@wh41like @HSBC_UK Hey buddy, I came across your post and trust me I understand how you feel with something like this, after contacting the customer and no proper response I was referred to a friend to uniplatform_assist09 on iG services and they were able to reinstate my account.

People need a reality check. Yes @HSBC_UK business banking is down. Yes it’s an inconvenience, but come on people, no one will die because you can’t get online. Give it an hour or two, have a coffee and chill ******** out. It isn’t the end of the world.
