@HSBC_UK I had to swap device from Samsung to a Pixel 5. Installed the app but not receiving validation texts. Got code posted but validation fails due to 'code not generated for this device'. Can't login online either as need to activate secure key. Should I change bank?

@HSBC_UK As I said, I spent half an hour talking to your phone support colleague yesterday, so I won't waste your time It would be great if you could log the iOS 12 issue, so that your phone support colleagues are aware of it - they currently don't see it on the "global" list of issues

@IrfanShah100 @HSBC_UK Actually mate the p word is just something extra in this issue. Nobody should be called a c*** for just being at work doing there job. HSBC and all company’s should be doing something about that. Like you say close peoples accounts. Nobody was abusive customers.

@HSBC_UK if you know a branch is going to be closed why not update your website so customers don't make completely avoidable journeys. Not my daughter's best experience for a potential new bank! Rochdale has a bit of paper on the door rather than your website being up to date!!

@HSBC_UK Spent half an hour speaking to your telephone support colleague who repeatedly insisted there's NO logged issues with your iOS app Options i) It hasn't been logged in the right place ii) Telephone support guy wasn't looking in the right place You need to share knowledge better

@HSBC_UK the app is still not working on my Pixel 6. As a result I was unable to block my card when it was stolen last week until getting back home and logging in from my old phone. When are you finally going to make it available on Pixel 6s?
