Not a good start joining @HSBC_UK with royal mail strikes Im left with no bank or account details since joining on 25 Nov and now my current bank account as now been closed with the switch I won't even be able to access my money via @santanderuk

@neilselman147 @HSBC_UK @deathtospinach Well, I take Becky H. H. Spinach's point about the mistake on "25st", but overall that scam looks better than lots of the garbage I receive. They are getting more accurate and are even including our surnames correctly now, which is a worry.

@HSBC_UK absolutely disgusting service by HSBC with no duty of care to its customers, obtrusive snd obstructive. Third rate bank. Supposed to be global 24 hr banking service but guess what, no one available to speak to me. Shameful.

@HSBC_UK This is the 5th day that I couldn't withdraw money from my Global Money card. I called almost everyday. Everytime the customer service rep told me this has been fixed but I still couldn't take my money from the ATM. Perhaps I should consider switching to Post Office travel card.
