Hello @TheFCA Pls look into @HSBC_UK's capacity to deal with customer query I am completely walled out by #HSBC, I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO MY FUNDS, which is very irresponsible I chatted with customer care team in the morning to let them know about my VALID transactions

@HSBC_UK I've paid for concert tickets in 2019 through my HSBC Current A/C. This concert is now cancelled and the refund has been returned to the original card. Unfortunately the HSBC A/C is closed and Ticketmaster are advising that you will still hold the monies. Please help!
