@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK My husband opened his account at @RBS in 1966. I think they only have bots working for them now. Used to be great but now under the mattress would at least be contactable.

@HSBC_UK 3 months requesting information on my credit card dispute and till now,u haven’t been able to update me on what is going on.ur stage 1 dispute team said they can’t help me because they have no access to stage 2 team info.Absolutely a joke

@HSBC_UK spent most of the day trying to call your team, 45-60 minute wait times only for your systems to hang up every time with no fix!? Credit card approved but no terms sent out? Really unacceptable
