@HSBC_UK got through on the phone quickly, payment now made after 15 mins discussion and repeating a lot of details. You don't need a DM - you need to make your website work and you also need to have an online chat that allows access to an agent. If it doesn't do that, delete it.

Back pulling my hair out on @HSBC_UK appalling telephone banking. It’s an actual comedy of errors. No one has a clue what they are doing. Hung up on twice. The whole call should have taken 2 minutes

@HSBC_UK I am so upset with your service. I have moved to uae + updated my address. You keep chasing me for confirm call but I can’t get help from anyone! I have £200 phone bill from a call where someone closed the phone on me. Your staff are not helpful!!!!!

@HSBC_UK been banking with HSBC for 2 months - quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced - 46 mins on calls tonight and been hung up on both times, horrendous!
