Monday moan . The UK has gone to **** . Just trying to do simple things this morning like booking a dentist appointment and a doctors then trying to deal with @HSBC_UK with my business account . Just seem to get nowhere . Always a bloody problem.

@HSBC_UK OK. So next how do we get past the failure to recognise my DOB as a date. FYI you are asked to input DOB on the HSBC site after generating and submitting a transactional security code. It says it cannot verify me then says my DOB is not a date

@HSBC_UK I made up my mind to leave HSBC tonight after 30 years of being with them due to the shockingly bad service. Three attempts to transfer money all three flagged as fraud. Hours wasted on the phone. Useless.
