@HSBC_UK Quite. You appear recently have 'seen the opportunity' to charge 'community accounts' - run by useful little organisations who do anything from looking after parks to organising local events - £5 per month, which is frankly extortionate. Also, your customer service is dreadful.

@firstdirect why don’t @HSBC_UK branches let you pay in cash over the counter? Just went to branch to be told deposit machine is down so to use the post office. Not great service!

@HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.
