@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

Absolute worst customer service @HSBC_UK Chester branch this morning. Do not appreciate getting smirked at whilst being told I need to phone anyway, after explaining I can't get through on the phone line. Can't even change my phone banking code in branch? Useless.

My @HSBC_UK premier account tells me there is a 50k limit on sending money. When I go to do it I find the limit is actually 25k. Why am I not surprised, yet again, that dealing with @HSBC is always a major problem. don;t bother replying. I know you don't give a flying F***

@HSBC_UK I was old my new card would be sent ages ago. My old one has been blocked for months. I've had to transfer my income elsewhere to access it. This is not acceptable. Your customer service agents online don't understand anything that is said awful service. Wouldn't recommend!!!!

Starting to lose my patience with @HSBC_UK Business. 2 years on and still using COVID as excuse for poor service. Half an hour in the phone queue, get forwarded to the wrong team and then put to the back of the queue again. This is for something I applied for 5 months ago!
