    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @TOrynski @HSBC_UK dude, I ended up in court with @HSBC_UK 7yrs ago over the same ****. I specifically included Germany and Poland to my exception block list and they BLOCKED my full account over my hospital trip to German clinic and I had to pay over €5k there. Imagine this.

    @HSBC_UK Having a nightmare @HSBC, been told my mortgage application has been picked for a random spot check. No one will give me timescales or any help was on the phone all last wee and now on point of losing my house, absolute nightmare!!!

    My @HSBC_UK saga update: ironically called customer care departament sent me an email saying they are investigating and that they are sorry I am having issues with them. Still no attempt to contact me with some actual solutions.

    Very frustrated that @HSBC_UK completion team don’t want to tell us how long it’ll take to send us the confirmation of purchase price for our new house to our solicitors - not even a ballpark of how long it’ll be. Would be nice to have some idea of SLAs…! Can anyone help?

    @skristos24 @HSBC_UK I can't. Because they block my card when I try to do it using wise or other low budget transfer and I am not paying their extortionate prices for international transfer.
