@HSBC_UK unfriendly service from Ana at Reading. I'm not a customer and from that experience I don't want to be. Curt, cold and hostile. Also, why does she bank with Lloyds if she works with HSBC and HSBC are so great? Miffed.

@HSBC_UK so it’s also seems that you can only deal with major fraud on your account during business hours then? Got hung up on again…never come across a ‘service’ department lacking in empathy service skills, shocking. There are no words.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I cannot set up my online banking app after opening a bank account with you. My phone number changed so I cannot enter the validation code. Could you please help me?

@jambotree @HSBC_UK HSBC released an update, could you check if it supports iOS 16? I want to get the beta but the lack of HSBC support is the only thing stopping me

@HSBC_UK why are your customer services absolute crap?

@HSBC_UK is there a problem with business online banking. I just have the headers & footers with a blank white screen. Restarted computer & checked connection.

@jambotree @HSBC_UK Ugh that’s so annoying. Thanks for the reply. Shame hsbc is so slow this year

Honestly @HSBC_UK this just feels personal now. Why bother having an online support chat line when they say, you'll just have to phone. I tried to phone but was put on hold by an agent, who then didn't come back to me. So disappointed again.

@dcinet @m0taz @HSBC_UK I can see why that causes problems, given HSBC are aiming to permanently close 69 branches this year and no doubt more in 2023/4 there's going to be many areas where it'll be impossible to pay cheque into an HSBC branch. Hopefully they'll see sense and scrap the £500 limit
