    @HSBC_UK This week my card was fraudulently used for £2k in 4 transactions. Since I’ve spent over 4 hrs listening to your sickly musac and 2 hrs going to the branch. Not been able to speak to the fraud team! What a shower! 4 hrs!!! Customer service is dreadful!

    @HSBC_UK well after being left on hold for 4 hours today... and still no answer I have to call back tomorrow as their customer service is now closed ... brilliant !!! I hope you lose all your customers

    @HSBC_UK well done on your ongoing exceptional poor customer service. Have been on the phone to your team for over 2 hours and have been passed between 3 teams who don’t have a clue how to help me. This is getting beyond a joke. You must think it’s ok to treat customers like this

    @HSBC_UK opened an account 2 days ago, called your customer service, waited 36 minutes to be hung up on!! Appalling service. I'll close this new account.

    @claireedith @HSBC_UK So they’ve told me - my biggest issue was that they only let 5 people in the branch which is fair enough - but they don’t limit groups when only 1 needs to go in - group of 4 taking ages on one machine while everyone just stood outside getting wet. Some common sense needed
