Why is @HSBC_UK 's online and mobile banking like trying to get in to the Chamber of Secrets? I'm also a Barclays and Starling bank customer and getting in to their apps/online accounts is so much easier.

@ImTaLdon @HSBC_UK Hopefully they come back to you soon. Although leaving complaints unresolved and not getting back to customers after lodging a complaint. Clearly shows how bad their customer service is!

@HSBC_UK been as its impossible to contact you via the website i need help with a pending payment. I paid for an item on ebay the transaction got refused. I paid with paypal for the items which worked fine. Now the original transaction is stuck pending.

@HSBC_UK My son tried to open a student bank account today at HSBC. The process in branch was so painfully ridiculous despite him having multiple proof of ID & address. He left went to Halifax Bank & within 30 mins successfully opened a new account. HSBC lost a customer for life
