Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

Trying to add cards to iPhone Wallet and getting the classic problem@of the @HSBC_UK “fraud detection” system which basically works by allowing you add a card to one device then blocks everything else.

Hey @HSBC_UK my mobile banking app is crashing at log in. I’m using an iPhone 6S Plus running on iOS 14.7.1 I’ve tried deleting then downloading app again, turning phone off and on again. Help!

Hi @HSBC_UK I closed my account over 10 years ago but now I'm getting emails again. I can't use the online chat because I have to log in/use the app but I am not an HSBC customer any more. I'd like to confirm my account is closed. Any help please?

I recieved a email from customer services advising me to access my account to contact them or call customer services both useless .. after 2 weeks I finally sorted this morning after 40 minutes wating .

@HSBC_UK are you able to tell me why I can’t get a contactless debit card for an expat account while living in UK? I’m told card manufacturer refuses to provide same! Why do you still have that manufacturer? Who’s driving strategy and branding? Terrible image…

@HSBC_UK the problem when you use non English call centres.. "I can completely understand, I can imagine how frustrating that must be at times however that's how the HSBC banking is designed." I told them they had succeeded , they didn't get it !

Oh and I’ve also been charged over £100 in charges despite literally not being allowed access to my bank accounts bc of incompetence of HSBC. @HSBC_UK give me a free number to sort this, I will take it higher,
