@HSBC_UK your in-branch staff refused to allow me to close my business account in person, and told me to do it via the website. One of the main reasons for closing the account is that I can’t log into the website. Any suggestions on how I can leave?

@HSBC_UK customer experience improvement suggestion. When I have to re type the pin, clear it, don't assume I'm going to hit backspace 6 times. Also don't require I tap enter, and tap submit too. That's just #friction.
