@HSBC_UK gotta say your customer service in the fraud prevention dept is shocking! I have been hung up on x2 and this is my 6th call to try to sort out my credit card being replaced! It shouldn’t be this hard! Surely!

@HSBC_UK is your system down or you have a problem. I tried to make some payments (bness account) but I can click the payee but nothing happens..no further payment option. And of course your phone only works monday to Saturday
