@findercomUK @HSBC_UK I don’t know how you get any awards ! I just spent TWO hours waiting for an answer on the phone. I spent two hours trying to get through on chat line ! Every time I got to no 1 it timed out ! Until it closed. I waste most afternoons trying to get help with my business account

Are @HSBC_UK's security measures so convoluted and impossible so as to avoid needing telephonists to answer customer phone calls? You literally cant get to a human being. HSBC are incommunicado from their own customers, inc. OAPs that have no other way to bank

@HSBC_UK 3weeks to reissue a cancelled credit card, in interim u cancel my DD to pay credit card without telling me. Whacked me with overdue payment charge as a result, advised credit agencies &tell me it will take 8 weeks to get YOUR error reversed. Lucky im a premium customer!

@HSBC_UK @HSBC absolutely shambolic phone customer support when your security system fails. I need to access my account to pay staff. Telephone banking wait over 90min so I gave up. That wait cost me over £45 in mobile costs. You said a 20min wait, that was a lie.
