@HSBC_UK I spoke to 4 customer representatives who ALL tell me the money SHOULD be there but none could help. I was told that someone will call and explain where the mistake was. No calls yet..Plus, That is NOT what I want. I want the money back… @TheFCA

My previous account received no correspondence at all, just a cheque for the balance in the post. In the middle of a pandemic when banks were closed. Small biz accounts don't make enough cash for @HSBC_UK so they close them down.

@HSBC_UK shockingly bad customer service. Spent 2 days on hold to get cut off multiple times, finally speak with a team member, told to go to Branch, wait for another hour and not be provided with the International payment info I need. Told to call again IN BRANCH! Unbelievable

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I did tried as I have been advised before last saturday and today by phone, & also by you. I did clear all cache, cookies and history on browsers and I use severals (chrome, edge, explorer, firefox, also tried from phone). Nothing is working always going on GSA errors

@HSBC_UK why my has the est. interest on my credit card gone from £23 to £40 and now up to £60. I make more than the min payment each month, haven’t spent anything on the card & the balance has been going down. At this rate, the estimated interest will be more than my min payment
