    @HSBC_UK @_Isotope__ They’re one of few banks (hsbc, Barclays, Santander and NatWest) to completely **** themselves over, recently missed out on SOL as I went to deposit 2k GBP and United Kingdom is no longer an option on billing address. Moved banks without a second thought. Control freaks.

    @HSBC_UK time to give me a free number to call to complain. Am so fed up with your horrific customer service and £100+ charges because I couldn’t access my online banking which through my investigation was because a staffer put my number in, incorrectly. Taking it to my MP
