    @HSBC_UK tried to make a payment from my debit account to pay for a purchase on my credit. Was given the error 'bank has been advised not to accept payment from payee'. The payee is literally your own bank? Is there a problem with the system right now?

    @HSBC_UK is there an issue with the app? It's not letting me login with my fingerprint, keeps saying not recognised. How can my own fingerprint not be recognised? It's my finger?

    @HSBC_UK Appalling customer service today. Online agent couldn't help me. Over 30 mins on the phone on hold so gave up. Time to switch banks.

    @HSBC_UK Been listening to your lovely hold music on and off since 10:30. Now almost 3:30. Been cut off 4 times, pushed around multiple departments for an issue you confirmed to me had been resolved on 21st June. Worst service ever.
