Trying to add cards to iPhone Wallet and getting the classic problem@of the @HSBC_UK “fraud detection” system which basically works by allowing you add a card to one device then blocks everything else.

Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

@HSBC_UK The mobile app never works for me when I try to pay my energy bill. I complained about this before. I also can't pay it via the web. The mobile app crashes when I enter my reference, the web site won't let me enter the sort code.

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK Sorry to hear that Mike, so much of it going on . My lad is with same bank and is having countless issues with ‘Argos’ trying to take money but the bank are not very helpful

@droidinio @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I am a customer of yours and I’m somewhat concerned that you have declined to assist my Granddaughter who has had £478 taken unlawfully from her account, unless I see some attempts from HSBC to help her to resolve this issue, I will close my account . Do the right thing.

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK I had nearly £1k stolen last year and I had to do it through the fraud squad but I got it back pretty much the next working day, the actual bank were pretty useless

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK Stateside…Usually provisional credit is given and there is a stop payment on the transaction. Additionally, if it’s theft or fraud, a police report would help.
