Another day has passed and still the business banking team at @HSBC_UK don’t return calls, don’t pick up the phone and don’t answer their live chat. How can this be called customer service? Maybe I’m the first person to try and open a bank account…?

Daughter closed @HSBC_UK ISA last week in person in Bradford . House purchase iminent. Still not transferred and still not sorted. A further issue amongst many in recent years. Attrocious customer service.

@HSBC_UK Im trying to close my business account, forms were received 5th November according to tracking, your website says upto 10 working days but its now been 18 days, whats going on? Should I fill out a complaint?

Well done @HSBC_UK. I eventually got a reply to my asking “how on earth do I get in touch from overseas without a working telephone banking security number?” was just told I’d need my telephone banking security for this. #HSBCsux

@SpencerAldred @HSBC_UK @BirminghamPride They closed our account. Could not get any help on the phone. They still haven’t sent our money (£4,000) they said they’d send it in 10 day. Been over 25 days now. No response to our emails. Disgusting 😡
