    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @BarclaysUKHelp We have no way of checking to see if our clients have paid us, no way to set up any DD or SO and it’s pay day for our employees next week!! This simply is not good enough. If it is not sorted tomorrow, so we have full access, we will be moving back to @HSBC_UK

    Since 2pm today @HSBC_UK have tried to activate my secure key device on my account and they can't do it. I am now locked out of my account and have to wait for a miracle which should arrive in 5-10 working days 🤷🏻

    Today I mostly HATE mobile banking apps and how circular they are when your bank decide to upgrade so far your phone no longer works (thank you @HSBC_UK) so you can't log in online, can't use the online chat, can't pay for anything online...

    @HSBC_UK Just ended a mind numbingly bad conversation with HSBC who consistently show a robotic absence of attention or respect with absolutely APPALLING customer service. Our 25 years of responsible banking with HSBC count for nothing. The customer must absorb the inconvenience.

    @HSBC_UK I've spoken to countless departments, written to bots, unable to make an online appointment to speak to someone, went to the only surviving branch in the city and spoke to someone who couldn't help me at all. 30 years a customer and I cannot get a coherent word back.
