We have been advised to call HSBC car services as the app can’t help. Have been passed around on the phone for TWO hours solidly on hold - what you can do to help? This is ridiculous! @HSBC_UK

@LewisLudlam @HSBC_UK Wind you’re neck in.. just because your a ‘celeb’ you think putting on Twitter will get you faster service.. wait like us all.. they probably have staff shortages due to covid and the ones there all get pelters from knobs thinking they deserve better. They’re doing their best.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK ANNOYED right now. Customer services told me I’d get a call back from a manager 5-15 mins this was 7pm and it’s now 9pm. I can’t access my account & been told it can take 5 days to resolve. Not acceptable that a manager doesn’t call back.

@katie__arabella @HSBC_UK That is bad. I recently shut my card down , straight away (via app,) . My wife had fraud on hers and they shut that down straight away (call) . Ok she did have a £200 transaction about a month later, but they refunded that within a week. Really didn't have a problem.
