    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @Connor_Miller98 @HSBC_UK When the HSBC (and First Direct) apps launch, the iOS version is checked and they’ve not included iOS 16 as yet. The same issue occurs every year with the new iOS release and takes months for them to resolve (search ‘iOS HSBC’ to see everyone else who’s frustrated by this).

    @HSBC_UK multiple times I have tried to phone your help line regarding fraudulent activity in my name... every time they attempt to put me through to the fraud department the line is hung up. There is a problem with your system but still they keep putting me through and then...
