@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

@HSBC_UK this bank has been withholding my student living expenses £10,000 for 5 months for absolutely no cause . Making life difficult got me in the uk ..if you bank with them ,they are ****. I contacted lawyers but unfortunately there’s no legal aids for this problem.
