    Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

    @HSBC_UK The latest HSBC UK app is non functioning and closes. The last version malfunctioned and was extremely slow, but at least I could view my accounts, unlike the latest update which renders the app useless. I will have to switch banks in order to do mobile banking!

    @HSBC_UK your banking app is not fit for purpose and is behind other banks with capability. Your CS is woeful. You have lost a customer as you can’t keep up with other providers.
