    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK trying to open an account for my child for 3 months now. The most useless customer service and process. Nothing works and repeated promises not kept. Clearly hsbc doesn’t actually want my custom after 20 years of banking relationship. Don’t use this bank.

    @countrymousie @HSBC_UK Ditched them in 2017. Company had been with them for years. Business manager was relocated to Exeter! He changed and took almost 12mths to introduce himself. He asked about our bookings - he thought we were a caravan site. Then we were allocated a business manager in Brum.

    . @HSBC_UK a personal & business cust of 20yrs saddened by the service I’m receiving trying to complete a new business account app. 8 calls, 4 web chats just trying to verify ID. You told me to go to branch and they can’t help. 2 hour round trip. 6 weeks wasted. Please help

    So @HSBC_UK said I cant use their switch service to switch accounts and to do it myself, now theyre saying my switching bonus wont be paid because I didnt use the switching service they denied. Absolute fraudsters.

    @HSBC_UK since when do you have the right to REFUSE to let someone spend their money? Someone we know is trying to pay for an extension and your bank are refusing to let the customer move money and pay the company! Saying it’s not right and that the company should pay themselves!

    @HSBC_UK have done it again. Tried to close an account. They transferred out more than the balance on the account, created an overdraft, so preventing closure. Guess who has to fix it? Me! And when I do fix it, it will take 5 days to action closure, and 5 days to log a complaint.

    To log into @HSBC_UK online I need to generate a secure key using my app. To log into my app I need to be sent a OTP code by text. The OTP text function has been broken for months.
