    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC_UK No problem with regular updates, but this one is not compatible with a version of Android that was compatible with the previous version so we can’t update from Play Store. Either the regression testing or change management was poorly executed and needs rolling back

    @LukeJohnsonRCP @HSBC_UK Took them a month or two to open my regular account. It’s a great bank, just slow. Also phone support is ridiculously slow with their insane hold times.

    @AllisonPearson @LukeJohnsonRCP @HSBC_UK I'm lucky that I have a room to work in at home, though my wife isn't delighted by two laptops and attendant wiring. I'd prefer working with people but I only have to work if I have work to do, no need to mark time in an office.

    @HSBC_UK what on earth is going on with the app?! Just had 20-odd attempts at taking a pic of the back of a cheque, finally got one (that was the same as all the others 🤔) and then apparently there's a problem with depositing and I've got to try again later? So frustrating!

    @LukeJohnsonRCP @AllisonPearson @HSBC_UK I started a new job in January, working with people in the Netherlands and India as well as the UK. Worked at home every day, not even sure if I have a desk anywhere,or even an office.

    @HSBC_UK I don't have any other documents that are listed on the site. Can't speak a person that knows what they are doing. Everything is vague and unclear.Opening an account with hsbc uk is an exhausting and complicated process.
