    @HSBC_UK your customer support phone line hold times are a complete joke. A total of 6 attempts over 2 days with average hold times of 25+ mins to speak with someone and only successful this morning after 33 mins on hold #incompetent #Useless

    @HSBC_UK Great that you are helping customers in all these ways, How about helping existing customers by answering your phones ! 20 mins and 25 seconds as i type this and still waiting. AWFUL SERVICE !

    @HSBC_UK Someone has fraudulently opened up multiple accounts with you, using my email address. I keep getting links to statements. I have tried to report this to you but get no response back to emails, and your customer service line hangs up. What am I supposed to do?

    @HSBC_UK Please fix your customer service line. I had to wait 20 minutes to connect, and then your advisor just answered with "hello". Then he said he had to open some applications and muted his mic and cut the call off after 5 minutes. Poor service.

    @HSBC_UK your mobile and phone line customer service is horrendous. I had tried the phone line several times@and after waiting 30-40 mins of holding have given up. The mobile app is no better, wait 15-20 mins to be picked up and each reply taking 5-10 min intervals. Just awful!!

    @HSBC_UK I'm not happy and I can't find anyway to give timely feedback. Last Tuesday my dongle to access online banking died. I did what I needed to do on the phone and was told a new one would be sent in 3 to 5 working days or I could pick one up at my nearest branch

    @HSBC_UK The new changes are utterly confusing. I'm very angry and dissatisfied by the inability to log in, where until yesterday there was no problem at all. The log in failed on both my laptop and my mobile. Is there any compensation for this bad service to long standing customers?
