@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

@HSBC_UK Following massive errors made by your Fraud team with my business account last month, a small offer of compensation was made by one of your complaints managers. I responded in acceptance but have had NO acknowledgement since despite chasing 5 times. +No payment.

@dsymetweets @HSBC_UK I can't pay my mortgage, my bills or travel for work. I am helpless, as I now rely on HSBC to send me the paperwork I apparently need to access the funds. I've explained the urgency, they tell me I have to complete paperwork first, but won't send it. This is horrific behaviour
