    @HSBC_UK will provide you with wrong forms on purpose to delay the process and then blame the customer. After 7 months of complaining I have finally received a section 75 form and zero updates.

    @HSBC_UK I am having problems with your banking app. When I try to transfer money I get "system error". I am also not able to generate a security code to log in in the browser. I have android on a OnePlus 5T.

    @HSBC_UK almost 3 weeks since the iOS15 public beta came out and the app still hasn’t been updated to work. Other banking apps worked on day 1. Haven’t been able to generate a code to login, no access to online baking all this time. When will it be sorted?

    Who would’ve guessed that the catalyst for me to stop using @HSBC_UK @HSBC for day to day bills and purchase would be the fact that their mobile app is the only app that stopped working when upgrading to iOS 15 beta.

    HAHAHAH I have just rung @HSBC_UK back and yes, the LPOA is there, so the guy who patronisingly told me that there wasn't one at great length really did a great job of wasting my time. Now to get the actual issue resolved, maybe?

    @HSBC_UK your staff need to work on their customer service skills. Telling me my card is working perfectly fine when I explained it wasn’t, and then talking to me with an attitude “if it makes you happy I will give you a new card” if it makes me happy!!!!😠
