    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK the one thing that is crystal clear is that my call is NOT important to you. Please stop telling people you offer a call back service after 240 seconds. You don’t. Multiple hours long calls this weekend have made clear that’s not the case.

    Good Morning @HSBC_UK Just my regular update to let you know that I STILL cannot access #HSBC #InternetBanking - since last Tues. I've had a new Secure Key Card since Tues, and another arrived in the post this morning along with an activation code, but your system still freezes
