@HSBC @HSBC_UK I just walked 2 miles to go into @Kidderminster branch and it is closed, hand written sign on the door saying temporary closure. Website says it is open. What's happening? Will it open again today? 25 minute wait to ring you today. #PoorService

@HSBC_UK woeful experience trying to get help for my 83 year old mother. On hold 30 minutes plus. Asked to call back because system down. Zero appointments available in branch within 20 miles. Cant even complain because the non customer phone line asks for my account number????
