@S_Cassley @HSBC_UK I've had exactly the same issue. Transfered money from HSBC to monzo account, it's left HSBC but is yet to arrive. Reading twitter it's obviously a problem even though the social media team at HSBC deny it

@HSBC_UK Mum and dad are trying to open an account with you and need to provide ID notification. Mum is housebound so we have rung and been told to go on the online chat line but it only seems like this is for account holders only. Help please.

@HSBC_UK on hold 45 minutes, call answered, account now blocked and was put on a “short hold” - 15 mins later the line goes dead. I cannot access my business account - what do I do?! I am on hold again …….

@HSBC_UK is there a problem with online banking? I cannot make a payment (move money) to my credit card as it keeps saying payee bank has advised they are unable to accept payment? All accounts are HSBC. 😞🤔

@HSBC_UK Reporting a transfer issue which you should he aware of already, money has left my HSBC account but not reached the destination account. Can you sort this out ASAP please.
