    @tristan__palmer @HSBC_UK Your circumstance could be totally different to mine, but I never once needed to call HSBC, or Starling. It's not like they don't have support either, whenever I;ve had issues on my personal account, (MonzO) in-app chat is fine.

    @sazcass @HSBC_UK @firstdirect and a staff member then rang First Direct to go through the security with me there. Was a real pain but everything I have done since has been conducted via chat and messages with no issues whatsoever 👍

    @HSBC_UK No you need to put clear guidance in the public domain to help all your customers, maybe that way you will reduce pressure on your call centres and chat services and reduce the disgraceful wait times your customers currently face.

    @RyanDC @HSBC_UK Interesting - Have personal accounts with Starling and Revolut but not super keen on the idea for biz... Lack of phone line etc is a big concern in case of any issues which feel more likely with biz acc than personal I guess?

    @tristan__palmer @HSBC_UK We use Revolut. It doesn't solve all our problems but it's a MASSIVELY better experience than HSBC, particularly with the international thing.

    @sazcass @HSBC_UK Not right. PayPal did that to me. I sued them. But suing is a lot of work. I'd probably complain and insist my issue was dealt with as a priority and they train their staff.

    @HSBC_UK Uninstalled, reinstalled yesterday working although won't allow fingerprint recognition to be set but, 24 hours later its back to being broken. Where is a link to the problem update and fix? World Class Shambles

    @HSBC_UK @PeteSQ I've just spent an hour and a half going round and round the 'digital banking help tool' and back and forth between the app and the online site. I can't generate a digital secure key password! The online site won't switch to physical key.
