    Trying to add cards to iPhone Wallet and getting the classic problem@of the @HSBC_UK “fraud detection” system which basically works by allowing you add a card to one device then blocks everything else.

    Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

    @HSBC_UK It took me 6 months to just to get a response from your customer service department and a further 4 months for my case to reach the fraud unit and then i got a email yesterday essentially giving me to boot! Funds were credited to accounts not matching beneficiary and no one cares

    Tell you what @HSBC_UK the idea of paying a cheque in via the app is a great idea. The execution of it it is awful, the camera just cycles through a list of error messages, and then when you do manage to get it to accept the images “something” goes wrong, and won’t it accept.

    @HSBC_UK How can you still only be opening 10-2pm? The whole country is struggling to get up and running again and we need banking to support us, everyone else works normal business hours time for you to do the same

    Hi @HSBC_UK I wanted to let you know that I’ve shut down my account with you because I was appalled to find out how unethically you’ve been investing our money. Ashamed to admit I didn’t realise until recently. £87 billion on fossil fuels since 2015!!!! No, thank you, boooo 👎🏻

    hey all at @HSBC_UK, I've got a query to make, I've just been to the Mansfield branch (which was the 1st time in ages since the reduced opening hours and unable to access the bank at weekends) and tried to transfer some funds from my savings account into my main account... (1)

    @HSBC_UK having issues getting through to speak to literally anyone on the phone. Have been a month without online banking due to being told a telephone security number was on the way twice but has never turned up. Please could you assist?

    @HSBC_UK Fraud, Scam and Customer service departments giving my wife the run-around for days, putting her on hold (aka disconnecting her) and not taking ownership of anything to help resolve a serious issue! Guess you’re closing our local branch cos it’s easier to end a call!

    @HSBC_UK @Kakes_11_ I do not think it is good practice for ANYONE to call you/me and ask for your date of birth as i was asked today. I never have an issue when i ring them, but data protection should work both ways.
