    @HSBC_UK hi, it has been more than a week and it seems that my debit card hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve been told to activate my card but how could i do it if its not in my hand yet?!. Please i dont want to call your customer service it takes ages to even speak to them for 5 mins

    @HSBC_UK None of the cards I have in Apple Pay are working or even when I try to pay via online and putting card details in. Assume it must be the retailers system

    Well thank you @HSBC_UK for kicking me out of the mobile banking app and asking me to activate my digital secure key. I did, years ago. Out and about and unable to access my accounts.
