    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC_UK It's really impossible to connect HSBC business telephone support. Online chat team doesn't have any idea of things. 1 hour of waiting in call centre queue and in the middle they disconnect the call. HSBC needs to solve these issues

    @HSBC_UK Called number. It's a joint account we need, not 3rd party mandate. Told I can't have form sent or link given. Must go to a branch - I don't have one nearby. My father can't pick one up. He's housebound with terminal cancer. Is it impossible to send a link that I can download?

Cut their holiday short to due to fraud for £23k catalogue of failures isa sold for £37k disgrace

    HSBC_IN HSBC_UK If funds are locatable, please URGENTLY place in recipient’s account today. If funds cannot be located and are lost, please replace funds from HSBC and place in recipient’s account TODAY. A bank holding money intended to help COVID sufferers is IMMORAL.

    @HSBC_UK you failed to tell me when I ordered my new smart key that I wouldn't be able to access my account online until new one arrived. So inconvenient given that I am unable to go into bank today cos its closed to get statement so I can call up to make transfers I need to do!

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Please fix your app, the app crashes every time on iOS 15. I have tried it on my iPad too which is running iOS 15, meaning it’s because of the IOS 15. Please update to support IOS 15, thank you! (I have tried also reinstalling.)
