Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

Trying to add cards to iPhone Wallet and getting the classic problem@of the @HSBC_UK “fraud detection” system which basically works by allowing you add a card to one device then blocks everything else.

@HSBC_UK RLS application stated that you will be in touch ‘No later than 10 working days’ after application. Now been 2 months! Hours wasted calling, emailing, tweeting and still no contact. A week later from emailing the address you’ll want to reply with, still nothing. Why?

@HSBC_UK disgusted at hsbc customer service these past 24 hours. Had transfer above single transaction limit so phoned to clarify how to do it. Was told to either attend branch and pay service charge or do it in separate transaction. Took second option. The Second transaction

@HSBC_UK Not that I'm aware. The only time I directly pay by card is with Apple (itunes) which is where the problem is occurring. Otherwise I usually pay for everything through paypal (there's an annoying code problem with that every few weeks) but that's at least less of a hassle.

@HSBC_UK Why are random purchases of mine being cleared and charged from my account, THEN re-entering my pending and CHARGING ME AGAIN. This is unacceptable and leaving me short constantly! Also the time it takes to refund is ridiculous! Fix this please.
