    @HSBC_UK @Eli_Eli_s I know you have to be diplomatic, I worked CS too. But can you reach out to somebody in the dev team to issue a statement on the APP. Most of us can not generate security codes as one of the bugs causes it to display a solid black box over the code.

    @HSBC_UK I called that number 4 times. They can’t help. They said I’d be called back by the “digital team”, but that never happens. How do I get in touch with competent people?

    still haven't been able to check my bank since thursday or generate a code to check on online banking as i cant access the app at all (instant crash) are there any updates? @HSBC_UK i have already tried reinstalling,clearing cache and data multiple times

    @HSBC_UK We visited yr Kingston full service branch TWICE with documents & children after school to try & open an account for them. We must go to a branch as we're not HSBC customers. Today they REFUSED to see us at 3:15pm as they were "too busy" although they close at 4.30! 1/

    @HSBC_UK I contacted you before Xmas as the mobile app no longer works on my iPhone 8. IOS15.I DMd you but your colleague could not help. Gave me £75. To shut up I think. I need to have access to mobile banking. Loads of customers complaining. You do not care.

    @Kantima94751503 @HSBC_UK Exactly the same! NO ONE a answers the phone neither the chat! I’ve already open a current account elsewhere! I’ve been a customer for 20 odd years I’ve never been treated like that EVER by other company

    @HSBC_UK using android app which works ok except when trying to generate a security code to login using a PC. I just get a black rectangle. No code. Been like this a couple of days now. When will it be fixed?

    @HSBC_UK hello. I've got a premiere master card. It says I'm earning points on my statement. I'm trying to use the Pay with rewards app, but after I enter my card number it just says "error - card is not eligible for PWR Mobile Enrollment". Any advice?
