    @HSBC_UK I’m a long term customer and I’ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that can’t. Some things only in branch, but can’t get a branch appt for months.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

    Just experienced the insanity of @HSBC_UK customer service, whereby the only way for me to register for *mobile or online banking* appears to be to visit a branch. There are none near my home.

    @HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a joke, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.

    @HSBC_UK I am having problems registering with on line banking for my credit card it just keeps saying sorry we can't continue with your application. When I then try and sign up it won't send an activation code to my phone

    @UKFtweets if any of your clients would like to talk to a SME banking with @HSBC_UK business banking for 15 years, quadrupled turnover in last 4 years but will no longer accept shody service ( 4 weeks into 48 hour call back promise of @HSBC_UK ) i"m here. Verified accounts only.

    @HSBC_UK i have tired to set up the HSBC app on the Mobile i bought here but it comes up with an error everytime i try and enter ID such as bank info for the first step. I need access to My money as everything not nailed down was stolen
