    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @Pollysymondson @HSBC_UK I feel your pain. Different bank, but cut-off twice and spent 2.5 hours waiting across 3 calls. When I got through to a human, issue was sorted in 2 minutes

    @HSBC_UK my banking app won't open it keeps crashing. It was working fine yesterday. Is there a known issue? I need to log in ASAP as I have transactions I need to deal with I can't log in via the website as my app is my secure key.

    @HSBC_UK Already 3 attempts to talk to your customer service and every time I get moved from one team to another, until the line drops. I don't have access to my bank account either via web or app. I need urgent support. Very bad customer experience.

    @HSBC_UK I finally got through. It really took way to long. Such a shame, but very good customer service. I hope @HSBC_UK can improve on this.

    @HSBC_UK The video is to show everyone how impossible it is to speak to a human at HSBC. I gave up, I phoned instead, I waited 25 minutes and was told that I couldn't make a payment because of "a glitch", no resolution whatsoever.

    @HSBC_UK I was on a call with the customer care and since the person on line couldn’t answer my query, she just disconnected the phone 🤔 Not a good customer experience as waiting for my statement requested on 17th Feb in post - still. Thoughts? Complaint to be raised please

    @HSBC_UK Wow serious long wait on business banking.... things have really changed, I hope the service isn't as terrible , if my call gets answered.
