@HSBC_UK been struggling using either app or website. I am unable to use HSBC on iOS 16 because your dev dont allow to use on beta version and in order to login online I need the code from app which I cannot get from.

shocking customer service from @HSBC_UK again !! try to open executor acct, bereavement team said walk in, wallington branch couldn't as they were training, try bromley, they said need appt in 2-3wks time !! will transfer all to @NatWestGroup to deal

@HSBC_UK The HSBC Banking App is a disgrace! Followed all your instructions on your contact page and rang the customer service number and I still can't reset my account! It should have been dealt with on the phone. Made a complaint to your head office!
