Trying to add cards to iPhone Wallet and getting the classic problem@of the @HSBC_UK “fraud detection” system which basically works by allowing you add a card to one device then blocks everything else.

Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

@HSBC_UK there is no app compatibility with the HSBC UK android app and my phone, which is the Google Pixel 6. I am trying to log on with my laptop but I can't get in without a DSK, which I can't generate because I don't have access to the mobile banking app. What to can I do?

@HSBC_UK Even simple things like trying to log into the app after switching phones is impossible without calling your customer service. I just did it with Monzo and it took 1 minute via email link. COO should be fired!

.@HSBC_UK Unbelievable! Been over month trying to open business account. There’s a “glitch” in the system. Promise after promise of calls & help with no shows every time. Your chat agent told me to take all my personal & business accounts from HSBC & go to another provider!
