  @HSBC_UK just spent over an hour trying to open bank accounts for my teens. I have 2 accounts and mortgage with you but what on earth is Jumio? How are we able to access it? Not had letter or text

  @HSBC_UK @rbh1978 I do hope things are better since you were Midland Bank, in the 90s I was bullied, threatened with physical violence in branch, discriminated against for being pregnant and a working mother,and generally treated like dirt.
