. Many of the customers are older and struggle to use online banking.

    Hello @HSBC_UK I've had to call you multiple times in the last three days to get a block lifted on my card. Each time you tell me it's done, but I still can't use my card online. I'm getting pretty cross.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Alison, the agent is raising issue with the manager and other internal team but still what I can't understand is why can't I access my own money. I have raised a complaints form and would like to talk to someone who knows what they are doing and help me with this situation

    @HSBC_UK Oh and now i have to consent to a privacy message i have never received. Why is it so hard for hsbc to call? Convoluted practices is why you really tank at customer service
