    @HSBC_UK getting in touch without keep getting told to contact another number after trying to do what you say is the quickest who say they have not got enough staff to answer a question is not good service when you are also closing more branches.

    @HSBC_UK are you having issues with your app? I normally log on via fingerprint, but this morning it is asking me for my username and to generate a pin. I can’t generate a pin because when I open the app it asks me if I’m registered for online banking…can you help please?

    @HSBC_UK Is that your proposed level of service now? A call center in Asia? Your stock response is that you are receiving a high volume of calls/ It has been the standard response for years. What does that tell you? You don't provide enough support and are failing in your role

    @HSBC_UK absolutely shocked that 3 people in the Indian call centre refused to raise a complaint, also had no idea what a subject access request was so i can find out myself what's happening on my account. Surely they have to follow rules? This is a legal right yet !

    @HSBC_UK I recently opened a current account and have received my pin and overdraft info, but haven't gotten my card yet. My money is set to transfer tomorrow and I won't have access to it. Can you tell me what's happened to my debit card?

    Oh my goodness me. What do we have to do to speak to someone @AerLingus Been told 24 hrs for supervisor to call me back Complaint gets longer & longer Shockingly poor customer service. Haven't bothered to re-check some passengers in @ombudsman @HSBC_UK we need your help 🙏
