    @DrSelvarajah @DrSimonHodes for info @HSBC_UK now offer a No Fixed Address bank account. Should also help others like people leaving abusive relationships where economic/financial abuse has been one of the forms of DA included

    @HSBC_UK has the worse customer service I was on hold for over an hour and when I finally got though the agent couldn’t be bothered to help me. She put me back on hold then hung up!

    @Leah_EEE @HSBC_UK Sorry to add, many community groups/charities I have been part of had no end of issues with HSBC, how they think they will keep community groups and charities as customers is beyond me...

    @HSBC_UK Hello - please can you help me? I'm locked out of digital banking and I've requested that you send a code to my home address twice now but I've not received it. I've also tried getting the code texted to me but never receive the texts.

    @HSBC_UK Avoid Avoid if thinking of applying for a mortgages with HSBC! No help what so ever from customer service .. phone been put down on us twice .. sending a confirmation code for on line banking to a house we wont be in

    @HSBC_UK one of worst customer services ever. Tried calling and was in queue for 30 mins, call was then picked up and immediately hung up, same second time. No wonder you had to close to branches, i have moved all my accounts already except one which i will do soon

    @HSBC_UK can you please tell me the bank details I need to input to make a payment from another bank / card? I know with other banks it’s their details and then my credit card Number as the reference, just can’t find this on your website. #bankinghelp #creditcard #responsible

    The functionality to setup standing orders is shocking on your app and on desktop @HSBC_UK, impossible to set up! Even your online bot couldn’t help.
