@HSBC_UK. Why are complaints taking nearly 4 months to resolve? You just take customers money for 12 years and they make a measly claim, You referr them to third party company. And when they complain they get passed around like a ball. Your customer have contract with you HSBC.

@HSBC_UK What if any, are you doing to repair the app? It's basically more than useless!! It's pot luck if you can log on because you can't connect to a server. Obviously love a 5* review but you'll struggle to find one anywhere. Sort it & fast!!

Hi, i cant make a payment on a certain site with my credit card. Needs to be paid on credit card. Tried twice & authorised via text code 1st time & mobile app 2nd time. Failed both times.. help @HSBC_UK
