    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK so the app on my phone stopped working so i reinstalled it and now i cannot generate a code to reset my password or reregister my device to generate codes. the app says my profile is now locked. worst user experience ever. please can you fix it my local branch is shut.

    @HSBCUKBusiness Customer service hours for our business account customers will remain 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri on our new handle @HSBC_UK. For our personal banking customers our customer service hours will remain the same (8am – 8pm, Mon – Sun).
