    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    Such inefficiency from @HSBC_UK Sent a letter saying my card needed an associated mobile number. Did not say which card. Hung on for 60 mins to find it was already registered and letter was sent in error. Disgrace.

    @HSBC_UK I’d really appreciate it if i didn’t have to spend 90 minutes on hold (so far), for an issue HSBC caused me. I’ve asked the chat too, they tell me to call instead. There must be an easier way to do things?

    @HSBC_UK is anyone working at your international banking centre!? I’ve been on hold for over 1.5 hrs. This is a very poor experience for a potentially new customer!

    @HSBC_UK Your help is prejudiced and filled with favoritism, the ones you help are the ones that make for good #pr and image, how did you help me when @HSBC messed up and gave my money to criminals. Your poor checking system and loopholes that promote fraud, you helped zero.

    I’m always arguing with bank staff about money problems ??? First @BarclaysLDN won’t let me have my own money now @HSBC_UK have literally lost money via international transfer 🤬 #Bitcoin fixes this
