Trying to add cards to iPhone Wallet and getting the classic problem@of the @HSBC_UK “fraud detection” system which basically works by allowing you add a card to one device then blocks everything else.

Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

@HSBC_UK The mobile banking is showing an error and not loading my accounts. I want to activate my new credit card but can't do this because of this issue. I called the 24 hour phone line to activate the card but the message says the line is not open. Extremely frustrating.

@HSBC_UK why oh why am I still banking with you. Your app is down, which seems to have broken payment authentication, then of course I can't get through to customer services. Broken bank.
