So I transferred some money to my daughters account (who obviously lives at the same address) and for some bizarre reason @HSBC_UK have flagged this as unusual and blocked access to my internet banking, now on hold for 15 minutes trying to speak to someone, time I don't have 😡

@HSBC_UK I cannot reset my digital secure key password, I go through the process and then I'm told system error please try again later.... I'm not in the UK, online banking is only way I can manage accounts, I cannot make any calls to the UK... Help please

@HSBC_UK can someone please arrange to contact me in relation to a charge back dispute I had raised with Viagogo? Tried unsuccessfully on telephone 7.5 hours on hold over two days, and called in to local branch where customer services rep couldn’t speak to anyone either !
