@newlandfarm @HSBC_UK I hoping I can go back to a cash system. When I did get a ring back from them after many many hours one of the twins put the phone down on them.

@HSBC_UK you app is not working on IOS 15. When is gonna fix ? Because me and for sure more people can’t use your bank right now. Even for try to log in in the web you need generate a code in the app. But the app is not working. Any solution ?

The functionality to setup standing orders is shocking on your app and on desktop @HSBC_UK, impossible to set up! Even your online bot couldn’t help.

@HSBC_UK my 72 yr old mother has just travelled to Leeds to go to the nearest bank, may I add she went last wk with no issue. Today was a wasted trip as couldn't get into the branch without ID! This didn't happen last wk! She had her bus pass and was told it wasn't sufficient ID!

@HSBC_UK Spent an hour and a half on the phone again today, service is a shambles.. I've probably clocked up 10 hours now in the last week and a bit... Probably more tomorrow... I will be moving bank next week

@HSBC_UK one of worst customer services ever. Tried calling and was in queue for 30 mins, call was then picked up and immediately hung up, same second time. No wonder you had to close to branches, i have moved all my accounts already except one which i will do soon
