@HSBC are focused on expanding in Singapore? I am a Premier customer moving i Singapore and have spent 11 weeks trying to open a @HSBC_SG account through my @HSBC_UK relationship. Epic fail - neither a global or digital bank!

Just a word of warning if your a HSBC customer @HSBC_UK - i have just been targeted by a scam on the phone number 0345 013 0163 thankfully i didn't enter any details but wow did it sound like a legit call from the bank. >>

@HSBC_UK why have you rejected my application? I have no debt and plenty of money to move across. I have been advised to go on your website to find out why but there’s no information or it’s difficult to find. Not a great first experience. Do you not want customers without debt?

@HSBC_UK Hi, I had a chat w a HSBC support person to book an appointment in a branch. He said I should call customer svc to arrange it. CS says I can book on the website. The website sends me back to the same CS number. Are you guys serious?
