Tried to log in to my hsbc app after not getting any transaction notifications for a few days. It then didn't recognise my password. After multiple tries, I'm now locked out of my account. Others having issues too. Cheers @HSBC_UK 👍🏽

@HSBC_UK No! On the online banking website my accounts are named "house", "bills" "spending", "joint" account names. These are never seen on the app and I have to memorize the numbers when transfering or checking balances. It's 2022!! @HalifaxBank and @Barclays both do it !!!!!

@HSBC_UK When is the mobile banking app issue for Android likely to be resolved? App will not open for almost a week now, cannot use the website without app, cannot reinstall as that locks account and previous experience contacting via telephone is frustrating to say the least
