@HSBC_UK Very disappointed with service. Not sure how to reach you. It is more than a month that I applied for new account. I'm a HSBC account holder for more than 15 years in other Geography. Visited Ealing branch and they said they can't accelerate as online team working.

@PickupTrades @HSBC_UK I use an iPhone 6 too. The suggestion that I need to switch off ‘low power’ mode helps a little although NO OTHER app needs to be coddled in this way. I only had to make four attempts to login successfully this morning so app still flakey even though followed all HSBC guidance.

@HSBC_UK Dont suppose you would be able to help me? Ive tried making a Order through Etsy Using Paypal, Ive had 2 Payments Held on my Bank account when the order didnt go throght, Paypal have told me i have to wait 180 days before i can do anything, is there any way to cancel it?

@HSBC_UK Android app doesn't log in. Fingerprint spins a wheel then does nothing. Online log in in Chrome is also broken with a "GSA System Error".
