    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK I’m looking for an email address to contact HSBC with an account query. Cost of 0345 numbers can be expensive when having to hold etc. Tried on-line chat support but the advise I was given was - to phone the 0345 phone number.

    @HSBC_UK I’m expecting a large transfer into my Advance account from a pension provider. Do you place restrictions on high value transfers in, and out if I choose to move the money? I have heard that you block transactions

    Aaaaahhh, another day, another interminable wait to speak to someone at @HSBC_UK. Apparently my call is important to them...maybe the bank could employ more people at its help centres to speed up the process?
