    @HSBC_UK Still can’t get through. I’ve lost access to my accounts. If there’s fraudulent activity I wouldn’t even know. Can some please call ASAP tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK your ‘security’ measures make your app, online and phone banking entirely unusable. You have too many ambiguously named factors and enough secret answers to write my biography. Yet I can’t log in. 🤬

    @HSBC_UK Appalling service standards..spent nearly 3 hours to unblock a card (nor prior comms) but futile....no one knows what they need to do...dont have the courtesy to call back when they disconnect your call. #shame to it highest

    @HSBC_UK how do we obtain replacement for my wife's credit card following fraudulent activity. I've been told to do this in the app, but only have that option for my own credit card. My wife doesn't have this card listed as an option and was advised I can do so in the app. Help!

    @HSBC_UK You don't understand. I don't want to have the Secure Key on my daily phone because if I lose it, I lose access to my bank account. The Secure Key stays at home on an older device. I needed the Fast Balance on the app but you've removed that feature. Why?
