    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK hi I’ve been trying for the last two weeks to access/register for mivision for my corporate card and it keeps throwing up already registered. Ask for reminder and it tells me to register, and so the cycle continues, please help, tried phoning but wait times are too long

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC your customer service is truly awful. - still no call back for fraud - still awaiting a letter for my complaint - still absolutely no response to 3 emails I have sent. - you’ve blocked my wife’s card too and now you’ve just hung up on her

    @HSBC_UK Morning Russell, your online portal (for business accounts) was down for at least 4 hours - the portal screen was completely black. No way of contacting anyone via your website after 8pm aside from a questionnaire that solved nothing.

    @HSBC_UK What a horrible experience in trying to open a child account for my 10 year old when I am not an existing HSBC customer. Hopeless bot, poor call centre and told to walk in to branch despite being told to make an appt. Zero confidence...

    @AnnaKHB @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis Yes absolutely you should! £25 doesn’t cover time spent on trying to sort out their meds, let alone distress and worry caused. And it’s the lack of assistance I found awful. No reassurance or don’t worry we will get this sorted! Just repeat themselves and hang up!! Appalling 😡

    1.5 hours to log on and set up @HSBC_UK mobile apps and banking on phone and iPad (both new). Am drained. The lady on the phone, had exemplary calm and patience. I didn’t. Several times I asked her to give up and shut the account down! Need tea and chocolate 🍫

    @HSBC_UK @Hestia1970 @UKSAYSNOMORE It would be helpful if HSBC were more user friendly to DA Charities who hold their banking account at HSBC. Time spent faffing around for HSBC is time taken away from supporting those who need support.

    Anyone with any experience with @StarlingBank? I listened to the founder of BBC4 and must say I'm impressed. Banking with traditional banks seems so restrictive. When I had a @HSBC_UK business account I couldn't really see a proper statement. It was an awful experience.
