@newlandfarm @HSBC_UK I hoping I can go back to a cash system. When I did get a ring back from them after many many hours one of the twins put the phone down on them.

@HSBC_UK Is being a mother wrong?? Applied for Customer Service role remote work but they refused to confirm if they could give me time off to pick and drop my son to school, why is there no flexibility for mothers HSBC?? If I'm willing to work my hours why don't you be flexible?

@HSBC_UK been trying all weekend to get my mobile banking working ... am sat back waiting for an agent. Have spoken to 3 already today who ‘sorted the problem’ but still cannot get on! Been several hours on the phone over weekend

@HSBC_UK Sorted now thanks. I called you yesterday waited 20min for you to pick up then you put me on hold again and the phone actually ran out of battery I was waiting so long. Same again today only it too you 25 mins to pick up eventually sorted. Not the best customer service ...

@HSBC_UK I have had no issues with this bank for years. Now they have cancelled my card owing to a data breach. The service I have received since then has been APPALLING. 4 to 6 days to get a debit card issued, nobody really knowing what is happening. Honestly PATHETIC

@_EmmaGH @HSBC_UK Switch to @firstdirect and never have to worry about bad customer service again. Not even a customer at the minute but their customer service was always unbelievable. Almost always speaking to someone within 3 rings
