    Agent @HSBC_UK completely wasted my time today. To tell me to ring the same phone number I keep ringing that they drop my call. Horrendous customer service. Been failed. Best to change banks to a competent one. Warning to others. I've been trying 3weeks to resolve my issue

    @HSBC_UK What's the point of being a Premier Customer when this is what we get? And please sort out the division within your company, why so many departments and even your reps can't find the right person to transfer you to, getting beyond a joke now.

    @HSBC_UK has the worst customer care. This is our third call waiting for more than an hour each time and no agent ever responds. You cannot blame covid for company failures! I think they are replacing people workers by machines and it doesn't work. Very unhappy customers.

    @HSBC_UK still awaiting a call back from a so called manager. Been 4 days since I can access my bank account. Can’t even withdraw cash. Advice given.. borrow some money from friends.. unbelievable!!
