@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

@HSBC_UK @twtt3rtalks HSBC this is appalling. I cannot access my banking at all now. I live in NZ and don’t have a physical secure key - I relied on the app for all access. I can’t even log onto normal internet banking as my secure key IS the app. I need to make payments in the UK and can’t!

@HSBC_UK There is no Chat option showing. If I force it the the desktop site I can see Chat at the bottom but when I press it I get GSA Error - System Error
