    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @katysdoodles @HSBC_UK Sometimes when it has been bank hol it can take a little bit longer for pending transactions to show on your statement as it counts as a non working day! I think HSBC was down yesterday too so might be something to do with that x

    @HSBC_UK I'm still having issues connecting... To online chat via the app. Refers to my Internet being at fault, which it unfortunately is not the case.

    @HSBC_UK Uhhh.... No... No they are not. Plus the replacement card you sent doesn’t work. 🙄 good job I’ve another bank account although I’d quite like to access my money held in HSBC. Nothing but issues the last few weeks.

    Why is @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness so bad. I have wasted nearly two hours this morning trying to get through to correct departments or have people answer the phone. I am so close to moving business, personal, mortgages and kids accounts because your service is atrocious

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness @firstdirect why are you only open 10-2 daily? Not good enough for demand. 3 minutes till closing and still in the queue 9 deep outside. Been here 40 minutes at Cramlington. Apparently 1 counter serving. Shopping centre security having to help your staff

    @HSBC_UK it was mainly to do a savings review (mainly ISAs). The problem is that your branches always have queues and too few staff that they don't have time. I would have assumed that with restricitions easing on monday there should have been a plan for appointments etc by now
