    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK no one in telephone banking can transfer me to a manager after a call handler blocked a transfer stating I need to go into a branch to provide ID which is physically impossible due to the reduced opening hours and me having to work, #poorservice #shambolic

    @HMRCgovuk sent me a tax refund by cheque (despite paying online); @firstdirect has a maximum limit for depositing cheques by mobile; both self-service machines at @HSBC_UK bank branch were closed for maintenance. Had to queue at teller to pay-in the cheque. Epic #fail

    @HSBC_UK why it is impossible to open a Bussiness account for a charity with you? Application started in Jan2022 Today, I spent over 1hr to a online agent to be told the earliest appointment is May? We have already had a zoom appointment back in Feb. That’s 5 months

    @HSBC_UK so I was asked to send you a private message which I did it took 10 mins to respond asking for further details which I sent then nothing. When I sent another message your system said your now closed. Customer service at its worst

    @HSBC_UK Shame your safeguarding team are the most useless customer service team I’ve ever dealt with & have nearly forced a tiny bridge club out of business by constantly changing your rules and failing to contact us & have shut the account down three times.

    @Soulseekingyogi @HSBC_UK I agree. I have been without #InternetBanking access for over a Week now. HSBC appear to be more interested in logging the Complaints process than actually solving the problem (that #HSBC created) swiftly which would mean no complaimt would be neccesary.
