    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC_UK iPhone 12 with 14.8 update on. It won’t even let me login anymore and is now saying it doesn’t recognise my credentials. Business app is the same too.

    If I have all the required documentation, I am a premier customer, I ALREADY bank with you, then why does it take more than a month for me to open an account? Wouldn't recommend the bank to anyone. @HSBC @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN

    @DreyfusJames @Eeva4Eeva @HSBC_UK In all seriousness, Customer service was getting worse pre pandemic. Now, it’s almost non existent. The excuses or general disinterest used to simply ignore it.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_AUS @HSBC UK account locked due to incorrect security Q. Live permanently in AUS now. Can not unlock account because your teams won't/can't communicate due to incompetence/time zone issues. Show some initiative and rectify this.

    @HSBC_UK Ive just spent the best part of 20 mins tryin to delete payees. Every instruction is wrong ! Logged on to main site not via mobile app. Frustrating !!!

    @HSBC_UK We just have a message saying unable to connect to server. Tried updating app which just takes us through to existing app and freezes
