    @HSBC @HSBC_UK your customer support is so pathetic! Wanted to discuss regarding opening a new account and noone picks the phone!! Was on hold for 25+ minutes and noone answered. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK I know that and used online application form only. But there was some issue with the application and now there is a delay. I want to know the status of application.

    @stuartheynes @HSBC_UK I don’t recall. However my point is that the first communication about it was from a sign in the bank. Nothing by post or when I login to my account online.

    @Maigheogodeo @lizzienugent Even without changing banks it's a nightmare. @HSBC_UK is a disaster, constant changes, inconsistent wording and their support hasn't got a clue how to fix things. You can spend hours on the phone listening to them tell you to "refresh the website".

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Hi I just tried to withdraw cash from a HSBC ATM in Moorgate London however no cash came outjust constant beeping then nothing. Can anyone help please? The branch doesn't open until 9.30am and rather inconvenient for me to go back later (I'm not HSBC customer)🙏

    @HSBC_UK shocking customer service levels this morning!! Money sent between accounts picked up by fraud team, did all necessary security checks on the phone (c.1 hour) for the money to then be returned half hour later when I was told it was been sent!! 🤬 angry doesn’t cover it!!

    Tweeted on 2/2 about struggling to get hold of @HSBC_UK. Got a message saying to contact on live chat. Chat told me to phone up. Today on chasing my complaint raised 5/2 (and not responded to within their 8 week SLA) I was told the only way to deal with the issue is in branch!!

    @HSBC_UK my mobile app says 'no connection!' when I open it but your website says there is no problem with the mobile app??

    @HSBC_UK Why carnt hsbc sort out their banking app its been one month now and they still have not sorted out problems with the new security on APP, the app only works intermittently, it is just not good enough!!!
