@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

@HSBC_UK Personal. I called earlier, they said system was down and asked to call later. Called later but got cut off just before I spoke to anyone. Then there was a long 30 mins wait on the phone then got cut off again! What's wrong with HSBC?

@HSBC_UK I have switched to you from Barclays. You took my money over a week ago.I have no access to it as have no online banking no. Helpline hung up on me. Tried to activate card in cashpoint & didn't work. You have my money & I can't access it. Am stressed & penniless. Thieves

@MandSBank a perfect example of why you need a UK based support even if @HSBC_UK provide your back office! Just called re replacement card Was like talking to someone in India who was underwater - no joke Person was simply reading a script and gave zero support beyond one...
