    @firstdirect I’ve banked with you since the 90’s. I haven’t had a single complaint but why on earth has @HSBC_UK got rid of counter service? Their advice, if you need to do actual banking: try the post office love.

    @HSBC_UK As business customer I recently opted out of paper bank statements, only to find out I'm STILL getting a paper statement every month JUST for monthly account fee! I was told this is standard policy. This has to be the mostly ridiculous policy ever.

    @Thin_As_Lizzy @HSBC_UK The equalities act allows for services to be provided to people with specific protected characteristics where that group has previously been marginalised and has less access to other services. I would think there is lots of evidence that such a programme as this would qualify.

    @RevRichardColes Because @HSBC_UK and others are shutting branches these ten dinosaurs will become a hundred at an open one soon. I raised the issue with @Moneybox yesterday. Because you can't log in you can't get online help and to call, well! Customer service at its best.
