    @HSBC_UK and I called today, it turned out that they put down a note in the system to say those fraudulent transactions are genuine. Unbelievable! And on top of that my calls always get cut off. This is financial crime we are talking about! Do you take it seriously

    @HSBC_UK Credit Card Fraud - fraudulent transaction occurred last week, called Fraud 3 times, they never revert the transactions. When I called today, they actually put down note on my account to say those are genuine transactions. And my call for cut off 3 times. unacceptable!

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to set up another account all day , talking to a robot on live chat rang the customer service line only to be hung up on after 2 hours of waiting !

    Another day has passed and still the business banking team at @HSBC_UK don’t return calls, don’t pick up the phone and don’t answer their live chat. How can this be called customer service? Maybe I’m the first person to try and open a bank account…?

    Some services of #HSBC are not available online and at @HSBC_UK average waiting period of telephone banking is 2 hours!! It’s the end of 2021 if you realise. My battery died until I got a hold of someone. What a poor quality of service! #poorcustomerservice #embaressmentofbanking

    @HSBC_UK I did that and still not working. On top of that i could previously generate a key code and log in via my laptop. Now that ive deleted and reinstalled, i’ve lost that option now too! Great!

    @HSBC_UK you have to fix your fraud department and procedure. Your fraud department classify the fraudulent transactions as genuine after I called 3 times to tell them about these transactions

    @HSBC_UK Im trying to close my business account, forms were received 5th November according to tracking, your website says upto 10 working days but its now been 18 days, whats going on? Should I fill out a complaint?

    @FraserHardy_uk @HSBC_UK @hsbc I've been on hold for 30 minutes with no mention of a virtual call back. We have 2 companies and my personal banking with HSBC. Awful service.
