@HSBC_UK you seem to have a problem with your mobile banking transfers with the confirmation of payee. Im always getting an error code of ref 503

  • Verno1983 V Man (@Verno1983) reported

@HSBC_UK customer support is absolutely shocking. I always thought they were one of the best banks out there but beginning to think otherwise. Might be time to switch banks 🤔

@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK I’ve given up calling anyone. If there’s an online live chat feature you can do other things and not listen to awful repeating music designed to make you give up and put the phone down

@HSBC_UK "problem connecting to our server" - ?

  • LaurenceTowns11 Laurence Townsend (@LaurenceTowns11) reported

@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My favourite is 'currently we are exceptionally busy ...' every company I call says the same. They're the nice ones. Many are online only and if one's issue is not on the options menu one is stuffed.

  • sucooke Sue Cooke (@sucooke) reported

Trying to get help with a disputed credit card transaction. @HSBC_UK no use whatsoever- chat tells me to phone, phone lines all busy. Try via Help on website - tells me to use Chat! Oh for the days that you could speak to someone, but they closed my branch.

  • MeliorateH M L 💙 (@MeliorateH) reported

@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK I had the same conversation (much of it the identical script) with HSBC three times last week. All so I could move my money (also first world problem). I get that security is important, but all smacks of over-zealous slamming, long after the horse is over the horizon.

  • sucooke Sue Cooke (@sucooke) reported

@HSBC_UK I have tried live chat. It tells me to phone. I try phoning, and simply get a message saying lines are busy, try later. No use or help at all.

  • Thefamiliam John & Laura (@Thefamiliam) reported

@HSBC_UK Make a c.card application online. Hear nothing over a week later. Call to off shore operator told see branch. #worstbankever. Going to @HalifaxBank as better service for sure!

  • sue24981235 sue (@sue24981235) reported

@HSBC_UK how can I speak with someone in the UK??? Been round & round in circles on the website & phone - Indian person who then cut me off!
