.@firstdirecthelp why can I no longer use a @HSBC_UK machine to pay cash into my First Direct account? I've been a customer pretty much since you began and this is the first time I've needed to complain. I guess this was one of those changes "to improve the customer experience".

@HSBC_UK Having sent the details as requested I have still not had the courtesy of a response and app remains entirely non-functional with "Server Unavailable please try again later " error Do better please - this isn't good enough

@HSBC_UK I've had problems since the app was updated. I log in and get error code 500, I refresh the page as instructed and then am told I need to log out. Other times my accounts do not load, I refresh the page, the app closes. It's really frustrating. Please help @HSBC
