Really disappointed in the service of sending an international transfer via @HSBC_UK - same amount was sent via @Barclays and the funds were available in the recipients account a few days later, its been a week and HSBC have still not completed the transaction!!!

@HSBC_UK almost 10 days I have sent my business account application and haven't heard any news. No one picks the calls at customer support nor answer the emails, even though im a customer of HSBC in two other countries. Im so frustrated with HSBC
