    @HSBC_UK good morning. My father in law is 95 and banks work your bank all his life. He had moved in to a care home near us. I would like to move his bank account from his branch in London to local here to help him. How do I do it please??

    @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

    Applied for an @HSBC_UK account five days ago, been given inconsistent information, very poor communication and no updates unless I request them. I’m still in the dark and have no idea what is happening with my application I’m really unhappy with the service

    @HSBC_UK On hold 45 mins waiting to speak with someone to change a current account switch date. Had to give up. I've decided to move to HSBC because my old bank's customer service was getting really bad. I hope I've not made a mistake...

    @HSBC_UK @JKPlanner Whenever I go to a branch they usually have a handful of appointments in a queue and told to come back the next day. Only about 3 staff working! “Future” says the bank that you were adding the simple ability to rename accounts in mobile banking 3 years ago!! Shame on you!

    @HSBC_UK HSBC shutting down so many stores to be more efficient and go online chat and it takes 60minutes to connect to someone on chat. If we look for a telephone number on your webpage it’s like a riddle, nothing? Is this improvements?

    Could not make it up @HSBC_UK advertising safe spaces in branches - those will be the ones they are closing then with no consultation with their customer base - profit before people!

    @HSBC_UK closing down hundreds of high street banks. I know that if I was a client of theirs, I’d be immediately closing my bank. Yet another tech introduction that has cost jobs. Is anyone working out yet that if it continues, there’ll be millions less jobs !
