@Kathy_CEO_CE @HSBC_UK I had the same experience, over 2 wks no access, given incorrect information & poor service, I was so stressed! Then they closed our local branch & have no cashiers in the branch close to where I live, so to get cash I have to travel 10 miles to a branch that closes at 3.30pm!

@hsbc_uk why is your customer service so bad? Call wait times, withholding our money for 7 weeks, put on incessant hold during calls. Ironically you warn about fraudsters on your recorded messages

@HSBC_UK I haven't received mine withing 7 working days. I just called up and was told it can take 14 days... So still no access to my new account nearly 2 weeks after it was opened and guess what... My switch happened today... But can't even check that!!
