    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK I had nearly £1k stolen last year and I had to do it through the fraud squad but I got it back pretty much the next working day, the actual bank were pretty useless

    @MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK Send an email to the bank with proof your daughter didn't withdraw or spend the money. Normally locations and times on trackers help etc.

    @droidinio @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I am a customer of yours and I’m somewhat concerned that you have declined to assist my Granddaughter who has had £478 taken unlawfully from her account, unless I see some attempts from HSBC to help her to resolve this issue, I will close my account . Do the right thing.
