    @HSBC_UK Hi My mobile banking app is not loading since yesterday. I called your contact centre, the staff said that they were working on the same & would be normally working today. But the app is still not loading. I am not able to access my bank accounts & I'm struggling to make pymts

    @HSBC_UK Thank you - left it for a few hours and service had resumed by then. I don't usually have to clear cookies before being able to access my bank account and am not experiencing any problems with accessing anything else online, so hope it might have been helpful to let you know.

    @HSBC_UK what is happening with international payments? Online was down on Friday, promised it would be operational in 24hrs, managed to make an online transfer on Saturday but still pending close of business today. Grace on chat had no idea, her explanation did not make sense😟

    @HSBC_UK Unable to make a transfer to new payee using banking app, getting error message 'this service is temporarily unavailable'. I also cannot pay off credit card, when asked to confirm the payment nothing happens after pressing the button!!
