@HSBC_UK applied for advanced current account, rejected as my credit score is 'not high enough' yet with Experian it is 999. Phoned and assistant was no help, and would't explain why or give further info. Can you help please?

@HSBC_UK shocking service! A simple remortgage has become a nightmare. HSBC are using the most rock bottom bargain basement law firm. So far over 20 emails sent, no responses to questions, docs never rec’d or lost, endless mistakes, funds never rec’d or acknowledged. V worried
