    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK Appreciate the sentiment but this is really not good enough. You didn’t notify your customers directly, you put a tweet on here. What about those that needed urgent access to their funds? Getting to hospital urgently for example unable to pay for a taxi or fuel…. Really bad

    @mrsgaius @enndemic @HSBC_UK I was on hold for 1.5 hours yesterday before giving up. This was during the day before this debacle. No one replied on the app support twice then when they did gave no useful information. I’d formally complained earlier……ironically about poor customer service

    @HSBC_UK I am still unable to do an online transfer to a new payee on the mobile app. Tried twice a few mins ago . Are you offering partial service at this time?
