    @HSBC_UK I don’t have my cards they where thrown away by mistake a few months ago. I wanted to do a credit transfer but I need my card details to login or to speak to anyone. I don’t have them, how can you help me?

    @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I'm trying to log in to my account, but the verification code is being sent to my old UK phone number which I no longer use. I am currently in South Korea and need to update it to my Korean phone number. Could you please advise how I can resolve this? Thanks!
