@HSBC_UK trying to log in to my child's bank account and suddenly none of his details are accepted. Can't change one without the other, can't call you without a never issued telephone security code and your online help is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Any ideas?

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK My sibling has finally got HSBC to shut down my dad's account and release the money to them...over 4 years after he died. It probably cost them more in expenses, time and effort than the amount left in his account.

@HSBC_UK will you be posting an update on when your systems are back up. Currently experiencing problems & no one in the customer service team can help me. I can’t access my online banking or use my card which leaves me without cash or any form of payment & 2 children under 5!

why @HSBC_UK has failed to help with my calls today after waiting to be connected for 45min twice??? I was disconnected the first time by the guy who was transferring me to another dept and the second time the guy’a phone number was breaking so he disconnected me too!!!
