@HSBC_UK I'm trying to use your chat facility to help with a problem. Your contact has told me to make my payment even though the app says it can't verify the account. The service I'm getting from 'Alexandra' is way below par. What do I do?

@HSBC_UK been chasing a PPI claim that you have paid 50% to my husband and nothing to me. Endless calls and broken promises of callbacks. Atrocious customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone with any answers. No option but to report to the Ombudsman.

@HSBC_UK Hello, I am a First Direct customer and have some old £50 notes. May I visit my nearest counter service HSBC branch and deposit these old notes in to my First Direct account? I have spoken to First Direct who have confirmed that this is possible.
