    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Nationwide, not a bank but a building society (it makes a difference). When we need help, we get to speak to caring, friendly humans (often in Swindon) and they get thing sorted fast. Using Visa CC abroad is very cheap too.

    @HSBC_UK Now, nearly at the end of 2022 HSBC has held it for almost two years. Our new bank rejected us just as the funds had reached them. Our money was returned to HSBC but we could no longer access it, and even today, we still have not retrieved our money from HSBC. Ray Vahey, Bitchute

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I know it’s connected with HSBC but First Direct give consistently good, friendly and efficient customer service - 13 years with them.

    @HSBC_UK Your customer service is atrocious! Using the phone is not an option, as I am hard of hearing! Chat does not connect me to anyone. The app does not let me do what I wish to do, which is to increase a DDI payment. Your chat bot is useless too. How may I achieve my aim?

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK What do you mean by "able to do admin"? I've been with FirstDirect for many years and never had any issues, but I think you should expand in what exactly is that you need so you get good suggestions.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Loopring, be prepared to have to put in research, but the result will be you will be your own bank and not have to rely on **** banks. Or Bitcoin and hold in Trust Wallet or Ledger X. Q1 23 will kill banks, crypto v cbdc is the new future.

    @HSBC_UK given the way that #HSBC has driven us to use online banking & closed branches by the dozen why on Earth is it impossible to bank a cheque for more than £500 using the app? Whatever happened to customer service?
