    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK @SophieFyfield No way to reset passwords now, 45 minutes on hold and still waiting, on top of that, the insulting ‘you can still use our website’ message’…how can I? No app, no security code, and no means of using any other authentication.

    @HSBC_UK Appreciate your message thank you. It’s unfortunate tho that the help desk appeared oblivious to this…. Or holding back. Either way lesson learned needs to be applied here. Lack of information and honesty doesn’t bode well for the masses.

    @HSBC_UK Future dates payments and standing orders cannot be accessed and it’s been over 3 goddamn days this is down. Your chat app is useless with your custy service agents replying 1.5 hours later telling me to delete and reinstall my mobile app when it’s your website that issue is. 🤬

    @HSBC_UK Unable to use my cards online since 6months!! Countless hours/probably amount to days now, spent on the phone to your call centres, totally useless - time and money wasted. About to lose it with your service!

    @HSBC_UK Your app is not allowing me to make an online payment. It says service not available despite your website saying everything is fine. 1hr 15 minutes for an online chat response is very poor too. Get a bloody grip!

    @HSBC_UK Not much better today…I have been queueing in total for over 2.5 hrs to speak to someone…doesn’t help when you cut callers off after 40 minutes waiting….
