@HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

@aptherazor @HSBC_UK I had the same issue with Lloyd's many many years ago. Had to take someone I knew personally to sort it out.

@HSBC_UK And its widely known in banking the HSBC has little interest in its UK retail operation - compare the services on offer with its dedicated account Chinese Communist Party for example and phone based access to cash machines in HK for all account holders….

@HSBC_UK @JohnnyGill9301 hello, like Johnny I am not an HSBC customer and I need to speak to someone. The number you have provided asks for HSBC account details which I do not have.

@HSBC_UK Im sorry. But unless you are a checkmark account, I have no reason to believe you are not another scam account trying to access my information. Fix up HSBC. You must be able to afford it! Ask the mexican cartels that you were laundering money for to help you out.

@simplyroch246 @HSBC_UK Look what your age mates are doing. Fix up

@HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark? Because virtuous rainbow flags and middle fingers to Elon Musk are more important than protecting your own online identity? How very noble. Absolutely dog **** bank.
