    @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

    @HSBC_UK my mum is having problems sorting out an account as a result of residing in France. Unfortunately, because she is rather deaf she has difficulty with the telephone since it means she cannot see the person's face to read their lips. Any help would be appreciated

    @HSBC_UK All that aside as many don’t really care either way. Can the person do the job, as it’s our money they are looking after? And when will company’s spend money on giving customers proper customer services? Britains work ethic in customer services has gone down the pan!

    @HSBC_UK You just don't get it! It had nothing to do with Pronouns or equality. it was the tone & dictatorship of telling their customers to " If you don't like it close your account" Who the hell do they think they are talking to!!! do NOT speak down to your customers.

    @HSBC_UK I'm a HSBC customer, and I have no issues with badges, but given the aggressive replies by @HalifaxBank you're pushing your luck. Money laundering for the Cartels, providing support to ponzi schemes and supporting the brutalisation of Hong Kong. You're in no position to act holy.
