    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @nw_nicholas @ChrisTMarsden I was charged loads of compounded overdraft fees back in the 00s. I’ve not heard anything about any compensation . (IE I wasn’t over my limit, but fees from @HSBC_UK Kept putting me over my limit.) Things have improved but for a while it was an impossible and stressful cycle.

    Good afternoon @HSBC_UK I have tried to contact you by phone, but as I don’t have an account with you I can’t do this. I would like to speak to someone about an internet payment I made to an HSBC account in error. Thank you
