    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK despite your claim earlier down that the problem with your app has been resolved, your app just crashes every time on my iPhone and I am unable to access it. this is also the only way your customers with the app can even access online banking. This is not acceptable.

    @HSBC_UK My mortgage application has been finally issued last week, but I was told by brokers and solicitors that there needs a 5 working day notice for funds release. Is that possible to shorten the notice period due to we have to complete and move asap? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK this is ridiculous I need to move money from my current account to another account. Online banking is still not working property. It’s no good being able to log in and see my account if I can’t move money. Please advise when this will be resolved?

    @HSBC_UK Dear HSBC, I have an extremely distressed elderly Mother who cannot use the HSBC app. I have been assisting her since Friday and have spoken many times with HSBC staff via the telephone. HSBC confirmed there is a problem with the app on Friday and it is still not sorted.

    Update on the "caring business bank" that is @HSBC @HSBC_UK Finally after 2hrs on hold, a young lady answered, sorted the problem, she was great. Obviously more staff needed for manning the service that's advertised. Piss poor performance 🤬🤬

    @HSBC_UK You now have a truly awful Move Money system. Trying to set up standing order to a new payee and only getting option to make an initial payment. why? Chat service not available and no longer able to use message service either.

    @HughMcJames @HSBC_UK Same here. That's why we actually went directly to bank and instead of getting help we were asked why are we at the bank? Told them couple of times the app does work and they kept saying I don't know what to do. Their consultant left in the middle of the conversation.. Shameful

    @HSBC_UK trying to contact you for days now because online banking is still not working, just whirling wheel, DMs are not read, chat bot can't help. I need a person to talk to. What else can I do??? I'm abroad so no chance to go to a branch.
