  @HSBC_UK Hi, I still can’t log in to either of the HSBC online things. I tried the website with no other tabs on and it says ‘System Error.’ The app says the ‘service is temporarily unavailable.’ I actually can’t believe that this has been going on for a week or more.

  @HSBC_UK Why have you changed the mobile app login choice from an 8 character alphanumeric code to a six digit numeric one? It may be easier to remember but is much less secure

  @HSBC_UK really disappointed in your service today at the bath branch. I paid nearly £6 bus fare, and travelling 30 mins there to get some coins in change, 4 bags of £1s, having to wait 15 minutes to get some help and then I was told they don't offer that service on Saturdays.
