    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I donโ€™t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. ๐Ÿงต1/n

    @HSBC_UK Hi, Iโ€™ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but canโ€™t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? Iโ€™m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but Iโ€™m not sure.

    @HSBC_UK 2hrs of phones calls, 1 of which waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins of online chat. And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?

    @HSBC_UK you as a bank are a JOKE Simple banking queries youโ€™re unable to resolve . There is a serious issue with your process. As a premier customer we are having no help from your customer services team , you messed up my ISA Transfer last year and now same issue with my wife
