@davetyrer82 @HSBC_UK I have exactly the same problem on my android (Samsung). Can't use the app since days now. "Server unavailable" everything on my phone is up to date. I even installed and reinstalled the app, cleared cache etc - still not usable. 🙄

Maybe I should have realised that @HSBC_UK were paying people £150 to switch because their customer support is dreadful and it's the only way they can get customers. In my defence, I am a ******* idiot though....clearly.

@HSBC_UK Your Android app is so slow. Clearly optimised for newer Android versions. Modals are sluggish and tapping any link to an external webpage freezes the app for an age before opening. What a shame, as some aspects of the UI/UX are quite good. Better optimisation please!

@HSBC_UK using android app which works ok except when trying to generate a security code to login using a PC. I just get a black rectangle. No code. Been like this a couple of days now. When will it be fixed?
