@HSBC_UK hi, I'm very disappointed in the new layout of your online banking website, I am now finding it harder to use than I was a few days ago as all details are hidden and require extra clicks, and I can no longer highlight the text I want as each transaction is on 2 lines.

@HSBC_UK I have already phoned and, after being on hold for 20 mins, spoke to someone who said I have to fill in a form and it will take 10 working days to unblock my account. I just want access to my money!

@HSBC_UK fancy sorting you customer service out? On hold for 40 minutes and all I wanted to do was arrange a zoom meeting for changes to my mortgage….hung up before I lost the will to live 👍🏻

I challenge all CEOs and Leaders of Councils to take 5 minutes to phone their own Contact Centres…just as a vulnerable person with no internet access have to….maybe you may wish to invest in these services.RT if you agree.@HSBC_UK as an example.There are many more poor examples
