    After 4 wasted calls and a trip to the bank with @HSBC_UK its very clear why they rank so poorly for service. Nothing ever gets solved first time.

    I applied for an @HSBC_UK credit card via the @MartinSLewis website, purely to use for a balance transfer from an @MandSBank credit card. The card arrived, with £10K limit, but I was not able to transfer the balance so it was a complete waste of time!

    @HSBC_UK Hi James! Ahhh...thanks for this. They access their accounts on their devices, so I guess there's no more availability, as it were? Is there another way for me to access their accounts to keep tabs on their spending/saving etc?
