@HSBC_UK your customer service is terrible , passed from one department to another and then told offices are shut till 8 in morning, not good when my card has been blocked and need a taxi to work at 6 and no cash , absolutely hopeless service

@SSLegit @HSBC_UK This is a known problem with HSBC - they said that they fixed it but obviously haven't. We had the same issue so also went with NatWest.

@HSBC_UK When did banks care before about such issues? If your not straight and that’s for shorthand? Then understand they didn’t and don’t give a flying - - - - about your everyday concerns. Your being bought and sold for publicity. But your canny enough to know this right.
