    @HSBC_UK when will the issues with your App be resolved I have been unable to log on for 2 weeks now since android update. Very annoying.

    We have been advised to call HSBC car services as the app can’t help. Have been passed around on the phone for TWO hours solidly on hold - what you can do to help? This is ridiculous! @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Any response to this please? Everything on my android phone is up to date, no battery saver mode on, was working fine until the update 2 days ago. I rely on this app for all my banking and I need access please. Same thing happened exactly a year ago.

    @HSBC_UK Your customer service is abysmal if you can actually speak to humans they all tell you something different. They don't do what they promise and you have so many customer complaints that it takes 5 working days for it to be answered.

    @alixm87 @HSBC_UK I have exactly the same problem. It's farcical. Since when do you allow an app update to lock everyone out of their account.

    @HSBC_UK My wife has had an HSBC account forever, but today cannot log in and is now locked out. She has tried getting a pwd reminder, and and answers to the security questions are not recognised. Is there a problem at your end? (Tweeting as she hasn't got a Twitter account).

    @HSBC_UK You have utterly awful customer service. My wife is trying to get a digital security key, answered 4 pieces of security information. Can't think of a transaction in the last 3 weeks, told to go to branch - that you don't have. Time to leave

    @HSBC_UK Personal banking. I have been passed through at least 4 different departments before the phone hung up. Been trying to resolve this issue for hours and I'm still no closer to getting this sorted.

    Disgrace you have to hold on the phone for nearly 2 hours to speak to someone in Business banking @HSBC_UK not good for customer service!

    @warnerhotels when the funds will be returned immediately. You won’t action without a letter from @HSBC_UK. So in theory could take me nearly 3 months for refund. Got to love your zero compassion/ consideration for grieving family & insist on adding stress at a truly awful time.

    @HSBC_UK husbands app updated yesterday and since hasn't been able to log on, tried to reset details online. No reset code sent to phone or email...so trying to call you internet banking help number - it's been 40minutes! Terrible service!
