    @HSBC_UK Unbelievably poor service from your call centre. I transferred my account to your bank in good faith. I’m now without any access to my account or money, no way to get any help, and just had your call centre cut me off for the second time in two days. This is hellish.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve just moved my account to your bank - and now I have no access to my money! I’m trying in vain to get some help - cut off by the call centre (twice), and can’t access online help because I haven’t got a telephone banking code. Why is this all so frustratingly hard?

    @HSBC_UK my wife has been trying to revive her dormant account for months. She calls everyday and can’t get to a human. We received a letter that says you are closing the account. Please return the money! Please help! This is crazy! How many hours do we have to waste on this?
