@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

Flats don't get "taken over" you just call the police and have them thrown out, and if you really had been through all that **** you'd know better than to posture the way you have.
