    Trying to add cards to iPhone Wallet and getting the classic problem@of the @HSBC_UK “fraud detection” system which basically works by allowing you add a card to one device then blocks everything else.

    Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

    @HSBC_UK Great words, but @HSBC_UK does not live or support those words because i am #jamaican i was treated with much prejudice and my case handled like i was a #criminal instead of giving it the attention it deserved. Fraud is fraud, whether local or international. Why show favoritism?

    @HSBC_UK I already raised a complaint which you rejected because “the bank is not at fault”. After my initial tweet I sent my details after your tweet but you didn’t reply. Terrible terrible customer service!

    Trying to set up online account with @HSBC @HSBC_UK shocking customer service.. followed by them hanging up when I asked why they were asking for so much personal info! No further forward..

    @HSBC_UK horrendous customer service, was on hold for 1:30 mins and was cut off. Passed to 4 different departments that kept telling me that I was being passed to the fraud team as my credit card has been blocked. Now been on hold for a further 30 mins and no answer!

    Well done @HSBC @HSBC_UK - problem solved by Customer Advocate quickly, efficiently, politely. Totally unlike my experience in the branch.
