@HSBC_UK Do you think it's acceptable @HSBC_UK that I have to wait 182 days (and counting) for a reply to a complaint?It appears that your leadership are more focussed on their their desire to plant trees than they are to resolve customer complaints (which are registered in your system).

@HSBC_UK Was beginning to lose the will to live with getting my new account activated for the app following several phone calls where no one seemed able to help but have just finished on the phone with Gail (Yorkshire accent), she has got this resolved. Pass on my thanks to her

@HSBC_UK As a bank, you are an absolute joke. I spent 5 hours on the phone yesterday as card payments I was trying to make were repeatedly being declined. EVERYBODY was saying something different. Waiting for 1hr 15mins for somebody to answer the phone is NOT a service. Disgrace

@HSBC_UK Nope, due to the complete inconsistency and lack of support I have now decided to move our accounts away from HSBC. If nobody seems to know what they're talking about how can I trust you with my money!
