    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK No I didn't. Because you're declining all my online payments. I'm all over better security but if I can make any purchases, what's the actual point? Giving me some copy 'n paste about new checks for EU/Regulations is dandy but doesn't help me I want to change banks at this rate

    @HSBC_UK I keep getting the error message "We're sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when trying to transfer money. Happened yesterday, and thought that now it is a working day it would work but it still doesn't.

    @HSBC_UK hi Im trying to set up online banking on my new phone as iv lost my old phone. Its asking me to use the app to generate a pin to log in but I don't have access to the app. I tried to speak via you website but I'm afraid I have to be logged in to do it. Please send help

    @HSBC_UK so frustrated. I have a new phone trying to login to online banking password isn’t recognised. Saying to call but the office is closed. Good thing it’s not an emergency. I am now locked out of my online banking. I never have this issue with @monzo.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks Steve, it was finally resolved after I spent an awful long time following the instructions on the cheque book. I took the opportunity to raise it as a complaint/observation once I eventually got passed to a team that could assist.

    @HSBC_UK Hi I'm new to HSBC and ordered a debit card back in August. I received a debit card but no pin. I just activated my card but can't create create an online banking account as I realised I don't have a telephone banking ID either. Can I please get help with this

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC why are all my cards being declined despite your customer service saying there is nothing wrong and no block in place? Please explain… I have no way of paying for anything now. Time to switch banks 🙃🙃🙃
