    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu This bank is a joke. Avoid. Their customer call centre is atrocious. Called them three times today and was hung up on twice! They’re charging me for a credit card balance they haven’t even transferred over from previous provider. Appalling. #HSBC #CustomerService

    @DrProudman @HSBC_UK She had no problem having affairs in his house, going to Coachella (which she posted all about it), she literally had her friends there rent free, where is his control over her? When she told him "COUCH" like he's some animal to obey her?

    I have a problem being able to contact @HSBC_UK tried their utterly useless chat function and also telephone banking. They won’t even reply to their own secure messages within my account. Anyone else had similar issues???

    @DrProudman @HSBC_UK HSBC is his business bank account, where he took £31k into of our money without telling us Our property is now potentially being used as debenture for his HSBC company overdraft We called HSBC and there was no help

    Wife loses bank card for our joint account (boo). Samaritan finds it and kindly calls @HSBC_UK to cancel the card (yay). HSBC cancels the wrong card (boo). Now neither of us have a working bank card (double boo) 😢

    @HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu Wr have lost a bank card and it is virtually impossible to report it because we don't have a telephone "pin"!!!
