    @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for ur reply. Ur response is faster than customer service. I don’t understand why the customer was put on waiting for 20 mins while they transfer call between d teams. Thank u.

    @HSBC_UK App had already been reinstalled multiple times, i did remove it from battery saving but the issue still persists

    @HSBC_UK No it's a residential property. It doesn't have to be over Twitter but I can't find any other contact details and as I'm not a customer yet I can't use the webchat. Emailing Integrar is absolutely pointless.

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK The worst service bank I have experienced. Am waiting in Spain with a competitor in the Vendee Global whose boat I am purchasing. HSBC can't get the payment to HK can't tell me where the money is. Keep telling us to wait.

    @Pastabake_ @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @lelaakxi to me and they help me recover my account back. He’s an expert.

    @fedgebaby @HSBC_UK Having trouble getting on. The app doesn't even let me get to the login page before it force closes. This has been happening since Tuesday!

    @HSBC_UK When is the mobile banking app issue for Android likely to be resolved? App will not open for almost a week now, cannot use the website without app, cannot reinstall as that locks account and previous experience contacting via telephone is frustrating to say the least

    @HSBC_UK I’ve spoken to your operatives - my card account is blocked for no reason, only recently opened but they can’t tell me why, I need to make an urgent payment - no one can help me. I have to go into a branch🙄 I can’t wait to cancel the card and never use your services again. #HSBC

    When 'chat' functions are so bad, it's quicker to go into branch to get an answer from @HSBC_UK @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Broken experience design, never-answered messages. Replacing old message systems that at least worked. All about mighty profit & extreme rewards for some?

    @HSBC_UK This was around 00.30 UK time, could login but no access to any accounts. No accounts were shown on website or app. No message for system maintenance etc.
