@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

@HSBC_UK good morning. My father in law is 95 and banks work your bank all his life. He had moved in to a care home near us. I would like to move his bank account from his branch in London to local here to help him. How do I do it please??

Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK I am appalled at the way my elderly father has been treated by HSBC.The closest HSBC branch offering counter service is not accessible to him & after waiting over 10 days to reset access to his accounts & raising a complaint we are still awaiting any response.

@HSBC_UK I’ve tried all that. Completely useless. The problem seems to be the security key you insist on using for mobile banking. I’ve already had to have it posted to me 3 times (since your sms service doesn’t work) and none of them work. I’d be quicker closing the account.

.@HSBC_UK were meant to call me at 1400 to resolve an issue - a call THEY arranges - they didn't. Now 24 people ahead of me on virtual chat. Is this really a way to run a huge bank?!
