@HSBC_UK hi, I’ve been back and forth with your support teams today trying to track transfers that first you tell me Monzo has rejected and then claim have been stopped for fraud. I’m getting nowhere and I don’t know where my money is! How can I escalate this?

Today is a nightmare - @HSBC_UK security systems won't let me reset via app as security key needs to be redirected from old (DEAD) mobile. Online reset needs security key which I can't access from new mobile as app won't work - talk about circle of ouroboros!

@HSBC_UK Thank you for your reply. I am not the only one though. Just read lots of reviews on TrustPilot. May be the bank should have some duty of care towards its customers. That may actually help people and help the bank gain some trust. HSBC-a-bank-not-to-trust

@HSBC_UK Following procedures isn't an excuse for having no morals. You can dress it up anyway you want to in an attempt to make me look like the bad guy here. The fact is I'm reacting to your poor service, not the other way around.
